Then it hit her, I can recreate my training secession with Ichi she thought remembering the entire ordeal. "Okay! Lets test your skills. , I want to know how you fight and how you utilize what you already know in battle situations" she explained. "And the only way I know how is by a sparring match. Now there are some rules like using any elements other than suiton and you can use taijutsu as you please." Once finished she stood from the steps of the academy and began to walk into the open. Taking one more look back she smiled at him saying, "Oh! One more thing. If you can land one strong hit than we will begin training."

As Kairi considered all the many different methods of training Kisho stood watching. His adrenaline was raising with every moment they spent not doing anything. Right when it seemed she had dazed off into a daydream she snapped back and explained how they would start off the training. "Now thats what I'm talking about. I always wanted to see how strong a jounin as beautiful as yourself was" he said sarcastically.

Kairi glared at the boys sarcastic remark. "Well you're gonna see it first hand" she said giving a very dark look. She lifted her hands with both the index and the middle finger pointing up before crossing the fingers from each hand to one another "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu" she said softly. Suddenly water from nearby came next to her and formed a identical clone right next to her. "Okay this is you opponent of the day. If you can land one hit like I said earlier we will begin our training." Jumping high into a tree she sat with an apple saying, "BEGIN!!!"

As she gave the okay to begin, Kisho almost instantly grew fear within himself. Oh... Crap... I can only use Suiton! I'm not that good at Suiton! he thought. Shifting his body to an attack stance he reached for his shuriken and smiled but I still have a bag filled with weapons.

Wednesday came inside the building that served as both the academy of higher learning and the sparring dojo. Ignoring the usual shudders and shivers of the people charged with upkeep in the building she pulled a dusty tome from a back shelf and blew off the dust from the cover. Setting it in the crook of her arm she opened the book and started reading about the history of puppetry in the 5 elemental nations. While reading she noted the diagrams for use of the simpler techniques and a few more advanced ones. The first two she obviously needed to work her puppet anyway. The summoning and chakra strings. So she started with the first. 'A simple technique that must be learned before the user can learn any other puppet techniques...The user will simply perform a string of handsigns and call their puppet before them. This technique is used for a single puppet, and uses an additional small amount of chakra per puppet summoned.' Whereas this seemed simple enough she wouldn't be able to try it until she received her puppet the next day. So she just pressed on to her next technique.'The second most important technique performed by puppet users...The user will manifest lines of chakra from their finger tips (both hands) to their puppet, allowing them to control it She flicked her hand toward the woman at the counter and snagged her arm with a string. Wiggling her fingers she made the woman's hand go to her neck but she decided to disconnect the thread and not see how long the lady could hold her breathe instead. Scrolling down the book she turned the page into the more advanced stuff and picked out three more at random. 'While the user's puppet has been dismissed, they will perform a somewhat long string of handsigns- causing the corresponding puppet's ammunition to be refilled'...'I can respawn ammo? Oh hell yeah!' Wednesdays face remained blank as she ran her finger down the page and to the other technique she picked for simplicity. 'The user will quickly release their control over a puppet, causing their strings to disappear and allow them to maneuver more freely. Because it forces the user to release control of a puppet, it is typically only used for defensive dodging purposes...So this is in case something snags my lines. Cool...thattl help.'If she was to be using techniques that disconnect the lines then obviously shed need one to...aha.'Realizing the costs of using 'Cut Wire' this technique was developed to allow the user to connect strings to a puppet at an alarming rate. The user will simply bring forth chakra strings to their finger tips, aim at a puppet, and use a burst of chakra to connect to the target almost in an instant. This made sense as it was just the same as her initial connection but over longer distances. She could probably figure out a way to make this offensive as well. She closed the book and stuffed it into her dress for later reference. She couldnt think of anything else she would need from their library so she left the room and went down a darker back alley.

Objective: Water Manipulation E-Rank: 1 Post.Hiromi hadn’t actually thought about what technique he would learn when he first came to the academy since there were so many things to choose from. However, there were basics and he most certainly needed to get them out of the way.
