Martin Spiralwave  Name: Kouteinoshi (Emperor's Heir)
Description: The Kouteinoshi have an extremely long history as a clan, dating back to PNI(Pre-Ninshu Introduction) with mysterious oversea's origin. The Kouteinoshi were a clan of assassins and warriors known for their long, harsh training and their direct lineage to an exiled dynasty of former Emperors. They were considered 'civilized invaders' and, due to their massive size in those days, were able to obtain land in what is now the Snow and Water Country. As well-trained assassins they were often hired by the paranoid warlords of the time to eliminate their enemies, though they were not the only assassin organizations in existence. They did, however, have a high success rate and a steep price that was really only affordable by warlods or landlords. They were also known for their willingness to train rebellious rebels to unsurp rulers they deemed inefficient, an act that later led to the creation of the Branch Family who mainly resided within the Water Country.
As assassins the Kouteinoshi trained from the age of six to be 'perfect assassins'. They were known for their acts of mysticsism that were truly just results of frequent meditation and a 'mind over matter' view of themselves. In history common feats were self-healing, neural neutralization through touch, invisiblity, and intagibility. Historians once believed these were simply early examples of chakra use before the introduction of Ninshu but they have never been able to determine whether the dates of these 'mystic arts' occured during or after the Sage of Six Paths. What is known, however, is that the Kouteinoshi were extremely strong supporters of Ninshu and many became shinobi monks after the clan head became a disciple of the Rokudo Sennin. This very same clan head allied herself with the Sennin's youngest son, an event that caused a schism between the Head and Branch Families. The Branch Families pledged their support to the Sennins eldest son and the Kouteinoshi Clan began to fracture.
The Main Branch interbred into the youngest son's family and for a time the two 'clans' were as one but the Branch Families terrorist acts against peasants and warlords alike put the Kouteinoshi in bad light and a viscious Purge of Blood began after a unified attack against the Water Country. All of the Branch Family were either killed or imprisoned and, to further protect the interests of the world and their Youngests son's lineage, the Main Branch left the mainlands and retook their distant lands in the Snow Country where they trained an army of shinobi monks in extreme isolation. Members of the Branch Family were later re-introduced into the Clan and aided in early colonization attempts with the Water Country and the Rice Country. They acted as an extensive spy/labor network, covertly building hidden temples and warehouses for the main branch whenever operatives travelled to the mainland. During the Ninja Wars the unified Kouteinoshi Clan made a name for themselves as not only the first shinobi monks but also as a balancing force. By this time their name had been forgotten and they were given names such as 'Demons of the Night Wind' due to the speed and brutality of their attacks. The primarily fought too keep the world in order but never interacted with the Uchiha or Senju clan, distant cousins of their own lineage. They were known for aiding either clan whenever it was needed, however.
During the Second and Third Ninja War the Kouteinoshi were strangely quiet, relying primarily on their Branch families internation intelligence trade network. Most operatives were pulled back to the Snow Country, although sleeper cells under the names of refugees from the various wars were established in every village. Alot of resources were channeled into the creation of a village within the Snow Country, smaller than the ones found in other nations, but located within a tall island of ice within a Gulf. Several glaciers surrounded this area and the temperature is harsh enough that Yukigakure has declared off-limits but due to the Kouteinoshi have deep historical claims to land and immense political power they were allowed to settle down. The Clan uses underground tunnels to navigate and a series of reverse summoning nodes to cross larger distances. Currently few active members of the Clan live outside of the Land of Snow but diplomatic relationships with villages allow some of their brightest to travel to other villagers. Strengths: -Chakra Control Bonus without taking up a Skill Slot -Able to learn techniques Class normally wouldn't allow (With penalties however) -Able to activate up to two additional elements (One a Jounin, One at S rank..with penalties) -Reduced Handseal Requirement. Weaknesses: Suspectible to Illness when low on chakra reserves (poisons work one post faster when their chakra drops below 25%) -1 rank strength penalty when using Non-Taijutsu/Kenjutsu style physical attacks -When Clan Jutsu are used, non-stealth ninjutsu loses one rank in effectiveness for the following post -1 Katon Resistance (Due to comfort in frigid temperatures) Rules/Restriction: -Unable to leave a village unsupervised without Kage permission. Results in +1 post learning penalty if 'caught' or observed by a mber of the village. Nullified once Jounin. Exceptions allowed in the case of war. -Unable to join Konohagakure -Unlikely to drink, be perverted, lame crap like that -Very spiritual, strong Shinto beliefs
Ability: The Kouteinoshi Clan's 'special trait/ability' can simply be summed up as 'shinobi excellence'. Due to their long history of increasingly grueling training methods and conditioning combined with the close relationship with the Senju and Uchiha clans origins, the latest generation of the Kouteinoshi Legacy have all been born with elevated levels of spiritual and physical energies. These elevated levels, however, do NOT directly transfer to an increased chakra storage capacity. Instead, due to the intense training regiment all Kouteinoshi undergo from a young age, they are able to use a rare form of chakra by altering the standard physical to spiritual energy ratio. Through this the Kouteinoshi's 'Seitoku' (Imperial Virtue) Chakra can be created, a form of chakra that often takes the shape of some fantastic creature.
