before I post, I would like to know if we can do very small partial transformations? say like a finger into the tip of a blade if we turn into a sword? rolleyes

Yes all weapons can do part transformations but it's usually bigger than a finger, usually a hand or an arm.

The smallest section we have seen is
Soul can turn his whole arm
And Death scythe Jutsin law and Maka's dad (Also a death scythe) Have been able to turn small sections of there body (Justin's wrist and Maka's dads shulder blade)

Well there is also Tsubaki's ponytail keeping Sid tied up in the first arc in the story. And later on I saw Harvar(a lightning spear) turn his hand into the end of the spear. I can't remember anything else right now.
(these are all from the manga by the way)

You'd be surprise how loud she'll yell though. She's no push-over.
But, she's a sweet girl. Loves art, music, opera. All that which her parents had managed to repress from her.