Since Suiton was his first element, Hiromi grabbed the most basic E-Rank technique which was Water Manipulation. “Lovely…” Hiromi read over the technique and since there was really nothing complex about it, he allowed himself to move onwards to something more high-ranking.
Objective: Suijouki no Jutsu (Steam Technique) B-Rank: 4 Posts.With the most basic technique, water manipulation, out of the way, Hiromi found himself ready to move on to something much more complicated in its stature. He was quite thrilled though to be able to perform a technique called the ‘Steam Technique’ which would allow him to launch a billowing steam at the enemy. It was sort of something he didn’t intend to use a lot but if things got a bit complicated and he was forced to fight close range, then he wouldn’t hesitate to lay the smack down on some people with it.
He briefly went over the scroll and got the hand signs down and figured out. Once he was done with that, he moved on to the actual performing of said technique. He inhaled quite dramatically before releasing a powerful steam from his mouth. The steam didn’t do much since he aimed it at the air and it was sort of close range so it couldn’t reach any shelves. “This is wonderful. I’m learning these quite easily.”
Objective: Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Projectile Technique) B-Rank: 4 Posts.With two techniques down and nothing better to do, Hiromi casually took up a scroll that needed a pond or something of the sort. “There was a pond behind the Academy I think…” Hiromi grabbed the scroll and walked behind the Academy, eager to get to know more about the scroll he was holding.
Once he was outside, Hiromi opened the scroll and began to memorize the hand signs needed for such a complicated technique. It took a while to completely master the hand signs since it was such a high-ranking technique for a Genin.
Once he had the hand-signs down he faced towards the water and re-created the hand signs causing a giant water dragon to emerge from it. “Another one down.” Hiromi released the dragon, grabbed the scroll, and walked back inside ready to learn something else.
Objective: Suiton: Shunshin no Jutsu (Suiton: Instantaneous Body Skill) C-Rank: 2 Posts.Once Hiromi was back inside, he picked up his fourth Suiton technique he intended to learn. This next one would allow him to transform into mist and escape combat. He had no actual intentions of doing such a thing but in reality, he never really knew when he’d come in contact with a powerful enemy. After developing the hand signs, he performed the technique with ease, appearing a few feet from where he’d been standing.
With that technique done, it was time to move on to something much more complicated.
Objective: Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken) C-Rank: 2 Posts.Hiromi casually picked up the Fuma Shuriken made of water technique. It seemed like it was a bit harder then turning into mist, but in reality, it was actually the same rank and everything. “Here goes nothing.” The technique really just needed the water manipulation which Hiromi already had mastered. He extended his arm and instantly a giant shuriken made of water appeared in it signaling the completion of the technique.
Objective: Suiton: Mizurappa (Water Release: Water Trumpet) B-Rank: 4 Posts.Hiromi had done a couple C-Ranks and now that he was getting more used to the Suiton techniques, he decided to push himself and learn yet another B-Rank technique. It would be offensive and he wouldn’t need a source of water since he knew about the water manipulation.
As he released his water shuriken and placed the scroll back on the shelf, he grabbed another scroll that introduced him to the technique ‘Water Trumpet.’ Seeing as how the technique involved launching water, Hiromi walked outside to perform the technique.
He began by memorizing the simple hand-signs. Once he did that, he held his hand up to his mouth and instantly a powerful stream of water began streaming fourth with such a force. Realizing that the technique was now complete, he quickly cut off the powerful spray and walked back inside the academy to move onto something else.
Objective: Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall) B-Rank: 4 Posts.The next technique served as a defensive technique which was actually quite useful. Hiromi grabbed a scroll called the water encampment wall. This technique served as a giant shield made up of nothing but water. It’d certainly annoy any Katon users who thought they’d have the upper hand again Hiromi.
Seeing as how the technique summoned a giant wall of water, Hiromi stepped into the back of the Academy once more for another technique. He was sort of hoping he could stop doing this sometime soon since walking back and forth wasn’t good for his delicate legs. “Here I go!” Hiromi created several hand signs, imitating what he saw on the scroll. Once he did that, he watched as a large wave of water was created thanks to his water manipulation technique. Since this technique was clearly a success, Hiromi walked back inside preparing to do yet another technique.