Seitoku Chakra is hard to detect within a Kouteinoshi's body because some of it exits the chakuratory(chakra circulatory) system and floods the bodies cells. The countinuous cycle of simply transfering chakra from one durable cell to the other in a seemingly sporadic pattern makes it virtually impossible for a sensor technique or a doujutsu to predict any noticeable changes to their chakra molding process because their chakra is constantly shifting. While a doujutsu like the Byakugan would see chakuratory lines within the body, a member of this clan would appear to be a filled violet shape with chakra that is constantly shifting. Because of this the Sharingan or any other Doujutsu/Sensor, cannot properly time a response to a chakra fluctuation due to the layer of constantly fluctuating chakra. In addition to this, Chakra Control is a long time tradition and requirement within the clan. All members are able to properly control their chakuratory system by the age of ten and to be able to leave the Land of Snow they must be able to control and direct chakra to the majority of their tenketsu. This tradition has been around since Ninshu was introduced and gives members of the Kouteinoshi Clan the Chakra Control bonus without taking up a skill slot as it is a trait. Also, due to their intense focus on perfecting chakra control members of the clan are able to perform jutsu at lower ranks with dramatically fewer handseals and jutsu at their own rank with almost half the handseals. If they become ANBU/Hunter Nin, however, jutsu below their rank no longer require handseals and they are able to perform one handed seals.
The Kouteinoshi leave their temple at home to join a village but they don't leave without a few invaluable skills as a shinobi passed down from generation to generation. Their training involves walking on extremely sensitive wooden boards without making noise, laboring and resting in harsh winter temperatures, fatal spars, and cruel punishments. No Kouteinoshi is without scars on their feet, arms, and legs. However this training drastically increased their stealth abilities, allowing them to subconsciously 'hide in the shadows' and avoid detection. They also have the ability to restrict their physical presence, allowing them to seem like innocent civilians at times. One of their most notable skills is their versatility and enhanced learning ability, mostly due to their natural analytical minds. Despite their Class Disadvantages members of the Kouteinoshi are able to learn a wide variety of techniques, excluding Puppet & Sealing Master techniques. This means even a Taijutsu Kouteinoshi could learn Genjutsu and Healing techniques, HOWEVER if the class is not able to learn that specific art is requires fifteen posts to activate it and +3 post penalty to learn each jutsu. Also they can only learn up to C rank for them. In addition they may learn new elements(2) but it requires twenty posts to activate the element and an additional +3 post penalty. One can be learned up to A rank, the other B rank.

Name: Art of the Small Rank: -- Effect: Training in control over the body down to nervous twitches alongside analysis of human behavior teaches members of the clan how to avoid and attract attention without extravagant means. This is usually applied to the latter, influencing mode of dress and behavior to be inconspicuous and 'average'. This allows members of this clan to be hard to remember or stick out.
Name: Shadow Waltz Rank: -- Effect: Further control over the body leads to weight distribution and the ability to control the amount of force their body channels outwardly. Training allows members of the clan to be completely silent when they walk or even run. Specially designed clothing stops them from making rustling sounds as they move. Combined with Art of the Small, this makes members of the clan almost invisible.
