Nodding, he pushed himself off of the wall and took a step closer to the vision in front of him. This was going to be more enjoyable a stay than he had first imagined. Reaching out a hand, Nikolaus easily smiled at her, "I'm looking to be a tenant." Looking over the shape of this woman's body and softly colored curls he made a mental note to get to keep her around.

She smiled, lips pursed softly and extended her hand, bent sompletely at the wrist to be kissed in an entirely Southern fashion. As she spoke, she did her own examination as wel, particularly of the horns, of the wings, and of the tail. This was . . . . definitly interesting. "I see. My brother is the one who's been handling the paperwork, but I'll see what I can do for you."

She nodded, a little too quickly, and moved to drop her bag on the nearest piece of furniture before returning to the door. She smiled faintly and tilted her head slightly to the side. "Thank you. It's quite all right." She paused for a moment, as if thinking, "I don't think I need anything else."

Biting the inside of his cheek Nikolaus bent and kissed her hand gently with slightly parted lips, "If you would be so kind..." Careful not to hit the girl with his horns as he stood straighter, the tall man chuckled. "Forgive my rudeness, please, my name is Nikolaus." Noticing her eyes ever on his more exotic body parts 'Laus stretched his wings with a liip bite.

He nodded, a little plaintively, and skimmed a tenant set of keys off of the ring, leaving them on the table. "Here's these, We'll be downstairs if you need us." With that, he slipped out, closin the door behind him and sighing, lightly, heading for the stairs.
She blushed very, very lightly, taking her hand back and smirking, just slightly, voice carrying the slightest of Southern drawls. "Bianca Quinn. I'm dlighted to meet you Nikolaus." She dropped her eyes politely, sliding behind the desk and flouncing down into the chair, flipping through papers to find tenant forms.

Heart thanked him again, waiting until the door closed behind him to go to her bag and fish out her purse, and wallet. Dropping the keys into the purse, for the moment not putting them on another ring. She opened up the wallet and checked inside, making sure she had at least some money.
She sighed, as well, putting her purse on a nearby table, as she looked around the rest of the appartment. Making mental notes as to what she planned on changing and what she needed to buy. She grabbed her purse and headed out the door, fishing out her key to lock it behind her before heading downstairs.

((i don't believe in editing posts. do you want me to bring in Aura, sammie?))
Nikolaus smirked and sat comfortably in the chair across the way from Bianca, draping his tail over the arm of the chair. "Surnames, is it?" With another easy turn of the lips he folded his hands over each other.

She pulled out a set of forms and clipped them into a board for him, laughing softly, brightly. "I suppose I'm a bit of a young'in then, I still remember what my name was when I was a mortal." She held them out to him, studying his bodily eloquence and form in a lazy, languid sort of way. "Don't you have a surname, then, Nikolaus, or are you cuttign straight to a first name basis with me? Or . . ." She held the board and a pen out to him over the desk, smirking again. ". . . are you just trying to be mysterious?"
((Nah, sa'll right. I need to go soon, or I'll be dead on my feet tomorrow at work. Two mor posts from me, maybe three, if we hurry, and I need to git.))

He let the tinkling of her laughter soak in for a second before returning his eyes to her face from the desk. "I suppose I wouldn't mind being on first name basis with such an attractive woman." Taking out a pen he he clicked it to working and nodded at the paperwork, "I can't be mysterious if I have to sign for anything, can I?" He asked with a bit of humor in his voice. Biting his lip in thought he took in everything else she had said, "My surname is Museveni, tell me what about you isn't mortal anymore."

"Body and soul. Well, I suppose soul Everything else natural decays over the years, who says that isn't suspect as well? I was changed when I was nineteen and that was . . . . . damn, I've lost track, had to be a hundred and fourty or fifty years ago at least, and I'm nearly positive that it's been longer."
She considered, and continued,
"I won't probably be looking at the paper work much, my brother handles that sort of thing. The younger one, anyway. My older brother is charming, but a little useless, when he's around. Museveni . . . Nikolaus . . . Russian? Or, and this is a more out-there guess, Italian?"

Hm, he thought to himself, a vampire. Savoring the thought of being with some more his age suited him well. "My particular clutch is from Northern Siberia." Laughing sardonically to himself he crossed his legs and straightened his trousers. "So, living dead girl, who was it that I should thank for you being here now?"

She slowed slightly as she entered the main lobby. Her eyes drifting over the one with wings.
Heart stopped completely and simply blinked her eyes a few times, glancing between the two, seemingly have forgotten why she came down in the first place.
She shook her head slightly and approached the counter, glancing at Bianca before looking around again. She stood near the desk, a few steps away from them both, biting her lower lip softly as she waited.