Objective: Suiton: Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique) B-Rank: 4 Posts.With a defense move down, Hiromi decided to go back to the offensive techniques. This next was a Suiton that allowed him to burn anyone with a powerful beam of hot-water that he’d launch forth from his mouth. It sounded pretty convenient but as usual, it was something he needed to do outside.
Begrudgingly, he grabbed the scroll and dragged himself out the door once more. He would’ve stayed inside if he didn’t need to practice, but he always tended to doubt himself when it came to using techniques.
Slowly he made hand signs, picking up the pace as he grew more comfortable. Once he’d made enough, he inhaled and exhaled a powerful streaming of boiling water that ripped through the grass as it landed on the ground. It was clear that the technique was a success and that everything seemed to be going accordingly. With all that done, it was time for yet another technique to be completed.
Objective: Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor) C-Rank: 2 Posts.So with that B-Rank down, Hiromi allowed himself to move on to the C-Rank technique of his choice. It was called Water Armor and it actually allowed him to create an armor made of water around his body. It would sort of be like a film that made him slippery to the touch.
After memorizing some basic hand-signs, Hiromi mastered the technique and decided to move on without a moment to spare. He didn’t want to spend all day on the suiton-techniques.
Objective: Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves) B-Rank: 4 Posts.Hiromi sighed in defeat as he saw that the next technique would need to be performed outside once more. He wouldn’t really complain about it though since it seemed like the type of technique that would allow him to become pretty strengthened. Just thinking about riding a wave made him happy.
Casually, he took the scroll and walked outside, attempting to memorize the hand signs in the process. He was getting pretty used to all these hand signs so it really wasn’t a problem for him in the slightest. Once completely outside, he did the hand signs just like he memorized them and almost instantly he began spewing forth water from within him at such a rapid rate. The water transformed into a wave that Hiromi climbed on top of. He used his water walking ability to easily do this and quickly the wave subsided at the command of Hiromi. “Awesome.”
Objective: Suishouha (Water Collision Destruction) B-Rank: 4 Posts.As Hiromi grabbed the next scroll, he smiled to himself and looked patiently over it. The scroll seemed to really take advantage of the water manipulation. With this technique, Hiromi would be able to create large amounts of water from thin air. By doing this, he’d be much more powerful than normally because he could direct that water towards his opponents or whatever else he so chose to do. Since it was something that wouldn’t flood anything, Hiromi memorized the hand seals inside of the academy. After doing that, he decided to actually practice the technique.
Hiromi started by creating the hand signs. Once he did that, he watched as water formed around him meaning that the technique was a success. Since this was pretty much done, he moved on to yet another suiton technique.
Objective: Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) C-Rank: 2 Posts.Since Hiromi was practically adept when it came to water techniques, he felt as though he didn’t actually need to practice the C-Rank that he was about to learn. However, he still needed to know the Hand Signs. “Here I go.” Hiromi grabbed the scroll and only briefly went over it to himself. The hand signs were simple and it was a water prison technique which meant he’d be able to trap people in water. This was definitely good for him to have under his arsenal. With it done though, it was time to move on to his final Suiton technique.
Objective: Suimenka no Kisoku (Breathing Underwater Technique) D-Rank: 1 Post.As a sort of cool down since this was his last Suiton for now, Hiromi decided to go with a simple D-Rank technique. Since it was only D-Rank and it basically just taught him how to pull oxygen out of water so that he could breathe underneath it, it took him no time at all to have it mastered.
Since he was now done with all his Suiton, he decided to move on to the next subject which happened to be Doton techniques.

Objective: Doton: Ishi Yoroi no Ude (Earth Release: Stone Bracers) E-Rank: 1 Post.
Hiromi casually approached the Doton section and grabbed an E-Rank that would give him stone bracers on his arms to block attacks. Quickly, Hiromi picked up the scroll and went over all the hand signs. He was quite used to ninjutsu by this point so it wasn’t hard for him to memorize it. Since it was only an E-Rank as well he didn’t think he’d need to practice it. Since he was pretty much done with that, he decided to move on to another technique.