Name: Tactical Intelligence Sphere Rank: -- Effect: This technique is actually activated using a surgically applied to the base of the skull. Members of the Kouteinoshi are surrounded by a personal bubble where free-floating particles collect information on the surroundings and relay them at thought speeds back to the clan member. The particles only function to relay information but they are able to collect information in a range of fifteen meters. For every rank of chakra applied, this is doubled. Information collected is extremely precise and well-organized, listing details such as temperature, wind speed, distance, and velocity. Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
Academy Student Name: Focus Rank: E Effect: Chakra is directed towards the brain stimulates the senses and allows the shinobi to focus his attention primarily on a single target. Peripheral vision is blurred but details come into sharp focus, especially near the target. All ranged attacks receive a bonus in accuracy, making it virtually impossible to miss. In this state, the world is moving alot slower and the countinuous current of chakra makes it impossible to be subdued by Genjutsu or any psychological attacks. Lasts for three posts but grabts -1 training benefit.
Name: Neural Strike Rank: E Effect: A Stealth-based attack that targets an enemies nervous/synthetic system through physical contact. This 'tingle' scrambles impairs motor functions for one post, reducing speed and reaction time by one rank for two posts. This technique requires no handseals.
Name: Dancing Smoke Rank: E Effect: This technique only requires a few handseals but rapidly expels harsh smoke from the users body such as their motuh or sleeves. The smoke is filled with smalls grains of dirt and sand, stinging eyes of the enemies and filling their mouth with grit. This is great to use as an escape but can be used strategically because victims ALWAYS gasp for air after escaping the small clouds. Extends for two meters and lasts for two posts.
Genin Name: Strengthen Rank: D Effect: The shinobi is able to strengthen physical barriers for a short time with physical contact. By channeling chakra into a solid object they solidify any empty space between molecules and allows the object to resist damage that would ordinarily break it. Unlike most jutsu this only needs to work once and is a permanent addition to the object. This only works on physical non-organic objects and increases their durability by one rank. Requires no handseals.
Name: Weaken Rank: D Effect: The opposite of Strengthen, the user weakens the molecular structure of a physical object they are touching. The channel chakra into any faults or weak points, damaging the structure. At this rank they can only weaken objects like wood, brick, or stone. Unlike Strengthen, Weaken spreads out in a wider radius to weaken nearby structures within two feet. Only affects non-organic subjects and requires no handseals.
Name: Signal Tap Rank: D Effect: This technique allows the user to detect any nearby communications within the thread. The user keeps one finger to their ear while the listen in without having to worry about being detected. Important information can easily be collected this way but an RPC must be actually relaying information at this time. THIS CANNOT BE USED TO ENTER A VILLAGE AND JUST LISTEN IN TO ANBU COMMUNICATIONs. Government or covert communications are far to complicated to be listened in on with this level of skill.
Name: Un-focus [Genjutsu] Rank: D Effect: This Genjutsu makes it hard for an enemy to focus on anything, reducing accuracy on all techniques. The Genjutsu lasts for three posts and makes the victim feels intoxicated and uncoordinated. The user can use this distraction to escape but the closer they get to the victim the weaker the Genjutsu becomes. This Genjutsu breaks if the user gets within three feet of the enemy.
Name: Gel Patch Rank: C Effect: A Medical technique that heals various wounds and ailments, instantly sealing injuries against infection and allowing for rapid healing by having a gel grip tight to flesh. This gel keeps the wound sterilized while the healing effect takes place. If the gel is applied to somewhere like the leg or torso, a -1 speed rank penalty is aplied for two posts until the wound is healed.
Name: Divine Crossing Paths Rank: C Effect: The user slams a palm onto the ground and directs their chakra underground in a condensed from where it violently erupts, causing the earth on the surface to rise into tall, dense spires and spikes. The user can artisticly style the way the spires erupt and even create a pattern. Getting hit with this isn't pleasant, especially due to the speed of the spires erupting from the earth.
Name: Divine Pillars Rank: D Effect: Once the user is within close range of a target they form a single handseal and stomp their foot, using an age-old Jikukan Ninjutsu that not only instantly covers a five meter circle in a purple haze but releases several violet spears from every direction. These spears are large and can gouge metal with their wide heads.
