If I cannot tame myself? Seo Himine
Seo ran into the building and heard crying. But it wasn’t a man or a woman, not even a child. As he listened closely he realized it was a baby of a few months maybe. He nudged one of the people and the body seemed masculine and as he nudged harder the still body spoke, in a rather strong but weak in volume. The man turned out to be his father. Seo helped the man up and put him on his way to the door. Seo Then went for the baby. He followed the cries and screams of the small creature. When he got there he wrapped it in a blanket and started to walk out of the house. (162+119=281/2000)

If I cannot tame myself? Seo Himine
He made his way out of the door and to his father who was half conscious but sitting upright. Seo placed the baby in his arms before speaking. ”How many people are in there?””Just my wife, daughter and her boyfriend.”his father said. Seo turned to head back into the house but his father called to him again. ”What is your name so that I may thank you properly.” ”That is not important.” Seo responded before running back into the house. Once inside he woke them all. The youngest one seeming to be his sister and the older one his step mother. The boy was too confused to move properly to the door. Seo guided him to the door staying behind the his sister and step mother so ensure their safety. As they all left the building. Seo helped them all sit and then went on to carrying broken stones away from the house and piling them up in a round tower like formation. (281+165=446/2000)

Seo's father placed the baby in his wife's arms and stood up. He was wearing a suit jacket over a red dress shirt and a black tie. His hair was long and a deep shade of brown it was tied in a ponytail by a red scrunchy.
The man coughed a bit and brushed himself off a bit before walking over to Seo to help him. He watched as he carried stone after stone with his eyes covered. He said nothing and began helping Seo. "My name is Hikokoro, Hikokoro Himine." The boy didn't respond he just continued to work. Hikokoro's face became stern as he was ignored, but he didn't react on it just joined in the work. He grabbed stones that were by far smaller than that of his rescuer. As he continued he noticed the flute hanging from the boy's waistband.(446+144=590/2000)

The boy who seemed confused earlier regained his bearings and went to help also. He left his girlfriend with a kiss on the cheek and walked quickly to the side of the half destroyed building. He, instead of grabbing stones picked up broken glass and wood from the window. He did so in silence. The boy seemed like a fighter although he never set foot in a ninja academy. He dressed in loose, light clothing. The material from his shirt kept ripping so he took it off and wrapped his hands in it so he wouldn't cut hands. He continued the manual labor and was curious to whom he owed thanks to for saving them all.
He looked around and saw Seo. He looked closer at him when he walked by to pile up the wood. He saw nothing spectacular about him and thought he might have been clean up crew that had been ordered to clean up the housing district and make sure everyone was safe. He didn't look strong enough to carry him out of a damaged building like his rescuer had been. So he let out a laugh and continued cleaning.(590+194=784/2000)

Seo turned his head towards the boy who was said to be his sister's boyfriend. Seo disliked him as most older brother. Seo couldn't even see him the only image he had of the boy was that of his body which seemed fit. Seo still didn't like him. No boy that he hadn't approved of would date his sister. Seo continued to carry stones and was almost done there were only about four or five left. He moved them all without a word.
When he was finished he sat down next to the family. He was very tired and could barely sit upright. He began to fall back. He didn't stop himself from doing so. He ended up laying on the ground. Controlling a prison riot then clearing the debris from the house was challenging. He was pushing himself to the limits. (784+142=926/2000)

The Pale faced red haired girl crawled past her stepmother and placed her hand on the boy's forehead. She smiled and thanked him for saving her family. She walked to the side of the house where a well had been dug. It was covered so the water was still fresh. she lowered the bucket down and filled it. She cranked the handle until the bucket was in reach. She untied te wooden bucket and brought it back for the boy to drink.
"Here stranger take this." She said in a cute little voice as she lifted him up to a sitting position. She placed the bucket to his lips pouring the cool liquid onto his lips and into his mouth. He choked at first his dry through aching a bit from the initial sip, but he swallowed and took the bucket from her. she watched as the stranger gulped the water. She placed her hand on it to stop it then told him to slow down. She giggled a bit and smiled again. The boy nodded and obeyed drinking slower. She sat back and watched as her father and boyfriend finished up. He waved for them to come over and join her and relax. when the boy had finished the water she saw it on a clean patch of grass.(926+220=1146/2000)