Objective: Doton: Doryuusou (Earth Release: Earthen Rising Spears) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
Now that the E-Rank technique was taken care of, it was time to move on to something that was worth much more in power such a C-Rank technique. Hiromi quietly learned how to use the hand signs thanks to the scroll he’d grabbed.
Once the hand signs were down he decided it would be best to move on to the next technique. He knew he’d have it down since it wasn’t exactly a B-Rank in power. Plus, it involved grabbing spears made of earth and the building couldn’t exactly be used for that without getting in trouble.
Objective: Doton: Dochuu Senkou (Earth Release: Underground Submarine Voyage) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
The next technique was the underground voyage which would allow Hiromi to travel quickly beneath the earth. This would be perfect for surprise attacks against the enemy by striking below them.
Hiromi grabbed the scroll and only briefly went over it. He didn’t need hand-signs for this technique so it didn’t take him long at all to master the skill. Once he was done with it, he moved on to something else.
Objective: Doton: Doryuu Taiga (Earth Release: Earth Flow River) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
With the two C-Rank techniques down, Hiromi decided it would be best to push himself into learning some B-Rank techniques. He quietly grabbed a few scrolls since he liked to practice the B-Rank techniques and since he couldn’t do it inside, he’d have to go outside.
After grabbing the techniques and walking outside, he decided that the first technique he’d learn would transform the ground underneath the opponent into a pool of mud. If things worked out, then they would probably fall in unless they were skilled enough in moving away.
Hiromi read over the scroll briefly and carefully memorized each hand sign before actually performing the technique himself. Quickly the ground that he targeted turned into a pool of mud which obviously signaled the completion of the technique.
Objective: Doton: Doryuudan (Earth Release: Earth Dragon Projectile) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
Since there was still a pool of mud lying on the ground, Hiromi decided to learn a technique that would make use of the pool of mud. He grabbed another scroll that he’d brought outside with him that was sort of a follow up to that technique. With it, he would be able to summon a dragon fourth from the mud. This dragon would spew projectiles from its mouth that were made completely out of mud. It was quite a useful technique to be used when in the right hands.
Hiromi memorized the hand-signs with ease. Since learning Suiton he’d grown into quite the expert when it came to hand signs, something he was quite proud of personally. After using the hand signs, a giant dragon made of mud came forth from the mud-pool. It looked around in a menacing fashion before being unsummoned by Hiromi.
Objective: Doton: Rock Shelter B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The next technique was strictly defensive in nature which was pretty much a good thing since it seemed like most of the techniques he’d been doing that were Doton involved some sort of offensive maneuver. This technique would create a dome around Hiromi and friends made up of earth that would ward off some attacks. It could also have openings for Hiromi to view the outside world. It was really convenient since it would allow him to know everything going on even though there was a giant dome encasing him. The really good thing about it though was that it protected him from attacks above all else. Even if his ally got injured he could also use it to protect them.
After memorizing the hand signs, Hiromi performed the technique which quickly caused the surrounding earth to incase and protect him. Seeing as how it went perfectly once more, Hiromi unsummoned the case surrounding him and decided to move on to another technique.
Objective: Sekkai Bunshin no Jutsu (Rock Clone Technique) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
With the rock shelter vanished, there was nothing much else to do with the Rock Shelter. So, Hiromi quietly grabbed the next scroll and it was revealed to be a Rock Clone technique. It seemed very useful as well since he’d never done a clone technique before. It never hurt to have one or two clones under his arsenal. To use the technique, he didn’t have to perform any hand-signs like usual. Instead, he decided to just figure out how to contort his chakra so that the technique would be easier to perform. He already had an idea as to how to do this so it wouldn’t be hard at all.
After taking a moment to figure that out, Hiromi said his name aloud and instantly a clone made of rocks appeared before him. This obviously meant that the technique was a success.
Objective: Doton: Domu (Earth Release: Earth Spear) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The next technique was earth spears, but contrary to its name, it actually had nothing to do with spears at all. In fact, that technique just covered Hiromi’s body in rock to protect him from external attacks which would be rather useful if fighting someone like a taijutsu user just because they’d have to use some added strength into their kicks and punches. Hiromi briefly went over the scroll and decided to start by memorizing the hand signs which were needed. Since it only involved one hand sign, it wouldn’t really be difficult at all.
