Savanah smiled at Adrian. "Get the hell out of my room." She said sweetly, and shoved him out again, this time locking the door. She went back to Jet, and pulled him to her side. "What's wrong, sweetie?" She hugged him firmly. "Was it Adrian's pig headedness?" She said, mostly to make herself feel better. "SOMEONE STOLE MY FREAKING METH!" Rudi roared. "I JUST GOT IT BACK, AND I'M NOT GOING TO ******** LOSE IT AGAIN." Claws tore outside her door towards something. It was Rudi. She could tell because he kept tripping on nothing. Then, a much closer, he screamed, "JET! KAINDE! GIVE ME BACK MY DAMN METH, WHOEVER HAS IT." Melody's voice started speaking. "Rudi, Rudi, its okay. Its okay. We'll get it back, everything is going to be okay."

Jets body shook even more at the sound of Rudi's tirade. He sobbed harder and tried to pull away from Savanah, to get farther away from the comotion. At least he now had a reason for Kaidnes out burst. But it still scared him to death. WHen he couldn't get away from Savanah, Jet paniced. He clenched his hair, near his ears. "Stop it! Stop IT!" Jet sobbed, then clunge to savanah for protection. "Leave me alone!"
Kaidne strugled to walk in a straight line as he headed down his home town's sidewalk. His head was fuzzing and spinning, yet every thing seemed to move in slow motion. He blink several times, trying to clear his blurred vision. A huge officer ((Like your dad huge)) walked up to Kaidne. "Boy, whats wrong with you?!" He snapped, seeing Kaidne so out of it. Kaidne glared up at the cop. He was like twice his size. Kaidne sneered, drew back and punched the cop, hard. Being so big and freakin tough, the cop stumbled back a little, but brushed off the attack as if it never happened. He glared at Kaidne. The cop grabbed Kaidne and forced the fighting crack head to the ground, and eventually handcuffed him and dragged him to the station. Kaidne sat in a lonely room. One he knew to well. The doctors at the station, gave Kaidne some kind of med that counter acts the meth he had taken. So now, he was mostly normal. A man walked into the room, shaking his head. "Kaidne, Kaidne, Kaidne. What am I going to do with you. Your here, again. For the same offence. Plus, add on to that, your failed drug test. Lets see." The man looked at a peice of paper. "Tested positive for... Meth, cocain and haroin." He looked back up at Kaidne. "Thats a bad compination." The man came up to Kaidne and leaned on the table. "I let you out of here, because I thought you could change. Gave you the number to a great rehab place, and did you go?" Kaidne looked down at the table, avoiding the mans eyes. "I didn't think so!" The man straightened and started pacing. "I never like you boy. Now... who do I call to tell them your in prison. Again!" The man snapped. "'Cause I see you have no listed parents any more. They where smart to disown you. You little no good, class A screw up!" Kaidne glared at the man, feeling his anger rising. But he knew, if he hurt this guy, he would be in way more trouble then he's in already. "Jorden." Kaidne muttered. The man stopped pacing and walked up to Kaidne. "What was that." "Jorden. Call him." Kaidne hated getting Jorden into this mix, but he was his care taker at the moment. "Fine then," The man sat a peice of paper and a pen down infront of Kaidne. "Give me his nubmer and I can tell him how stupid you really are." Kaidne wrote down Jordens number and handed it to the man, who took it and left. Kaidne just sat there, staring off into nothing, Jet flooding his mind.

Savanah pulled Jet closer. "Shh...shh...its okay. No one's going to hurt you. No one is mad at you. Everything is okay. Its going to be alright. Your okay. I'm okay. Everything's okay. Rudi's not mad at you. He's not right, now. You know that. I'm here. I won't let anyone hurt you. Its okay."