If I cannot tame myself? Seo Himine
Seo inhaled deeply after he had finished drinking he hadn't realized how much he was drinking and how fast he had been doing so. He also wasn't sure if the whole thing had been for him. however when he heard the footsteps of his father and his sister's boyfriend he realized that they might be thirsty. He blushed in embarrassment and took the bucket from the place the girl had set it.
He rushed back to the place where the well was and dipped it. When it was drawn back it was full to the brim. His balance served him well as he brought it back without spilling a single drop. He gave it to his father and told the man to drink. Seo sat down for a moment to take a break the next step was fixing that side of the house. Seo wasn't a contractor but his father had built the house and Seo had built his own home out of the raw material he had found around its location.
Seo stretched and walked over to the tower of stones he started to place them back where they should have been. He kept placing stones until he had outlined the house and just as he finished the outline he was joined by a chuunin level ninja. The man looked around and asked If any help was needed here. Seo nodded and the man walked over and made a few hand seals. The wood that was sitting in a neat pile rose and lined up along the stones. Nails shot out of the ground binding the wood together. The outside had been completed and since the house was split almost perfectly in half the man just continued to make a mirror image of the other half of the house.
Seo heard cheers from his family and smiled the house was in good hands so he decided to leave for now maybe he would return and let them know who he was. Maybe just maybe. Seo got out his flute and played the same song as he did earlier. His mother's song. and as he moved farther and farther away he could hear the cheers of his father and sister turn into sobs and the others began to console them.

If I cannot tame myself? Seo Himine
Seo walked away from his house heading toward the hospital to make sure all of the gennin had survived. It may have been out of his nature to care for someone other than himself but in the middle of a war when everybody is suffering pride is not only a sin towards others but one toward one's self.
Seo thought to move faster so he would get there before he missed anything. He was just about to speed off on his way but he heard the voice of a small boy and girl. The high pitched screams and quivers were followed by the growl of a mountain lion. A sound Seo knew all too well. Seo was ashamed that even for a second he thought about letting the mountain lion eat the kids. he became appalled at his morals. When this is all over I seriously need a priority check.
Seo dashed in the thick forested area. He was able to kick the lion as it was inches from the boy's throat. However the boy jerked and the tooth cut his cheek. Seo landed and took out the metal bars holding one low and the other high both pointed toward the large cat. The boy passed out from shock falling on the the girl who had to be only but a year older than him at most.
The beast lunged at Seo and was met half way by Seo's pole. The metal bar struck the huge cat right between the eyes. He ad been aiming for the noes but missed slightly. The impact sent the cat flying. It landed an inch away from the two kids and caused the girl to faint. Seo noticed but stayed in his fight mode. The only reason he noticed it was because their breathed became normal and their heart rate had slowed. Their quivering and all the unnatural movements had ceased.
The great cat charged again. this time Seo countered with both bars. He smacked the first against the side of the animal's head and the second was a stab at the throat. This sent the beast running. Seo had successfully defended two children from death by lethal ingestion. He felt satisfied and decided to take them to the hospital to make sure they were alright.
He continued on his way to the hospital. He could honestly say that today was the most critical day of his life and the only thing that comes close was the day he lost his mother and brother. As he carried the two on his shoulders he realized how great life really is.

Shiso Madaraki "As long as there's music..."
Three days. Three long days, and this was all she had to make up for it. This place was totaled. Sure, she could see a few genin lending a hand here and there... But it wasn't enough to clean up all the rubble and damage those bastards had done when they trashed the place... Three days ago, she would've been more depressed and heartbroken if she weren't already angry and upset over the fact that she had to go through with cleaning up and searching for survivors and dead bodies... This whole kind of thing made her very sick to her stomach... Made her nauseous and overwhelmed by the whole idea of doing this on her own, too...
... But, she spent enough time crying. Enough time locked up in her room and zombified over something that...
She then let out a long sigh and shuddered as she walked over to the mound of crumbled stone, brick, rock, and wood and gulped while rubbing her arms, biting her lip; better start while she still had the stomach for it. This should get her mind off of a few things, now that she thought about it. Work was work, I mean... And she had to at least contribute if she wanted to feel better about this whole ordeal and just... Move on. Shiso then extended the length of her hair and began digging through, using her hands and her hair to dig through the debris before noticing a dog nearby wagging it's tail and barking at her.
"..." she didn't know what to make of this at first... But after reminding herself of the situation, she then turned her head away and groaned, "Not now, doggy... I'll play fetch with you later... Right now, I really need to--"
"He's supposed to help you find the corpses, stupid," said a familiar voice as Shiso looked up and frowned at who happened to be; out of all the people in the world, it had to be Togarashi who would help her with 'clean-up duty'. I mean, sure, he was a jounin and all that jazz, but WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE HIM...?!
"Oh... Hello... Toga-kun..." muttered Shiso in a hollowed voice as her eyebrow twitched and fidgeted while she gritted her teeth together irritably.
"That any way to say Hi to your big brother? After the way you trashed my room?"
"What do want? Did Mom set you up to this? Where's your wife?"
"Don't get all huffy on me, Perilla, relax," chuckled Togarashi as he pointed to some of the jounin nearby looking around for any survivors with the help of the same dogs Shiso had been appointed with and smiled, "I'm not really here to help you find anything. That's his job," the eldest brother said while petting the brown dog on the head and smiling, "I'm just here to do my part too. Shout if you find anyone down there. Alright? We'll help you out."
"Yeah... Sure..." huffed Shiso as she frowned and looked down at the dog, licking her hand with a whimper; she really didn't like dogs all that much... Well... San was an exception... But she barely knew this dog let alone trusted it. Especially when it'd been handed over to her by her brother like some sort of tool to use... Regardless, she scratched it behind its ears and shrugged, walking up the mounds of broken concrete while the dog led the way, sniffing about as she followed behind.
Least this was better than making a building... She didn't know anything about construction...