Chuunin Name: Reinforce Rank: C Effect: A stronger version of Strengthen. This version allows ordinary objects like wood and brick to damage steel weapons. At this level the user is able to use this on himself, creating a metallic sheen on a single limb while giving it similar physical properties to steel. When reinforcing objects like a steel weapon they are able to easily break materials they were made of prior to reinforcement. Reinforce is permanent unless placed on an organic where it lasts for three posts. When Reinforcement is used on a Strengthened object, the material receives a +2 bonus in durability and +1 bonus in strength. Simply Reinforcing a material gives it a +1 in durability and strength.
Name: Frigid Hand of the West Rank: C Effect: This technique was a recent creation by mebers of the Main Family. Living in the Land of Snow for so long has taught them how to lower ambient temperatures at a steady level. The user only needs to exhale and frost will begin to form around the area, slowly covering trees and soil. This cold air receives a staggering bonus when used on top of a water covered surface, freezing the surface. When used on organic targets the freeze creates large crystals that can damage the targets cells, making the afflicted area brittle and subject to fracturing.
Name: Ghost Rank: C Effect: This technique allows the user to take on spectral properties for five posts per execution. This allows the ability of flight, intangibility, and the elimination of physical or chakra presense while activated. This technique is primarily used for espionage but the user isnt invisible and though they can travel through solid objects, getting stuck will result in instant traumatic death. Raiton techniques of higher rank instantly neutralizes the technique, leaving the user open to attack.
Name: Cripple Rank: C Effect: A stronger version of Weaken, Cripple lowers the durability of an object. Wood, brick, or stone at equal rank is like powder and even kunai and katana are affected, becoming more like iron. Special weapons are not affected but organic subjects receive penalties to durability as their bones become brittle. Members of the Kaguya, however, aren't affected by this if the are using their bloodline techniques. -2 penalties to durability and -3 if used on top of Weaken. Lasts for three posts on organics.
Name: Dedicated Focus Rank: B Effect: A surge of Adrenaline and chakra dramatically increase the users reflexes and senses, allowing them a brief bullet time perception while increasing their accuracy. At this point missing a clear shot would be impossible unless the target is faster than the user. Requires handseals and a two post charge without the use of jutsu. Lasts for one post with a five post recharge.
Name: Incinerate Rank: B Effect: A high level Ninjutsu that triggers a stream of explosions traveling along a linear path. This path is first seen by what seems to be a crimson bolt of lightning that vanishes in a flash. The explosions are quite powerful, able to tear any unfortunate victim caught in the blast radius. Several of these harmless lightning bolts can be fired at once to spread the stream of explosions throughout any area.
Jounin Name: Fortify Rank: B Effect: This technique grants a powerful bonus to any structure- organic or non-organic/ physial or barrier- from a distance. The structures strength and durability are doubled (deactivating any Strengthening or Reinforcements active on it). A katana imbued with this could easily stand against a powerful customized weapon blow for blow but the effects only last for five posts. The user can apply this to their entire body, providing additional defence against Taijutsu.
Name: Scything Blades Rank: B Effect: Large blades (Zanbatou sized) blades erupt from the earth attached to spiiked chains after the user slams their palms onto the ground. The chains whip the blades around the user, turning their surroundings into a lethal blender. With so many large blades rapidly rotating, most shinobi caught in this technique are reduced to pulpy masses.
Name: Shatterpoint Rank: B Effect: This technique affects structures on a molecular level, weakening them to a point where a steel katana easily falls apart. This can be activated from a range and only affects inorganic targets but is very useful because the techniques spreads a green wisps which weakens nearbye structures. Earth reverts to sand and even he bones of a Kaguya are reverted back to normal strength. Crystal and Ice release are reverted back into airborne particles due to the damage to their structure.
Name: Traitorous Body Blow Rank: B Effect: This technique is activated once the user intiates a barrage of rapid strikes against the enemy, releasing chakra into specific points around chakra producing organs. This similar to the Gentle Fist Taijutsu Style but the clan members special chakra is far too potent for any normal ninja to ingest, damaging nearby organs and inflicting paralarysis on the target. Once a single blow hits the power behind it allows the rest to countinue without interruption, leaving the target an immobilized husk at the floor. Only Join+ medical jutsu can revert the target back to a healthy state but it will take several RL weeks for their RPC to be back to full functioning levels.