Jorden walked into the house, Micheal behind him. Jorden had already chew Micheal out for ditching him, so the two walked in silence. The phone rang. Jorden sighed and groaned as he walked to the nearest phone. He checked the caller I.D. and was confused. Police Station. Jorden, for a second thought about not answering, but figured it wouldn't be good to stand up the police. "Um, Hello?" Jorden answerd. "Yes, hello," A man said on the other end. "Is this.... Jorden Caseoff?" Jorden really didn't want to answer. Scared of what he might have done. "Um... yes." "Do you know a Kaidne Shackabuli?" Jorden sighed. "Yes. What did he do?" Jordens voice sounded annoying. "Well, he dicided to punch out one of our officers, then we found him to be intoxicated with Meth and several other traces of drugs. Are you his..." Jorden dropped the phone on the counter. Micheal stiffened and picked it back up. "Sorry about that. you where saying?" Micheal said. "Ask him what the bail is?" Jorden said angerly. "What's the bail?" Micheal paused as the man answerd. He looked up at Jorden. "Not cheap." "Just tell me what the ******** bail is!!" Jorden snapped, and Micheal flinched. There was some thing about Jorden at this moment, that scared even Micheal. "What would be the bail?" The man answered. Micheal looked back up at Jorden, timmidly and told him the amount. (Can't say what it is, cause I don't know.) Jorden rolled his eyes in disgust. He hung up the phone and trotted up stairs. He grabbed the entire amout of bail money in cash, then headed back down stairs. "If I come back, and Kaidne's dead, then to ******** back." He muttered in anger as he headed out the door.
Adrian had run down stairs and searched the house until he found Joey, then dragged him up stairs. Explaining every thing as they went. Joey knocked on savanahs door, knowing Jet was in there. "Jet? God Jet! Are you alright!?" His voice full of concern. Jet's head shot up at the sound of Joey's voice, he pulled away from Savanah and darted to the door. He opened it and saw Joey. He threw his arms around his friend and bawled. Joey closed the door be hind them and lead Jet back to where he was next to savanah. Joey sat down, pulling Jet close next to him. He stroked at Jets hair, trying to calm him. "It's okay. I always hated that b*****d any way." "He... didn't... mean to..." Jet said between sobs. Joey pushed Jet back, just enough to look at him. "How can you be defending him!?" Joey said in shock. Jet hung his head. "I...... I don't know..." He started sobbing again. Joey, seeing his wrong doing, pulled Jet back into his arms. "Shhhh. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's okay." Joey cooned, trying not to cry him self. For once, he was watching Jet cry, not the other way around. THe least he could do was be strong.

((Its around $800,000. Did you know there's a fine for stalking?! I didn't! Its $150,000!)) Savanah got up, and left the room. Joey would be better at it, then she would, seeing on how he knew him more then she did. She went downstairs to crash on the couch. She started flicking through channels, her body sunk deep into the cussions. She noticed Adrian. "You done being a jackass?" She grumbled slightly, eyes focused on the TV.