Shiso Madaraki "As long as there's music..."
After searching for at least 10 minutes, Shiso had gotten bored and decided to entertain herself by finding random objects in the ruins; at first, she had found a broken doll with a missing arm and leg, a broken radio which kept playing the same static-y song over and over again, and an old shamesen with the strings cut off and the handle broken. The dog never strayed too far off, anyway, so she needn't worry about getting side-tracked too much by the things they were picking up and throwing away as they made room for the new things they were going to build soon. She could tell it was going to be alot of work... But in the end, it'd all be worth it, somehow... She then looked down at the dog and tilted her head as it began to dig, whimpering and sniffing loudly as it barked and yelped for her to help him.
She then ran over and began moving the rubble out of the way before realizing whatever was down there happened to be buried too deep. She had to keep digging. Thus, once again, she used her hair, and began moving rock after stone after large piles of wood and damaged furniture until at last, she saw something twitch and screamed; there really WAS something living underneath there...!
"TOGARASHI!! GUYS! SOMEONE! HELP! I THINK I FOUND SOME ONE DOWN HERE!! GET OVER HERE QUICK!!" she yelled, shouting as the dog barked and all others began to join in and lift the heavy debris off of the squirming form to discover that it had been a fat, middle-aged woman barely alive and shaking as they helped her off of the floor and hurried her off to the hospital building while the dog continued to bark and sniff around some more while Shiso shuddered and moaned...
She... Didn't look like she'd be alive for long. It'd already been three days... There was no way someone could survive for so long after something so heavy and so... horrible had happened over those days. She had been buried that deep... How the hell... Was she still groaning and shaking underneath all that rock? She was even bleeding from her back, for God's sake... She could've sworn she saw her spine, too... And her head... There was hair and her skin missing on the left part of her scalp... There was mud and dirt, and blood all over it, too... God...
She then looked over at the dog who had happened to be wagging it's tail, waiting for her, and sighed, rubbing her arms with her gloved, now dirtied hands and gulped, getting herself off of her butt as she followed the dog reluctantly; anything to drive her forward. She needed to just get this over with and find whatever she could before the day ended...

Shiso Madaraki "As long as there's music..."
No sooner did she find a mangled, contorted body of an 8 year old boy buried under at least 4 layers of wreckage did she scream and shout louder than the dog who had first discovered the body and howled in fright. Much to her own horror, they didn't even seem to care about her, nor the body they had just found and went straight to collecting it in the bag; as she watched them lay the twisted, limp corpse of the child on the white sheet, she then turned her head away and trembled against the sudden, deathly chill that hung in the air around her, her strawberry bangs shaking as she pursed her lips together and moaned; any more of this, and she'd be having some serious problems later on...
After pulling herself together and getting herself back on the ball again, she then looked down at the dog, nudging and nuzzling against her arm and back as he tried to lick her face and get her up to her feet, and grumbled miserably, petting behind its ears as she got back up and began searching for yet another body that was somewhere in this massive heap of wreckage and torn architect they had once called 'home'.
It didn't look... So 'bad' now; it was actually starting to look a little good, from her perspective... Yeah... That's right, good... She just needed to keep her head held up high and tell herself that a bright, brand new future was just right around the corner from where she was... Yeah... That's the thinking!
She felt a bit better now that she had gotten her mind off of death and destruction, but she still couldn't shake the heavy coat of death from her shoulders as it clung and wrapped around her mind like a huge blanket just ready to smother her hard in the depression it possessed each time she tried to breathe much less move without thinking it could lead to death, somehow...
She then followed the dog further into the village's housing units and shuddered with each step as they walked further and further away from the town's square; where was he taking her this time...? What did he smell that was so important? And how on earth could he even smell it from that far away...?
Her questions were soon answered by the time they reached their destination; she looked up at the walls they had entered and covered her mouth as the dog barked and howled for the group to come running...
She didn't scream this time... Oh no...
She threw up. The sight itself was too much for her to take; there were dead bodies... Dead people... Hanging upside down through the walls and through the ceilings of the building they had just entered. They looked as though they had been placed in there, though how, she didn't even want to think about it let alone take a wild, estimated guess...
After she had finished spilling out her breakfast, she had then rushed out of the dilapidated area and fell to her knees before the group rushed in there along with the dogs.
... That's it. Game over. She had it. No more. No more death. No more bodies. She thought she could hold it in. She thought she could keep it all together... But after what she just saw, she didn't think she would ever be able sleep or eat without thinking of the many corpses dangling from the walls around her...
She just couldn't deal with it anymore. She must've found at least 20 people in there... Perhaps more. She then let out a ragged sigh and wrapped her arms around her frame while hugging herself tightly as if trying to keep herself from falling apart in front of a most gruesome scene she had just witnessed...
"Shiso!" called her brother as he rushed over to his youngest sibling who had been sitting there, quietly, despite the occasional sobs and whimpers that had escaped from her lips everytime she tried to hold it in, "... You can go home now. You're done. W-We'll take care of it from here. Just get some rest and try to eat something when you get home. Got it?"
The depression had then drained from her body and was replaced with a new, different kind of emotion she found difficult and painful to keep inside; anger. Hatred. Wrath. Pure, seething rage that unsettled between the palms of her hands each time she had tried to blink her eyes open only to discover that she had been seeing red this whole time...
She wanted to yell at him. Scream at him... MURDER him for having suggested such a thing to her after what she had just seen in there. But she knew... She was just being... Really sensitive right now... At least, that's what her brothers would always tell her... So she expected the same kind of thing coming from him if she were to just burst and tell him what she was going through right now...
"... Whatever," she growled, shoving his hand away from her shoulder as she got to her feet and started walking for home with a heavy heart sinking into her chest as it weighted down her every step she took toward her house... She didn't feel like crying anymore. She didn't even feel like screaming or yelling because of Togarashi.
She just felt empty; nothing would come out...
Nothing was there.