Name: Stasis Rank: B Effect: This technique subjects local gravitational forces to the users will, allowing them to change the pull of gravity and its force. Some members use this to eliminate gravity in an area or make everything attracted to a specific point. The technique is activated by firing a blue sphere which responds to the users will through chakra signals. If destroyed the jutsu is deactivated but it takes an equal amount of rank from a Ninjutsu technique to destroy it.
Kage/Sannin Name: Tumbling Space Method [Tactical Genjutsu] Rank: S Effect: The user first forces the victim to inhale a green mist produced from their body. This powerful Genjutsu instantly takes effect, causing the terrain to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. As the world spins the surroundings begin to change dramatically creating gruesome scenes such as buildings suspended above tornados of flames or forests dragging the moon from the sky. The effects of this illusion is so realistic the victims body turns against, damaging itself if they are ddamaged within the illusion. To escape requires the victim to slowly and painfully inflict horrendus wounds on theirselves, feeling every second of it but slowly getting a grip on reality. After escaping the mental drain of experiencing such an event leaves them heavily fatigued for three posts.
Name: Izanami's Curse Rank: SS Effect: A golden aura can be transferred from the user to other organic targets through mediums either gaseous, liquid, solid, or spiritual. This aura instantly induces Neural paralysis for three posts along with create golden constructs around the victims arms and legs. The user can then chose to attack the victims nervous system, inflicting traumatic pain with a single seal or take temporary control of their senses to inflict mentally damaging illusions...hell they could do both. Victims require 1RL Week of medical attention from a Kage/Sannin level medic along with 2RP Months of recupperation. The damage to the victims nervous system is often severe and if not treated quickly and correctly results in Insanity. Regardless survivors are known for frequent nervous twitches, ghost pain every ten posts they do battle, and lowered Genjutsu tolerance.
Name: Hunting Shark Method Rank: S Effect: This technique was designed to match Zabuza's Silent Homicide Method but evolved further as years went on. The user creates a thick supernatural fog, dark black and very heavy. Within the thick fog, the senses of the victims are warped due to the Jikukan Nature of the fog, linking all exits back into the center of the thickening cloud. The user is able to detect disturbances in the fog because it is infused with particles of their chakra, allowing them to track an enemy. Sound is delayed by a whole ten seconds and victims lose their sight for two posts every three posts. The user is able to quickly dispatch a group of enemies with this technique, catching them unawares using only speed and accuracy.
Name: Haunting Melody [Genjutsu] Rank: A Effect: This Genjutsu summons a large hill beneath the users feet, heavily altering the terrain as earth is pushed aside. The hill is covered in dozens of adged graces where a simple stomp causes undead shinobi slain throughout the years to burst through the soil. These shinobi don't possess their former abilities but are far from simple NPC pawns. They are Jounin-level ninja and should be treated as such, so a Chuunin won't be consuming three of these in a Fireball so easily. While the technique is active the user cannot attack and must remain still to fuel it properly.