Adrian stood there, eyes on savanah. "Yes." He answered simply, voice quiet and soft. He walked over and sat down on the same couch as savanah, just not close to her. He just sat there, staring meaninglessly at the floor. It seemed like for ever Adrian stayed this way. Then his attetnion was cought by the sound of a car pulling up. His head shot up and watched the door. Jorden came in, Kaidne behind him. Eyes down, body tense. Once they where both in the house, Kaidne shut the door. Jorden whipped around. He grabbed Kaidne hard by the arms, digging his nails into the boys flesh. Jorden threw Kaidne to the ground infront of him. "You stupid b*****d!!" Jorden yelled. Normally, Kaidne would have gotten to his feet and fought back. But there was some thing about Jorden that scared him. Maybe it was how his eyes where no longer a redish brown, but where now pure red. Every thing about Jorden at this moment screamed, 'I'm gonna die!!'. Jorden continued on his rant. "How in hell could you be so stupid!! Putting every one's safety at risk!! What if you had shifted right infront of that cop!!?? You would have put us all in danger!! I can't believe I bailed you out!! I should have just let you rot in the cell!! For gods sake that's where you belong!!" Adrian stood up and walk over to Jorden. "Hey, leave him alone." Jorden whipped around, fast enough to cause his hair to fly back, over his shoulder. He didn't glare at Adrian, but stared him down with a crazied demonic look in his eyes. Adrian froze. "What. Did. You. Say?" Jorden drew out every word, his lips curled back over his braced teeth in anger. Adrian was easily taller then Jorden. And even bigger then him. Adrian was skinny in some sense of the word, but Jorden was thinner. 13 years of illness had wasted away at his body. But that didn't make him any less dangerious. Adrian squeirmed under Jorden's devilish gaze. "No....n... nothing." He managed to push the words out of his throat. "Thats what I thought you said." Jorden turned back to Kaidne as micheal entered the room. "You idiot." Jorden scowled at Kaidne. "What about Rudi. He's just as bad." Kaidne said to smart alixs for own good. "What makes him any different then me?" Jorden reached down and swatted Kaidne across the face with his nails. "You got cought!!" Jorden snapped. He grabbed Kaidne by the arms again and pulled him to his feet. He shoved him towards Micheal. "Take care of him." Jorden sneered. Micheal lead the terrified Kaidne from the room, and Jorden looked over at Adrian, who had retreated back to Savanah. "What!?" He snapped. Adrian instinctifly averted his eyes to the ground. "Good." Jorden said as he left the room.
Jet had calmed down enough to the point where he wasn't crying his eyes out. He had heard comotion coming from down stairs. So hea headed out to the top of the stairs, Joey close behind. Jet peered down and saw Kaidne being tortured by Jorden. He took one step towards the stairs. Joeys grip on Jets arm tightened and he froze. Jet looked back at Joey. Who just shook his head. Joey some times Knew jet better then he knew him self. So Jet knew, going down there now, would be a big mistake. He lowered his head and pointed his eyes to the ground as Joey let him back into Savanah's room.

Savanah pulled Adrian to her, shocked at Jorden. "What the hell was his problem? You didn't do anything." She said viciously, protectivly. "Are you alright?" She murmured, concerned. "Don't worry. If he ever hurt you, I swear, I'll go against everything I said to you, and hurt him twice as hard. That goes for anyone." She said heatedly. "Oh. Now I get why you always acted out." She laid her head on his shoulder.

Adrian shrugged. "Jorden, not that big of deal. He reminds me of my mom. Always yelling. Always nipping at my heels." Adrian shook his head. "I guess this is home sweet home. Joey led Jet down stairs. He must have done some thing to cheer Jet up, cause he looked more annoyed then all... cryie. Joey sat Jet down on the couch next to savanah. "Now stay." He gave jet a stay kind of motion, as if he where some kind of dog. Which he was. Jet glared at Joey as he left. He pulled his knees up to his chest in a pouty manner and stared off at the random thing on the T.V. Adrian sighed. He didn't like home. Now this place was turning into it. The one thing he thought he could run away from followed him. Adrian leaned his head on savanahs and stroked her hair. Suddenly, his phone vibrated. He pulled it out and looked at the message Liz had sent him. Now this made him feel better. "Oh my god." Adrian laughed as he showed it to savanah. It was a picture of Julia, fast a sleep, with a waffle sitting on her head. "You idiot Liz." Adrian shook his head. "Poor little girl." Maybelle jumped up on the couch and settle down next to Jet. He crossed his legs and pulled his little 12 pound fluff ball into his lap and stroked her blonde fur. Never taking his eyes off the t.v. He wasn't watching it. He just wanted some thing to keep his attention. So he could think about the obvious. The fact that he was not alright.

Savanah rolled her eyes. "I pitty the child." She snorted. She flopped out, legs where her back should have been, and back where her butt should have been. Upside down sitting. "I am freaking bored to freaking hell." Dimitri appeared out of no where, and looked down at her, looking curious. Savanah screamed, shocked, and kicked out involintarrily out at him. He caught her foot with ease, and still looked questioningly down at her. "I'm being myself! Get over it!" She grumbled, annoyed she was so caught off guard. He shrugged, and went to sit down on the other couch. She looked at Adrian. "Scold him." She ordered, pointing at him, upside down.

