Skye nodded at the stranger. "Yep, he kicked my a** said, hey, you pass. that rhymed, highly unintentional. Anyway, i'm Skye Bishop, Fire ninjutsu specialist and member of the Oragami no Dara bloodline." She said extending her hand out for a shake.

He bore a heavy resemblance to Ryugan except for the fact his hair was shorter and his skin slightly lighter. There was an eye-patch over his left eye while his other was uncovered, revealing an amber brown eye. "Nice to meet you Skye," Regula said with a smile. Skye opened the sound jutsu scroll. She looked over all the jutsu, and then began to practice.
Academy level:
Issei no Jutsu (Shout Technique)
Skye focused her chakra into her vocal cords, and let out an amplified yell. [1/1]
Hibiki no Jutsu (Noise Technique)
Skye focused her chakra into her voice, and makes a crunching noise. The noise is projected to the other side of the room. [1/1]
Myaku (Pulse)
Skye took in a large breath. She focused chakra into her lungs and let out a small pocket of air. it hit the wall with a loud thud. [1/1]
Yobiko (Whistle)
Skye begins to whistle. She focuses chakra into her voice box and the whistle get's louder. [1/1]
"Ok, now for the genin jutsus." she says moving to the next set in the scroll.
Genin level
Kaze Senbon no Jutsu (Wind Needles Technique)
skye focuses chakra onto her fingers. She points them at the wall, and several streams shoot from her fingers. they peirce the wall like needles. [1/1]
Kinsei Hakai (Balance destroy)
Skye had to do this on herself. She focused chakra in the air around her, then moved it into her ears. The massive pop caused her to become dizzy. [1/1]
Yubi Kausi No Jutsu (Finger Spike Technique)
skye focuses chakra into her fingers. Her nails begin to sharpen and grow. The nails look like they could cut flesh. She focuses more chakra and shrinks them back down. [1/1]
Onpa no Tenohira (Wave Palm)
Skye walked up to a wall. she focused chakra into her hand. It she then struck the wall, causing the hit spot to vibrate violently. [1/1]
Zankuuha (Air Cutter)
Not having arm cannons, Skye would use her mouth. She took in a deep breath, focused chakra into her lungs, and a powerful blast of wind shot out. [1/1]
Koukaon no Jutsu (Sound Effect Technique)
Skye focused chakra to her feet, and began to walk. she projected the sound from her foot steps into the next room. [1/1]
Kaze no Sen (Wind harpoon)
Skye Focused chakra into her palm. a large wind spear began to forme. She threw it aross the room, making a large gust on impact. [1/1]
Skye read the next part of the scroll. The chuunin jutsu seemed pretty powerful. She decided to learn one.
Chuunin level
Kaze no Yari (Wind Spears)
Skye focused her chakra into her hands. Smal balls of chakra began to forme. Each of the balls became a spear, and they all launched at the wall. they all hit at once, creating a massive burst of wind.
Skye sat down to take a break, "I'll do some Fire jutsu next" She said, stretching her arms in the air.