Not sure about that, but I edited the strength to make it more specific. ============================================================================================================  Name: Tanjū Ryūryō [胆汁流量 “bile flow”]
Description: The Tanjū Ryūryō bloodline is named as such because of the green and yellow colorations their body undergoes while advancing through its stages. It is an activated bloodline, one that requires a specific enzyme to be injected into the body for it to awaken from dormancy. Without the enzyme, the person’s blood will remain dormant and they will exhibit no special abilities or characteristics. After activation the body will immediately enter the first of the three stages in the bloodline, they must then be able to control their body so that they may revert to their original form or they will remain in that stage indefinitely. When the body reverts a mark will appear on the center of the chest, indicating that their blood has awakened. For one to advance to the next stage another dose of the enzyme is required. However, sufficient chakra level and physical strength is required, or the activated blood will consume the body, digesting it into a bile-colored liquid. It is because of this danger that few reach the full potential of their bloodline. The origins of this bloodline are steeped in controversy and acts of blasphemy against nature. The original bearer of the bloodline is a chimera of sorts, the product of a project involving human experimentation, splicing the body’s genome with DNA from various plants and microorganism such as bacteria, molds and fungus. Naturally, a great deal of the test subjects died because of the experiment and only one successfully specimen survived. However, due to physical trauma the boy’s body was near death, thus to preserve their research the researchers decided to clone the boy. The clone would be a rejuvenated copy, thus they would be able to continue with their experimentation. But the facility was suddenly attacked by ANBU with orders to kill and destroy everything within the area. Not wanting to waste their research, the researchers injected an enzyme into the clone to hide its unique genome. With the facility’s self-destruct program initiated the boy was sent out into the world with the fruit of the facility’s research inside him. After a few years or so, the researchers were planning on capturing the boy to begin their research. However, by the time they were able to track the boy, it had already been twenty years, and their research subject already had a family. Though this was unexpected, they found out that the offspring also possessed the same characteristics as their father. Seizing this opportunity, they secretly razed the village they were staying in to the ground and rescued the children, then adopting them when they confirmed that their parents were dead. Through the years they advanced their research under the guise of taking care of the children. However, one day, the children learned of their origins and what the researchers did. Swearing that they would avenge their parents, the children managed to acquire the enzymes required to activate their blood, and in one night massacred the researchers and destroyed their new facility with the aid of their abilities. After this, the children were torn on what do with their lives, some of them decided to carry on living a normal life, some decided to foster their abilities for good and some deemed them to be abominations. Thus, the children parted ways, and because of this the Tanjū Ryūryō bloodline has never been truly unified, as some practice their abilities, while some remain oblivious to them, and even still some isolate themselves from society.

Ability: The Tanjū Ryūryō possesses three activated forms, when transforming into it for the first time each form must be activated by an enzyme injection, however after it is mastered the forms can be activated manually without aid of the enzyme. Each form grants access to a new set of abilities, in addition they can still use abilities gained from lower forms. For example, someone in first form cannot use third form abilities, but someone in third form can use first and second form abilities.
Jōmyaku Māku [静脈マーク “venous mark”] Upon activation of this form, several marks will appear on the body’s face, snaking around it like vines. In addition to these tattoo-like markings, the body’s eyes will also change from their normal color to a yellow-green color. Dōmyaku no Seichō [動脈の成長 “arterial growth”] When in this form, the body undergoes a more drastic change, the hair will turn black as well as the eyes and the skin will become dark-green. Several wood-like growths will also appear out of the body’s forearms and legs. Kokoro no ki [心の木 “heart wood”] In the final form the body transforms into a tree-like organism, possessing a face and branches growing out of its back. Its legs become rooted into the ground, and though they can be removed the body will not be able to utilize its third form abilities. This form is also rather large, ten feet or so in length and is capable of lifting an average human.

Kagaku Hoji [化学保持 “hold chemical”] Any foreign organic material that enters the body is immediately encapsulated and isolated inside the body which can then be expelled. This makes the body immune to any organic toxin; however, it is still very much susceptible to other means of poisoning such as lead poisoning as metals cannot be confined within the capsule. D-rank:
Kagaku Zōfuku [化学増幅 “amplify chemical”] Ingesting a substance, the body can amplify a specific chemical substance inside it using the body’s enzymes. For example, an apple seed may be ingested and the non-fatal amount of natural toxin inside it can be amplified and activated. Kagaku Seisei [化学生成 “generate chemical”] The body houses several substances that, with the right manipulation, can be used to create fatal chemicals. Though this consumes the body’s own resources to create toxins, it allows the body to create impromptu venom in the middle of a battle.

Kyōsei Niku [共生肉 “symbiote flesh”] When a wound is dealt, the area is immediately filled with blood in order for it to clot so that it may be safe from infection and to facilitate regeneration. @Dante Alright this seems like a clan that uses natural acids and poisons. While also utilizing herbs and minerals. I like it, although I do see how in the wrong hands, it could be used a GM. Anyone who uses this bloodline will be watched carefully. -For a weakness, I want you to add that Katon does 1 rank higher in damage since forest fires and yeah. -Also for a weakness, put that genjutsu has one rank higher in effectiveness against them. -They should probably have some kind of Doton strength though, but you don't need to add it for it to be accepted.
