If only I could see through the storm... Seo Himine

Seo made sure everyone was ready before following them out of the village. Seo scratched the back of his head and loosened his blindfold. Just in case they were attacked he wanted to be ready and not to have to have to fumble around to get it off. As they walked he wondered how long to would take them to get from the cloud to the Leaf village.
...I'd blow you away with my power.

Yuzuki wasn't having as easy of a time as she originally thought going up to the Raikages office. Her sprained ankle was more tender than she thought it would have been after a weeks rest, and her was finding it hard to catch her breath, infact the more she moved the more the symptoms of the collapsed lung presented themselves; shortness of breath, there was a sharpe stabbing pain in her chest on the side of her damaged lung. The pain was radiating to her shoulder and her back and the more she walked the more she was hacking and coughing. Her skin took on an ever so slightly blue tint to announce that her body wasn't getting the oxygen that it normally did. She eventually made it to the door, she tried to calm her breathing so she could take some bigger breaths. She rested against one of the doors gently and knocked on the other door to announce her arrival. She would rest in a while if the Raikage didn't answer right away.

Nemutai Kumorai Zzz...
The Kage was sitting at his desk filling out a number of papers; the large stack that had been there before was cut down to only about an Inch tall as of the moment but there as sure to be something to come up and replace there spots. As Yuzuki knocked on the door, Nemutai looked up; he didn't have any appointments for today; but then again; no one ever seemed to even MAKE appointments anymore; so its not like that was a shock. "Come in" He said still looking at the door waiting for whoever was behind it to enter.

Yuzuki was about to sit down against the door when she heard the voice of the Raikage, she pulled herself heavily off the door and opened it up, she limped inside and gave a slight bow to the Raikage. She looked like hell, but she was sure that this wouldn't take too long and then she could get herself checked out. She pulled herself up and let the door close behind her, she still craddled her ribs to apply pressure and ease some of the pain of her broken ribs. She was also sure that Raikage was going to want to know what happened to her, hopefully that would be after the skip to the hospital. "Forgive my... appearance Raikage-sama. But I've just returned from the mission, everything went without a hitch and the former guests arrived without a scratch. Though coming home was a little more... adventurous then I originally anticipated. So, I'm reporting that I'm back in the village and the success of the mission." She wasn't sure what was going to happen first, a bombard of questions or what.

The Kage raised his eyebrow slightly as he looked at Yuzuki; to say she looked beat up was an understatement. He was going to ask her questions; but he was also going to keep it short; she needed to get healed as soon as she could. "Alright before you go get healed; I want to know; what exactly happened; this mission was suppose to be a simple and strait forward escort; no conflict but it appears as though that wasn't the case" He said still looking at Yuzuki who was standing in front of him.

Yuzuki gave a bit of a chuckle for a few moments before she abruptly stopped and took a deep inhale of breath... them immediatley regreted both. "Alright, but would you mind if I give you the short verson for now? I got a scorpion outside thats doubled parked and waiting to take me to the hospital." Yuzuki exhaled heavily but slowly and closed her eyes. "When we were heading back from the leaf, I was attacked by Shukaku (believe it or not) after some heated words were exchanged between me, the Buji-host, and an Inu-clan member from this village. I was either lucky, fortunate or blessed that I wasn't killed, afterwards I exchanged some words with the Cloud-Inu, and then she attacked me. I summoned an ally and got out of there after my ally stung her. As for what happened to my partner, I have no idea... he might be trying to help get the Shukaku under control again. Is there anything else that I can help you with before I leave to get these wounds healed, Raikage-sama?"

The Kage looked Shocked to say th least; which was hard to believe seeing as how he normally looked more asleep then awake. "Yes.... You can go now; I have a number of things that I need to do now" He said without looking back up to Yuzuki as he looked back down to some papers and quickly slid them to the side; pulling out a scroll that was for a messenger bird.