After performing the needed snake hand sign, rocks began to converge on Hiromi’s body and left him in a sort of armor made from stone. With this technique done and completed, Hiromi decided to move on to something else. He wasn’t quite sure what yet though, it just depended on the scrolls he’d brought outside with him.
Objective: Kajuu No Doro (Mud Weights) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
The next technique was a C-Rank but since it was to target those that were light-weight or rather, those who weren’t muscular enough to handle the weights created by mud, it would prove to be useful against some.
Hiromi picked up a scroll and briefly read over it, attempting to memorize the handsigns for its needed use. After memorizing them, Hiromi decided to move on since he was quite capable of using the C-Rank techniques without any real practice.
Objective: Sekkai Keibou (Stone Guard Creation) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The next technique would create eight phalanx’s around Hiromi that would protect him from people trying to attack him. Since it was a B-Rank, he intended to make sure he knew exactly what he was doing, but first, he needed to memorize some hand signs.
Those naturally didn’t take long for him so once he had them embedded in his brain he decided to move on to the actually performance of the technique itself. Hiromi performed several hand signs and once he did, the stone phalanxes rose from the ground and surrounded Hiromi. It was quite obvious that the technique was a success just based off of this simple fact.
He then decided to unsummon the phalanxes and move on to his next technique without further delay.
Objective: Kukan no Sekkai Senshi (Body Of The Stone Warrior) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The next technique would be a powerful defensive technique for Hiromi. Then again, doton was pretty much a defensive art anyways. Well, this is what Hiromi believed to be true about it. As he read over the scroll, he found out that his entire body would be coated in a powerful defensive armor made completely of stone. That would be awesome against strong enemies. It’d also practically make him two times as tall as he already was.
With that in mind, Hiromi quickly began setting his mind to learning the hand signs which didn’t take long at all. After he was done with that, He began using the technique and almost instantly his body sunk into the ground but came up covered in stones. Seeing as how the technique was done, he released the stone and turned back into his normal, frail form and walked back over to the scrolls to see what was left for him to do.
Objective: Doton: Ganchuurou no Jutsu (Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison Technique) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The next technique was sort of not so defensive but in a way, it didn’t harm the enemy either. Instead, it would lock them up in a sort of jail cell made of stone bars. That would be quite useful for someone like Hiromi who didn’t believe in killing others as an end to a battle. Quietly he went over the scroll attempting to memorize the hand signs and everything that went with it. He knew that the technique probably wouldn’t be too hard since he was already quite experienced with Doton techniques at this point.
Once he finished the hand signs, he decided to quickly practice it just to make sure he knew what he was doing. Bars came forth from the ground which, as usual, meant the completion of this technique. Now there was only one left.
Objective: Tsuchi Tou Tou (Swift Earth) E-Rank: 1 Post.
The final Doton was only an E-Rank and it would allow Hiromi to move the earth like a conveyor belt. Since it was only E-Rank, Hiromi simply memorized some hand signs and called it a day. Now he only had one more element to worry about but he’d do that later.
Hiromi decided it was time to go visit the Mizukage and see if he could get a mission or two.

Objective: Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind) D-Rank: 1 Post.
When Hiromi walked into the Academy, he knew that he needed to do some Fuuton techniques. He was really grateful that he had three elements to choose from, but sometimes it could be quite the burden on him whenever he had to train.
The first technique was only a D-Rank and it would create an armor of wind around Hiromi’s body. Since it was just memorizing some hand-signs and then launching the technique, it didn’t take Hiromi long to master it and move on to the next technique.
Objective: Tatsumaki Rendan (Tornado Barrage) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
Realizing that there was going to be a lot of complicated techniques that Hiromi would need to learn, he simply picked up all of the scrolls he intended to learn and walked outside to master them.
Once outside, he opened the first scroll and saw that it was a Tornado Barrage which allowed him to launch consecutive Tornadoes at his enemy. This technique was great as an offensive Fuuton technique so he was quite happy to learn it.