Adrian didn't like being put on the spot. He paniced. "Uh-um--ahh. Bad boy!" He scolded Dimitri. This was just to much for Jet. He pushed Maybelle off his lap. She landed on her feet and looked up at him in digust. Jet ignored his dog and stood up and walked out of the room. In an emotionless mannor. Adrian watched as Jet left. No one seemed to pay any attetion to him. As if he wanted it. Adrian knew he should stay out of it. But he just couldn't help him self. Adrian stood up and followed Jet. He found him in the other, quieter rooms. He was sitting on the couch, knees pulled up to his chest, face burried in his arms. Adrian could hear the soft sounds of sobs. He felt bad for Jet. He didn't really know what happened, but he did know Kaidne had some thing to do with it. Adrian walked over and sat down next to Jet. Jet looked up in surprise, his blue eyes sad and lonely. Tears formed at the corners of his eyes and he just stared at Adrian. Suprised he even gave a damn. Adrian didn't say a word. He just wrapped his arms around Jet and pulled him close. Jet was tired of fighting, and just gave in. He huddled close to Adrian. Not wanting to be alone. Because, if he was alone, there was no real garenty he would be alive in the morning. Jet burried his face ageinst Adrians chest. Just so overwelmed. he was glad some people around actually got him.

Savanah rolled her eyes. "'Uh, um, uh, bad boy!'. Yeah. Nice Adrian. I was thinking more like, I don't know, attacking you?" Dimitri smiled. "If you want him dead, just ask me." Savanah flipped over, so she was sitting right. "Why do you always talk so much when I'm the only one around?" He shrugged. "I don't know." She went over so she sat, legs curled up under her, by him. "Everyone like's you. They kind of have to, because we're a family. Well, a family that dates each other..." She scrunched up her face. "Anyway...Kaidne hated me. Now, we're best friends. Adrian and I..." She started laughing. "Oh my god. We hated each other. He attacked me, I wanted him dead...now look at us. We're a big family, and now your apart of it." Dimitri looked at her closely. "That's why I don't talk to the others. I just don't like talking. I'm...solitary." She frowned. "But...we have conversations. Like, real ones. Like now. We're talking, and your not going silent every word like you do with others, and when your around anyone else." He shrugged. "I'm just...comfortable...with you." He murmured. His voice went darker. Lower. She smiled. "I'm glad. Now all we need to do is get you comfortable with everyone else." He curved the side of his lip up, not smiling, but like he was unsure. "Yeah. I guess so." She leaned forward, streaching out her upper arm muscles. "Come on. Your roomin' with my cuz. He's like, the sweetiest guy in the world. Right up there with Jet. He can make friends with anyone. Like, anyone." He leaned forward too, slouching. "I like Teyson. He's a nice guy. But...I just don't feel as comfortable. I told you, I'm not a talking type of guy." She bumped her head against his arm. "Your confusing." He smiled. "Yes, I am. That's what make's people want to break into my shell. They...they never acomplish anything. Yet, you have gotten farther then any one of those people. And all you had to do was...smile." His eyes softened, yet intensified at the same time. He leaned a little bit forward, like he was going to tell her something important. She was ready for that. Not...not for this. Dimitri leaned all the way forward, and pressed his lips to hers. For a minute, she was lost. She let him kiss her. Then, she was snapped into her sense's. She jerked back violently, and hurried away, not bothering to say anything. She rushed up the stairs, and into Adrian's room. She dropped a small key onto his dresser, then almost ran to her room. Once in, she locked it tight, and leaped into the celing bed. WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED? She was internally screaming at herself, beating herself up. Litterally. She was so overwhellmed, she had unconciouslly went back to her cutting days. Her nails sliced into her arms, dragging deep, thick lines of blood onto the bed. She didn't notice it. She didn't feel the pain. She was too wrapped up in guilt, worry, and sheer terror. She was so afraid of upsetting Adrian. She was so afraid he would hate her. React like she had. She was dying inside. Her body shook. How could she? How COULD she? She shook so hard, that the blood splattered onto her foot. She looked down, surprised at the touch of wetness. Oh, s**t. It was like a river of blood. She wasn't even winded. She lept off the bed, and found a ragged old shirt that she had been planning to get rid of forever. She wrapped it around the length of her arm, and went back up to the bed. s**t, it was everywhere. She rolled Carter to the side of the bed, and took off the sheets. She juggled them just right, so they wouldn't drip the sea of blood onto the floor. She found the washer, and shoved her load into it, expertly setting it up so it would wash in half the time it would usually take. She learned this stuff when she was on the run. She hurried back to her room, and relocked the door. She huddled underneath a pile of bean bags in the far corner. One was under her, three towering above her on each side. She didn't cry. No, she didn't cry. She was just waiting for Adrian to find out, and come to hurt her more then she could ever do with a knife.