Yuzuki gave a slight bow, doing her best to show some respect but at the same time not inflict anymore suffering on herself more than she already did. She excused herself silently and started to make her way to her transportation so that she could get looked out. As the door closed, her lip twitched slightly, The Leaf was probably already either a broken husk of its former glory, or they were on their first shakey steps to rebuild, demanding retribution to the village who's Chakra monster had been released upon them. What a beautiful Danse Macobre. Yuzuki more or less pulled herself down the stairs and eventually out the door, she climbed back onto her scorpion with less than elegant grace before she willed it forwards and to the direction of the hospital. She closed her eyes in silent meditation as she prepared herself to face that damned smell of the hospital that her father ran. Bah, sometimes she wished she had learned some medical ninjutsu so that she didn't have to set one foot into that place. She'd almost rather suffer through the pain then have to listen to her overprotective father prattle on about how she should be more careful. Oh well, she was going to have to do this anyway, might as well get it done and over with.

I'm one Nightmare...
After a long and anxious night, dawn finally came and morning gave way to the late morning, Yuzuki was finally freed from the shackles of the damned Hospital and away from the gaze of her old man. Yesh... she thought she'd never get out of there. And now she could start gathering information, she decided to be formal about this; after all, she would need to slather on as much charm as she could to obtain what she was hoping for, she assumed that the mix of what was unleashed and the sudden urgency that was uncharacteristically in the eyes of the Raikage would prove to be an advantage. Hopefully he was busy enough to want to pat her on the head and send her on her way quick enough that he'd let slip some useful or important information. Hopefully though, he wasn't to busy to see her today either, she hoped for the right combination. Yuzuki walked up the countless steps of the office, actually taking time to enjoy the day as she set her own pace for once... she had no idea where Chiyu was, probably avoiding things or goofing off as he was prone to do. Yuzuki sighed, she wasn't sure about her team anymore. Knowing Kazin and his outlook of life, he would probably not have much interest in being partners with her anymore. Now that he knew her goals she had to work hard to make sure that she wasn't cut off from her ambitions. She needed some powerful allies, ignorant or not, to secure for her future ambitions. It would help if she could make those allies in the different regions. People who shared her goals that she could manipulate and puppet till she obtained what she needed and wanted. Then, she could discard her pawns or sacrifice them for the greater good as she saw fit.
Yuzuki eventually got to the main foyae outside of the Raikage's office, she went up to the desk and waited a few moments to be noticed. Once she was acknowledged she was quick to state her business. "I'd like to make an appointment with the Raikage sometime today if possible. Its not overly important... but it is involving something that I'll need direction with." Yuzuki paused for a moment. "...and perhaps you can help me with something? I'm looking for someone to put me under a Genjutsu so that I can learn how to break it. As a genjutsuist myself... its a little embarassing to think that I can't get out of what I specialize in. It would be a huge help, and it would be one less thing to bother the Raikage with as well."...you won't wake up from.

God she hated climbing these blasted stairs! There was no way she was going to lose this argument now, having to climb up these damned stairs for nothing was going to just piss her off. One never really appreciated their health until it was hampered in some way, having walked to the training feild, then out the gates into the bloody boonies with at least fifty pounds of spices on her back, back to the gates again, and then up, like, a billion stairs to get to the office of the Raikage... and all this after she previously winded herself from learning three different wind jutsus. She missed not having a recovering collapsed lung and bruised ribs. That was it! She was going to actually write 'Needs to add elevator in Office' in that little suggestions box. Though... she did suspect that every friday that the workers took a look at them only to get a good laugh of it. Ugh... Finally, after what seemed like forever she reached to top only to find the assistance desk empty. "I hope I'm not interupting the Raikage's private time with his secretary..." Yuzuki grumbled darkly to herself as she approched the door and knocked. She knew that she had an appointment booked for later, or was it now? She had no idea what time it was... anyway she was sure because this was more business that the Raikage wouldn`t mind. It was a matter of pride for the village after all. She raised her hand and knocked. If he had another appointment then that was fine, she wouldn't mind sitting for a while. She was sure that the Raikage was going to be happy to see her, she came twice in as many days... maybe she should jokingly ask for her own coffee mug now...