After memorizing the hand signs, Hiromi performed the needed hand-signs before launching them at a tree that was sitting in the open. Tornadoes began to launch from his hand, razing the land and crashing into the tree which signaled the completion of this technique. With that done, it was time to move on to something much more complicated.
Objective: Fuuton: Tei Hakusha (Wind Release: Air Riding) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
The next technique was rather simple actually. It was a C-Rank and all that really needed to be done was created and air pocket below Hiromi that would lift him into the air so that he could fly around. The idea of doing this was quite exciting actually since he’d never flown before.
After memorizing the hand seals, Hiromi used the technique to hover only slightly off the ground. He wobbled around for a moment before catching himself and declaring this technique complete as well.
Objective: Fuuton: Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Release: Wind Dragon) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
The next technique was going to be offensive as well. Hiromi read over the scroll and memorized hand signs for the technique and was quite surprised how easy it would be to use considering just how powerful the technique would.
Hiromi performed the needed hand signs and almost instantly a dragon made of wind appeared surrounding his body. It then launched two powerful wind blasts into a tree that caused the tree to snap.
Hiromi then decided to unsummon the wind dragon before attempting to learn the move that the dragon just performed.
Objective: Kaze Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosion) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
The next technique was used by the dragon that Hiromi had just summoned so he had an idea as to how to use it already. He just needed to learn the hand signs to do so which didn’t take too long at all.
Once he did that he faced a tree and launched the technique just like his wind dragon did and almost instantly the tree broke as well signaling the completion of yet another C-Rank technique.
Objective: Happa Shinkuutai (Bursting Air Pockets) D-Rank: 1 Posts.
Hiromi picked up a D-Rank technique which he knew he’d finish quite quickly since he was already adept at these kinds of techniques. He casually looked over the scroll and easily memorized the hand signs needed. He then launched a couple air bursts just to make sure he had it down before moving on to yet another technique.
Objective: Kaze Bunshin (Wind Clone) D-Rank: 1 Posts.
Hiromi picked up yet another D-Rank technique and let out a sigh. This was a Bunshin technique but since he learned the Rock Bunshin, this wouldn’t be hard at all.
After memorizing some hand signs, the technique was complete and he decided to move on to another technique.
Objective: Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu (Gale Surge) E-Rank: 1 Posts.
The next technique just launched a blast of air that pushed things back within a close vicinity. Since it was only E-Rank, it was no problem for Hiromi to easily memorize. Once he was done he was already ready to move on to yet another technique.
Objective: Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo Technique) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
He’d been learning a lot of low-ranking techniques when it came to fuuton, so Hiromi decided to move on to the higher ranking of Genin techniques. He picked up a C-Rank that allowed him to launch a torpedo of wind from his lungs.
After memorizing the hand signs, Hiromi inhaled and exhaled in one single movement which launched a powerful torpedo of wind that exploded when it struck a tree. This was obviously a success.
Objective: Fuuton: Tatsumaki Wana (Wind Release: Tornado Trap) C-Rank: 2 Posts.
Another C-Rank was up next for Hiromi to master. It would probably be easy since he just needed to create a tornado around the enemy and since he’d already learned Tornado barrage, he didn’t see why this technique would be effective as well.
Quickly her performed hand signs after memorizing them and instantly a giant tornado appeared in front of him. As he touched it, it pushed him away meaning that the technique was doing what it was supposed to.
Objective: Kaze Bunshin Bakuha (Wind Clone Explosion) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The next technique needed a Wind Clone to be used, so without further delay, Hiromi summoned a Wind Clone that stood by awaiting orders. Seeing as how it seemed focused, Hiromi decided to do the same thing.
He quickly went over the scroll and technique attempting to figure out how to do the hand signs. The technique didn’t seem all too easy but once he was much more confident he easily picked up on the hand signs. He then turned to his clone and sent him over to a tree that would be the target. Hiromi then created several hand signs. Once he did that, the clone exploded with a great force causing the tree to rip up from the ground a little. This was great news for Hiromi since it meant he’d completed another technique.
Objective: Furyuuchou Ken (Flowing Wind Fist) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The next technique probably wasn’t something that would be used all too often, but at the same time, Hiromi needed to learn it just in case he ever had to fight close range. This technique allowed Hiromi to coat his hand in a powerful wind that he could release upon command. Since it didn’t have to be used the instant he summoned it, it had a great surprise factor to it.