@Martin need to see specifics on your strengths. The weakness will need to be weaker too since I really don't see any real weaknesses what so ever.
@KH You will need to do the same as Martin.
@Muffin -How long are they deaf? -You can take out that only members of the clan can learn the jutsu because that's already a rule. -Now when you say sound, probably you mean Ototon? That is limited to Otogakure, I believe, but I will ask Lance about it and find out. If it is then you won't be able to have this bloodline.

I thought I did good. crying ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1) No, it means 10 jutsu's that the Guild has. Depending on what Shinobi profession they are. 5) Song Illusion: I think it's pretty fair. They have almost 4 ways to defend against the technique. And three posts to do so... I think that equates perfectly for the affects the Genjutsu does. 7) For anyone that can perform a medical jutsu can utilize this technique. But the Special Medical Nin is reserved only for Medical Nin. And I don't think the user persay should die, but I have edited to where the person they attempt to bring back dies without a second chance. cool I think the technique will last until a sealer of equal level as the user, removes it. It is an unawakened technique so to speak. Sorta like how Hiroko did to Kakashi. 9) What if I changed it, to where the Mirror appears in front of the user, and bump the technique to Jounin Level? Edited sorry didnt put the other part in, Ototon part is half of the bloodline they require Raiton or Fuuton to ampliffy their voices so they have those three elements only. Forgot to but that in. Ongaku Clan Lovely sound of music Description: A small clan from the Music Country within a small town that made an anarchy there with the strongest in the clan always being the leader so they usually have noble families switch over an over. So there are many names for the clan but all fall into Ongaku. The Morinaga division of the family is the one that have been in power for the most part of the existence of the clan. The Clan started off as a musical group of nomads as well as acrobats, often moving. Though they learn ninjutsu early on since the constant warfare learning a way to combine it with there musical abilities for attacking without no one realizing truly, though usually it was a small trance that would only last a few seconds, though for a highly physical able ninja it is the most vital part though most in the clan where mediocre when it came to that. Though they soon develop a way to amplify there abilities by using lightning or usually wind instruments; though some went with more creative ways depending on how they would use them to attack, then using a small lightning charge they would amplify the sound to extreme levels; the jutsu is for the clan are the most difficult to learn even the basics take a long time since it's not just singing songs, the person must also combine sound into the jutsu as well then form it into either Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This is there main summon and there may variations of this summon from almost any animal form or human. It only take a one time deal to summon this creature as he is like any regular summon except for the person has to keep playing a song for them. SanninA rank Tendou Zen (Paradise Complete) The advance form of Toransu as it effects the victim worse than Toransu as well is able to be amplify with the amount chakra put into the attack, Toransu is also able to force the victim to move without realizing it as well the control on the mind is terrifying and tremendous, as it doesn't use air conduction only it also uses the temporal bone to put the user in the genjutsu. It takes a chunnin level jutsu to keep the jutsu going for prolong periods though to initiated it's necessary to use jounin no matter what, using a Supreme Masterpiece instruments you only need a genin level chakra. The jutsu is a very powerful one so the limit for any rank to use is four post Kage six post and afterward must take a small break from any type of sound clan jutsu's of two posts. S rank The Requiem of Michael The hardest and strongest technique in the whole clan it takes a lot of chakra as well concentration, the user creates two or three clones that together they create "Gabriele's Horn" summoning up an entity from the heavens parting the clouds that looks like a golden angel in armor that is powerful in many different ways not just attacking. Michael is able to use powerful jutsu's an as long as there's a people playing he will still be there fighting. Nine posts then he will disappear only able to summon once in battle and takes a day of resting to be able to summon again. S rank Ode to Joy The user will summon up a little animal with a song, the animal in turn would then take a break for three post then after that he will start to glow and a giant after-image of itself will appear in the air as the animal can't be attack anymore. The animal will then start singing and playing his own version of Ode to Joy, causing the summoner to go into a pseudo sage mode as he will absorb natural chakra so easily as well pour all of his out easily. In this mode the user is stronger, faster, and more flexible than any other shinobi as well it