Nemutai Kumorai Zzz...
As the Genin knocked on the door the Kage who was till doing Paper work of his own looked up at the closed door; making a quick hand motion and the door knob turned and slid open; looks like he learned something new;.... and he most likely did so when he should have been working instead. As he looked at the opening door and saw the Genin his head tilted to the side slightly. "So It appears as though you are recovering well, what do you need Yuzuki?" The Kage asked still looking at the girl who was standing in the open doorway.
Most the paperwork that had been on his desk was gone; showing that he was almost completed with his daily work. .

Yuzuki was a little surprised when the door came open on its own, and even more surprised at how little paperwork was on his desk. She walked into the room and closed the door gently behind her. Well, you know what they say, youth bears invincibility. My Fath~ I mean my doctor said I was lucky, if I had done any more damage to my collapsed lung I would have been killed. Other than that I have some bruised ribs left over, nothing that would hamper any missions that you need to send me on... at least not too much." Yuzuki walked closer to the Raikages desk, she suddenly got a little embarrassed, her finger raising slighlty to her cheek as she started. "Well, actually I'm here for a few reasons... two being more selfish and one not so much." Yuzuki clearned her thoat softly before began, might as well get the sugar out of her before she gagged herself. "L-listen, I was talking to an old farmer by the name of Noujou who lives outside of the village, he was trying to get some village help escorting him to the Leaf village to sell his spices. He informed me that he couldn't afford it. I when I was coming back from helping him bring his spices home I got to thinking... why not lower the price and let a Genin squad escort him instead? Its cheaper than Jounin and Chuunin, you don't have to worry about giving the Jounin such a.. pointless mission thats below their skill so you can give them more important tasks, it would be good practice for the Genin, not to mention that the worst they would encounter on the way there would be Bandits. I just don't see where an escort for spices should have to cost so much. What do you think? Would you being willing to give a bit of a break to the old man and assign something cheaper for him?" Alright, so her argument was on the table, now it was time for the Raikage to counter or agree so that things could take off or move from their.

"The Reason why the Mission is such a high price; is the spice he is selling is Saffron, Which is on average $1,000 a Pound, and how much do you think he was selling; you saw the size of that container; so you must know how much it have weighed; at least close to it" He said looking at the girl. "The mission is essentially to guard a walking Bank Vault; which wold more then likely result in an attack of someone else; meaning that it would have been B or higher ranking mission, meaning Chunin Or Jounin" He said looking at the girl. "If we go on the mission; and something happens to his spices; then WE are liable for it"
"How about this; you do a small Favor for me; I will lower the price; I was about to send someone to get Kiko; and seeing as how you are the latest person to see her I think you would do nicely. Bring her back and she will be the Chunin for the mission; alright?"
(If you agree you can just leave the office now; I wont be posting again until tomorrow) .

"That much for Spice?? Well, anyway... seeing as how she tried to kill me the last time we saw each other, I doubt it will go over well, but if your giving the command to come back I don't see where she would have a problem with it. I will do as you ask. I will set out right after I replenish my supplies." Yuzuki bowed, not overly thrilled that she would have to go and get the slobbery mutt and her pet dog, still, a mission was a mission and a quest was no different. Showing her reliablity to the Raikage would be an added benefit too. As she walked out of the room, closing the door behind her, she somewhat grinned to herself. Kiko, whom she assumed was the Beast-traitor of the Leaf was probably still hanging around her puppet, or killed, either way it suited her, she would just bring back what was left of her. Hopefully for the old mans sake she would be in one piece. It was going to be a rather... amusing adventure.

I'm one Nightmare...
Yuzuki dutifully followed Kiko up to the Raikages office where she raised her hand and knocked on the door. Her leg was starting to ache a little but it wasn't anything like what she felt a number of days ago after her encounter with the one tailed host. "Raikage-sama, I have retrieved Kiko as per your request. I'll wait out here until your finished." Yuzuki took a few steps back, allowing Kiko better access to the door while she waited her turn for an audience with the Raikage. If he wanted to speak with her at the same time then so be it. But she assumed that he had other things for her to do. With a Chuunin here, and the mission that she was fetched for at least a chuunin rank, she wasn't going to be of any use, especially when she was still recovering with some brused ribs, granted, she was feeling a whole lot better now than what she did perviously....you won't wake up from.