He carefully memorized the hand signs before allowing his arm to coat itself in a powerful wind. Once it did that, he aimed it at a tree. He then casually walked up to the tree and released the wind cause it to practically uproot the tree with such a great force. Seeing how powerful the technique was really made Hiromi happy about learning it.
Objective: Kyoushu no Tokkan (Assassin’s Rush) B-Rank: 4 Posts.
The final technique would seem easy enough to Hiromi even though it was a B-Rank. He carefully read over the technique, making sure that he would have everything under control when he learned it. After going over the technique, he allowed himself to build up some confidence for actually performing it. Once he felt ready, he created several hand signs before blasting himself forward with a powerful gust of wind.
The wind served as an accelerator and when he slowed down, he found himself right next to the academy in less than a second. This technique was clearly a success and with all this done, it would seem like he was ready to wrap up his Fuuton techniques that he’d been dreading on learning.

Hiromi was still bummed out about all the messages that were running through his mind. He wanted those negative thoughts to just escape him since they did nothing but get him upset and made him feel guilty. “I’m a great ninja, I-I’m pr-pretty sure th-that’s it. Y-Yeah, I w-will become s-stronger to-to make him happy.” Hiromi was of course referring to the Mizukage who at this point in time, meant a little more to Hiromi then he should’ve. Maybe it was just because of the human contact that he hadn’t had in such a long time, but Hiromi was quite grateful for everything that had happened. In fact, he was even happy he got so completely drunk and remembered everything, even that the Mizukage allowed Hiromi to hug him without getting angry, so maybe there was a chance, if he was ever drunk again.
After mulling over it for a moment, Hiromi decided to move on for the time being and pulled out a combat knife from his small bag he carried with him. He’d been wanting to use this knife if everything in battle went downhill and he was forced to fight with it. “I-I guess, I-I need to-to learn how to use this some time.” Hiromi tilted the knife around, looking at it from all angles. It looked so sharp and deadly. He couldn’t actually picture himself thrusting it into someone’s heart if the time came to do so. “Where do I even start?”

Horu wandered on into the dojo. He had some very good memories here. Breaking peoples bones, breaking a few of his own. Breaking the walls. Breaking everything! Nothing was safe from his skills in breaking things. His Byakugan was still active. So he knew exactly where to find Hiromi. He could see right through him to the outline of the knife, despite having his back to the younger man. His entrance also had made no sound, due to his own knife training. He only spoke up when he was literally right behind him. Undetected so far. Grinning with a slight sadistic pleasure. "That's a mighty fine combat knife you've got there. I'm quite partial to using those myself. Want me to show you a few tricks?"

Hiromi was casually looking over his knife when he heard a voice from right behind him that sent shivers coursing through his body. As Hiromi turned around, he let out a sigh of relief when he found out it was only the Mizukage. “W-What? Kn-Knife? O-Oh yeah… I-It was a gift from my mother before- A-Actually it do-doesn’t really matter.” Hiromi showed the knife to the Mizukage, smiling as he did so. “Y-Yeah, could you-you show me how? I-I want to use it in case I-I ever get into trouble fighting.”
Hiromi blushed, hoping that asking for help would take the Mizukage’s mind off of his first sentence about his mother. He didn’t like reliving old memories, especially when they involved his mother. In fact, he really didn’t know why he’d brought her up in the first place. He was pretty good at keeping her in the recesses of his mind when he was out being a ninja since it panged painful memories within him.

Horu listened to Hiromi, talking about his mother and then saying it doesn't matter. He decided not to pry, he wasn't the touchy feely sort of person anyway. So he usually just tried to side step topics like that. He looked at the knife and nodded. "It'll do just fine. I'll teach you some moves, starting with the basics." He stood back and pulled out a Kunai, which was technically a dagger/knife, so it would do for the purposes of his demonstration. "Right then, starting with the basics. This is the first thing you'll want to know. It's a move called the "Upward Repel". It's a basic E rank move which is used for repelling an enemies blade or really any kind of simple attack. It works by making an upwards slicing motion to parry the incoming attack, like this." Holding onto his Kunai, he performed a very basic upwards slicing motion as if he were intercepting an enemy attack. "Now you try."