incredibly increases the strength of his ninjutsu into a much higher level making the summoner quite the power house now (Speed = a little slower than seki-reigan first stage, strength equal to a medic class one rank above them, flexibility un-match, ninjutsu as well, genjutsu is at it's strongest). The strength only last for ten post and the user becomes quite exhausted after using it. The amount of jutsu that they can use increases by a lot as well, chunnin are able to use 10 Sannin moves before reaching there limits, Jounin can use 15, Sannin like if they were Kage, and Kage just reach a level of chakra than more than rivals a demon or angel. This jutsu can only be use once per day an the user becomes very vulnerable after using the jutsu. S rank The Symphony of the Condemn The user cast up a special song that puts the victim in a small trance that forces an hallucination of a demon appearing an ripping a part of there soul, if successful it causes the opponent to break down in tears and lose there will to fight. A hit from it can be as strong or possibly even stronger than a normal blow. Unfortunately- it leaves your katana without a chakra scabbard (as you just launched it off XD) and you must activate it again. • Max distance 40 ft Two As One You are actually able to make two blows at once. A normal sword blow and a chakra saber blow. Each strike has the ability to kill if it connects with the body. Many as One A complex pattern of blows converge on the target. You may make 5 blows with the chakra sabers and one with your real sword. All the attacks are real, and they can all pierce your opponent if they connect. The chakra sabers created this way CANNOT be launched using the chakra wave technique and will dissipate upon completion of the move or if the first strike is blocked. @Fallen -Add that the Bushin can not Kai out of a genjutsu and must administer pain to break themselves out as a weakness -Choose one of the two abilities you have listed. -You still have listed the size of the net. -Chakra Scabbard should cost a repetitive drainage as it is activated. It is also listed twice. Most swords are made of steal so that means you would cut threw most swords and I can't allow that. -Bushin Barrier says it has to be higher than B, but it should say C because it is a C Ranked ability. -Two as One still doesn't do much for description. Are you saying two blows as if you were holding two swords in your hand or something else. -Many as one sounds like Two as one but an upgraded version for the same cost.
@Muffin -The "Not Very good in close combat" needs more description. -If sounds look like color to them, then won't they be blinded by flashy lights all the time due to people speaking, and other noises? How good is there hearing anyway? If they can hear someone who is S Rank sneaking up on them, can they hear a heartbeat, or an ant's footsteps? -Basic Music needs a range -For Trance, what are the chakra increases that you are talking about? Like how much would you need to increase to do certain things? -Just noticed something, you need to add Ranks to you jutsu before I can continue.
@Martin -I'm not sure if I want this clan to be in the guild. It takes away too much from the assassin profession and makes ninja from this clan able to do Charka Control, learn other class techniques and gives extra elements. It is definitely OP. -DENIED.

@Fallen -If the net is going to be that big then its strength must be equivalent to regular rope strength. -So am I wrong to assume that with Many As One works the same as Two As One, and if it does, then please edit it so that others will know. If I'm wrong then edit it so that I understand what you mean. -Chakra Scabbard needs to have an actual number for the drainage. -I completely missed this but Pressure Wave needs to be S ranked and the furthest it can go is 10 feet. But I will allow you to make it so that for an additional A Rank Cost, it can go an extra 5 ft. This can be done up to three times on one wave.
Sorry if you think I'm being picky, but we just had a problem with a few bloodlines that were approved before I was a moderator here and I just want to make sure we never have to re-review your bloodline for power issues.

As long as you stay on line and keep updating what i need to change then i have no problems with it. Many as one is a series of many strikes each with the same effect as two as one

The parents are told that their child died soon after birth, or given an orphan baby to hide the truth that their child was chosen for this special group. These chosen are formed into groups of the most elite killing force in the shinobi world, trained to fight, assassinate, protect and follow out a mission's orders to the very end. They take on the suicide missions and return with only minor casualties. The name of Bushin lives on in these shinobi, and they uphold that name. Strengths:• Bushin children are of an elite breed, naturally fit and having the best physical shape of any shinobi. They have also been known to be naturally handsome or beautiful. SanninPressure Wave When swinging your weapon, you can create a crescent shaped chakra wave that can travel up to about 40ft before dissipating. A hit from it can be as strong or possibly even stronger than a normal blow.