Shiso Madaraki "As long as there's music..."
A shock went up her spine just as soon as she heard what Hiyo's father had said and felt her chest grow heavier than it had been before; his words stung like acid and his tone cut her through like a sharp knife. Like a cold slap to the face, she felt discouraged, again, to compete in the chunin exams. Especially with what had happened with Hiyo... It was... Too painful for her to go through... To recollect, especially when... When he had meant alot to her... She then gripped her fists hard into two tight balls and sighed, her whole body shaking as she made her way to the town's library...
... Which was in ruins. Damn... Well... No choice but to think it over, then... Let's see... She may not have had a map with her, but she at least knew... The seven major villages, not including Kusagakure and Takigakure... There was Water, water had forests, lots of them; she remembered seeing a picture of it before in her class's picture book. It may have been misty, but at least there was trees, sort of... And then Fire, fire definately had forests... Wind didn't have any forests either, but neither did Rice--Err, Sound. So it had to be those two... Well... Which were they...?
She then began walking home and sighed heavily, shaking as she rubbed both of her arms and groaned; m-maybe she just shouldn't try this year... Too much was happening... A-And she just didn't she could deal with it right now...

Aoiro
The toy dog sized lizard ran quickly through the streets of the partially restored cloud village, looking for the single person it had left to find; Shiso Madaraki. Aoiro had already visited the Raikage and now sported a new side pouch that carried Tatsuya's identification as well as his mission papers so he could actually enter villages better. After several minutes of climbing over random rubble piles he was finally able to find the red haired girl and in a small moment it pounced on the girl's shoulder and spoke. "Shi...so...Ma...da...ra...ki?" The lizard was already presenting a folded paper that had the girl's name etched onto the outside of it, finally he had found her.

Shiso Madaraki "As long as there's music..."
Shiso nearly jumped when she saw the lizard; it wasn't that she feared lizards, oh no... She actually kind of liked them. She thought they were cute. It's just that... She had never seen one that big before. And it was heading right towards her. It must've been no bigger than a chihuahua, she thought as it jumped on her shoulder and said her name. It knew her... How did it know her name...? He looked... Familiar, somehow... Did she know this lizard somewhere...? Seeing as how less of a threat he was to her, she then carefully petted its head before picking up the paper he had given her and read it.
... T-Tatsuya-kun wrote this. A-And he knew the location of the exams. She then gulped and pocket it before thanking the little lizard and walking off as it rode on her shoulders; actually... He wasn't all that bad, this little guy... Aoiro, wasn't it? She kind of liked having him on her shoulders. She then nodded and began walking toward the Raikage's office...
... Before stopping in her tracks; was she... Was she really ready to face the... the Raikage's office after... After what had happened? Was she really ready to go there...?
"..." she then gulped and rubbed her arm nervously before letting out a sigh and walking forward, knowing she should just toughen up and get a grip on reality rather than just go home and cry like a baby...