Hiromi sighed in relief when the Mizukage mentioned something about the Combat knife being doable for this class of Bukijutsu. Hiromi really didn’t know how harsh the Mizukage could be so every little thing Hiromi did was ‘testing the waters’ so to speak. As the Mizukage showed Hiromi how to swing the knife upwards to parry an oncoming attack, Hiromi tightened his grip on his own knife.
Hiromi looked over his knife for a moment as he tried to figure out how he should go about performing the technique himself. His arms weren’t really strong or rather, weren’t designed for onslaughts of attacks but other than that the technique would serve some sort of purpose.
Hiromi ran his hand upwards with the knife in tow, doing his best to imitate the Mizukage’s take on the technique. He didn’t know if he did it right but he didn’t want to seem too doubtful as well.
“H-How’s that?” Hiromi blushed, feeling as though he were such a clown trying to learn how to swing around a knife in the presence of someone who’d conquered many other Bukijutsu styles already.

Horu nodded at Hiromi's good work. "Yes, just like that. Now, I'm going to show you a few other, slightly more difficult techniques." He pondered on what one to teach next, before falling on one in specific. "Right, now for the "assisted jab". What you do is you charge the hand you're wielding the dagger with with chakra. And then you hold the knife, so you're striking with the hilt of the weapon instead of the blade. It doesn't really matter how you do this as long as you get the hilt to connect with your opponent, watch." He walked over to a training dummy. Charging his knife wielding hand with a little bit of chakra, he made a back handed jab into the training dummy with the butt of the hilt. Leaving a small indent in the dummy from the increased power that the chakra gave him.
He walked back over to wherever Hiromi was once they were done with that.. "The next two things, the last two things you need to learn for the first stage of this style are Knife stances, and simple play. The first of which is simply practicing with slashes at different angles. Try practicing with upward, downward, and sideways slashing motions. Until you've got the hang of it and it feels a bit more normal to be doing. For the simple play, it's taking that a little further. Instead of just slashing from one direction, stopping, and then another. I want you to get used to attacking from multiple angles. One right after the other, switching it up. Up, down, left, right, behind. It's all good. Just as long as you get used to doing them one after the other in a fluid motion." He then demonstrated both. First, quick single strikes. And then several very quick strikes, one right after the other from different directions.

Hiromi quietly watched the Mizukage charge his knife with chakra and perform a strike with the hilt of the kunai. He wasn’t quite sure why he didn’t just use the bladed end but there was really no use in arguing it.
Hiromi carefully inserted chakra into his own knife, making sure that it was in synch with what the Mizukage had done earlier. He still wasn’t entirely sure he was doing it correctly but he was quite confident the Mizukage would stop him if he messed up or something of the sort.
Without further delay, Hiromi jabbed a testing doll with his own knife hilt just like the Mizukage had done. Since it made a small dent, much less dramatic than the Mizukage’s though, Hiromi assumed this technique was complete.
Hiromi decided to do what the Mizukage said when it came to slashing with the Combat Knife. He casually began swinging his knife around, causing his hair to sway with each slash. It was quite difficult at first since he’d never done anything like it before. In fact, he was still uncertain of his skills. Left and right the blade went, making unpredictable slashes with pauses in-between. Once he got used to it, he decided to pick it up and make it non-stop for once.
Hiromi swung in all sorts of directions and continued to do this for a bit. He didn’t want to stop since the Mizukage asked him not to at this point. It was a lot different than learning how to use ninjutsu, mainly because this sort of stuff wasn’t exactly his forte, nor did he intend to make it as such. After swinging the knife for a bit, he could tell that he was growing more and more experienced with the task so he decided to stop and turn to the Mizukage for an evaluation of sorts.
“W-Whew… That wasn’t easy.” Hiromi sighed in relief since he actually managed to finish, but at the same time he didn’t want to stop, just because he was afraid that the Mizukage would condemn him as weak and move on to someone else.