Adrian stared in shock at what he had just seen. Jet, who was standing next to him, was also shocked. They had just come back into the living room, only to see what just happened. Jet took a few terrified steps away from Adrian. Adrian looked at Dimitri, his ice blue eyes didn't blaze, but burned with a frightening coldness. He drew in a ragid breath. His fist clenched tight, so tight that he could feel his nails nearly digging into his palm. Adrian glared at Dimitri, but did nothing. He tried to keep his anger from getting the best of him. He hit one fist ageinst his leg and turned to leave. Jet stayed behind. Jet looked over at Dimitri, his blue eyes simpathetic. "Wow man. Just made your first enemy. And what a hell of an enemy to have." Jet turned to leave. "Nice knowin' ya buddy." Adrian stormed up the stairs, but with ever step closer he got to Savanah's room, his anger died. He reached down for the door knob. But it was locked. Damnit. Adrian didn't bother to knock or any thing. Like she would answer. So he headed to his own room. He closed the door behind him. He bit at his lip hard. He stormed over and knocked the few things he had on his desk to the floor. But he was not mad at Savanah. No. He was mad at Dimitri. How in hell could he do that. Adrian knew he made the first move, and savanah was just a helpless victom. Adrian was also mad at him self. Maybe Savanah wasn't a helpless victum. Maybe Adrian just could satify her, so she turned to a guy who could. God, why did Dimitri have to be every thing adrian wasn't. Strong, stable, nice, hot. Adrian shook the thought from his head and slipped off his shirt. He tossed it on his bed then rumaged around his dresser for a new one. He pulled out a black shirt then heard some thing metalic hit the floor. Adrian looked down in question. It was a key. What the crap? Adrian looked back at his dresser in confusion. he never put a key there. He reached down and picked it up, looking the key over. It suddenly clicked in his mind. Adrian slipped on the black long sleeved turtle neck and slipped from his room. He headed down the hall to Savanahs. He bit his lip as he slipped the key into the lock. He prayed it would work. Then the lock slipped free. Adrian breathed out a sigh of relief and pushed the door slowly open. Giving savanah a chance to yell at him to go away. But she didn't so he pushed the door open all the way. Adrian stepped in and searched the room for savanah. He found her, surrounded by beany bag chairs. She did not look good at all. A shirt was wrapped around her arm, and the faint smell of blood lingered in the air. Adrian paniced and ran to savanah. He dropped to his knees infront of her and looked her over. She didn't seem to be hurt any where esle, or dead, or close to death. Adrian breathed out another sigh of relief. He hudled next to Savanah and wrapped his arms around her. "You okay? God you scared me there for a second." Adrian turned serious and looked at Savanah. "I'm not mad. Why should I been. We're even. I kissed Andrew, you kissed Dimitri. No harm done. I hope." Adrian pulled savanah closer and hugger her tighter. "I'm sorry. This is all my fault." Adrian's voice was low and saddened. "I get it. Dimitri is every thing I'm not. Sweet, quiet, stable, nice. Do I dare go on. I understand. You want some one like Dimitri, and not a jackass like me. I get it. I'm not mad. If he makes you happy, then so be it, you go with him. I don't want to stop you." Adrian rested his chin on top of savanah's head and breathed in deeply. The turth is, he was scared. Adrian didn't want to lose savanah, but he also didn't want to make her unhappy. He was at a cross road here. But, he was trying to be a better person, and was willing to let savanah go if he had to. "You don't have to stick around with me if it makes you unhappy. Don't let me stop you." Adrian muttered. He wasn't at the least. He was more of heart broken. Not at Savanah, but at him self. This was all his fault. Adrian pulled away from savanah and pulled his knees to his chest. He wasn't going to cry, he wasn't going to yell. He was going to be strong. He looked up at savanah and forced a smiled.

Savanah choked on a sob. She threw herself at Adrian, and clung to him. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to! I thought he was going to tell me something!" She sobbed. "Don't say that. Get mad at me. Hate me. Something! Don't be understanding. It make's it worse!" The shirt fell off her arm, and she grimaced. She pulled back, and cradled her arm to her chest. "Ow..." She whispered. It was worse then she thought. But, it wasn't bleeding anymore. Deep, ragged, claw sized lines were in her arm. It was like she had been carving wolf gashes into a jack-o-lantern. "I...don't freak out, okay? I didn't mean to do it. No, freak out. Yell at me, tell me you hate me." She wrapped the shirt back around her arm, like a make shift bandage. She would clean it up later. "Adrian...I'm sorry. I know, I know that doesn't make up for anything, but remember what I told you? I like Dimitri. He make's me smile. But I don't love him. Hell no. Okay, sure he's all that, but he's not you, is he? He doesn't have that smile you get when your happy. He doesn't have that cocky attitude you get every so often that make's me laugh. He doesn't have that loving expression you get when your worried, or scared. He doesn't make Carter call him 'Daddy'. And he sure as hell doesn't make me want to kiss him all the freaking time."

Now Adrian wanted to cry. For a different reason. He pulled his knees up to his chest again and stared out at the room, not wanting to look savanah in the eyes. Afriad she might see the pain he felt. "I could have easily stayed in L.A. I could have restarted my life, raise my daughter, I could have been happy." Agian, his words sounded cruel, but his tone was sad, quiet and cold. He was seemily talking to him self. "But no. I came back. I came back for a good reason." Adrian turned back to savanah, tears in his eyes. "You." Adrian turned his gaze back at the room. "I couldn't live with out you. And to hell I could never live with my self if you where ever unhappy. I was so afriad, before I left, I wasn't there for you. And what Melody told me. It scared me. i thought I wasn't going to be there for you. Which I wasn't. I was so stupid. Focusing on my own problems, while you where just as messed up. I am so sorry. I am never going to be good for you. I can try, but I know I will fail. Just like how I failed with Liz. I'm and unmature jerk. I'm afriad that will never change." Adrian lowered his head and rested it on his arms, which where crossed over his knees. He then touched on a different subject. "I'm not going to get mad at you. Last girl I got mad at, well, she's still in the hospital. Why should I get mad for being a bad boyfriend. It just doesn't make any sense. I think the only thing I have ever done right, was...." Adrian throught for a moment. "You know what... I don't even know." Adrian turned back to savanah. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry for every thing I have ever done wrong to you or for you. I'm sorry" Adrian muttered the last few words and a tear slipped from his eye. God damnit. I am such a retard. Adrian thought to him self.

Savanah rested her head on a bean bag. "We're messed up, aren't we?" She murmured. "Even more then usual." She went quiet for a minute, then looked up. "I'm serious, this time. I'm very serious. And, if you don't like the question, say no. Do you want to go home to Liz?" She asked. "I know your family love's you. And if you want to go home, I won't stop you. If your happier there, you can go. And...if you want me to, I can come with. Me...and Carter. If your not happy here, yeah right am I going to make you stay. Or maybe, we can ask Jorden if we can make a house, seperated off of this one. I can make a call to my...um...company..." She looked around at her room, as if to point out which company, and looked back at Adrian. "Maybe that would be better. Have our own space. But still be with the others. Or something. I don't know. What do you want to do?" She reached over to grab a first aid kit in her night stand. She started pouring rubbing alcohol onto her wound. She ignored the sting. "We can do a lot of things. Get married, kill Dimitri, run away, or you can talk to Dimitri." She perked up. "How about that, huh? You can talk to him. I've...tried that..." She sighed. "And you see the outcome. But if you talk to him...maybe that'll work." She started slathering on antibactirial stuff onto her arm, and put gauze onto it. After that, she wrapped it all up with neon purple streachy matirial that clung to itself. Kind of like what soccer players used. She held up her arm. "All better."
