Hazard packed away his scroll and looked at the gathering in the room. "Too bad I can't stay for the party, but I'll get going. I also have something else to talk to you about." Hideki then mouthed words Chuunin Qualifications to him and then headed out the door, hands in his suit pockets. He still looked like some sort of lawyer or advocat. His shades shimmered in the light and his hair looked green instead of its usual black color. (A little description for the people who just entered.) "See ya!"

Svellos rolled around for a minute before pulling out a senbon and stabbing his foot, forcing it to release. He then rolled out from under and hopped up, dusting off as though he was dirtied by the Mizukage. He was annoyed. Some b*****d tried to make him look bad. In front of a female nonetheless? He would regret it. No respect from Svellos for a long time. He walked away behind a wall and laid on it, before sliding down and sitting there for a while, too prideful and embarrassed to make an appearance. He hated when people made him look bad. It sickened him. This might seem immature to many, but he did not care. He held contempt for everyone around him. Especially his clan and their innate care for nature. All he wanted to do was make a name for himself and a difference.

Isabella took her seat, crossing her legs in a lady like fashion. She waited for a moment before launching into her information, seeing no other way around it. "I am of the Hitokui clan, and as for where I was born, I do not know. What I do know is that every place I have tried to go, has kicked me out. I am a user of the water and earth element, and I am adept in the medical skills." She stopped speaking, taking a breath. Her sight, smell, and hearing were enhanced, so everything was a bit more vibrant to her.

Hakuren's clone snickered at Svellos before standing straight up to face the Mizukage. "As you wish, Mizukage-sama. I was about to leave anyways." She said as she formed the handseal for releasing a jutsu. "It was nice meeting you, hope to see you again soon~" She said. With a big loud splash, the clone had dispelled itself, leaving nothing but a puddle in its place.

(scratch that sako, zs going to kill you...and stop calling me zane! only you cherry and cody know my real name. so if someone else ends up calling me zane hell know and hes coming after you. and spammers im so glad youre the kage, you make it really easy for me to just flat out hate you lol. one more thing, im on my phone and have been for 5 days and will be for the next week so i apoligize in advance if i accidentally ignore, misread or mispost something)

Let's get this show on the road, where do I go to learn some techniques?" I hope Mrs. Blood-drinking Bone-grinding Marrow-sucker can keep up with him, because I intend to know my techniques.  l Sachoi “Cyclone” Hoshigaki l Kirigakure l Mizukage l Seven Swordsmen Leader l Sachoi cringed a bit when his foot was stabbed by the senbon but quickly snapped out of it while he began to listen to Isabella's background and once she finished he began "Kicking you out for what reason?" he frowned slightly before continueing "Your obviously well-mannered and a very promising shinobi, and I understand you are of the Hitokui clan but that is still incredibly rude of the other villages" he then stopped for a moment to hear Svellos "Well Svellos, we can start now!" he laughed slightly the frown turning into a slight smile "Go to the Mist Graveyard, I will send a clone there for now, and once I am done speaking to Isabella we will both follow" he then smiled greatly once he realized Svellos elements and his were the exact same "My main element is Suiton and secondary would be Fuuton, so I will see to it you are trained well, now go leave me and Isabella be" he sent Svellos away with the flick of a wrist before preforming a short amount of handsigns "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu" with that he created a water clone most likely by taking the water from the nearby plants he had put in his office and then sent it out the door towards the Graveyard.

"Of course..." He actually half-smiled. He was excited to begin learning. Quite amazing it was that their elements were the same. He then suddenly charged off heading to the Graveyard.

l Sachoi “Cyclone” Hoshigaki l Kirigakure l Mizukage l Seven Swordsmen Leader l Once Svellos left Sachoi stared at Isabella his stare was horrifying almost as though he was peeling the skin from her face "Now on to the rules, if you do not accept these rules you will leave now, and if you break them you will be either exiled or you will stay here permanately in an unnamed grave" he paused for a moment before continueing "I can see it in your eyes, you have fed recently and I can only pray it was not on one of my Villagers and that is why I must lay down a few rules" he then got up his eyes still strong enough to peel the skin from her face and no smile was upon his lips "The first rule, you will not feed on any of my shinobi and you will mind your tounge around them, as for Villagers I may allow you to feed on a few of them if they deify me or are slacking in their duties" Sachoi was now revealing his cold side "If they are not shinobi then they are not truly apart of my Village" he spoke quickly while turning his back to Isabella and looking out a nearby window "Rule number two, you have full access to whats left of our hospital and the donated blood that is still in tact there, I will in no way do something as cruel as take away the very thing that is your meaning to live, but I will change your meaning to live" he then turned back to her his eyes locked into hers "By the sounds of it you didnt have much to live for before here so now your sole reason of living is me, you will do as I say, I will train you and make you strong" he then sat down again before laughing a little "Think of yourself not as a slave but as my personal bodygaurd" he then stopped and smiled at her "If you accept these rules I will accept you into our village, no paperwork of course, I have enough of that to do" he sat tall in his chair almost intimidating to most as he asked these many things of her.

the darkness is a curious thing, something that z always took advantage off. it was a good thing that the mizukages office remained the same. the same left corner in the kages office was still shrouded with darkness. appearing inside of the darkness, z could have masked his prescense to that of a tiny insect. but he didnt. he wanted his prescense known so he seeped a small amount as he waited for the new kage to acknowledge him

Estellise arrived in the same window she had left from earlier. She looked at the others that were inside, even noticing something in a corner of the office. She then looked at the Mizukage. "There was no Reiko at the hospital, Mizukage."

l Sachoi “Cyclone” Hoshigaki l Kirigakure l Mizukage l Seven Swordsmen Leader l Sachoi laughed both their arrivals were perfect "How unfortunate, my good holder of Rinnegan, but luckily enough Z's squad had just lost a member and I needed someone to take his place, Z you can come out from your gloomy corner and greet your new disciple" he knew Z's dislike of students so he thought he would keep his hands full with this one as well "And you can also state your reason for being here as well good friend" he laughed his shark-like teeth showing themselves to the gloomy corner Z had resided in "I dont have all day, me and the young miss Isabella have matters to attend to you see so make it quick" he knew it wasnt a very good choice to give Z orders but he would not allow him to slow his pace.

zane stepped out of the shadows warm embrace as he stepped into the light, withb his new found abilities it was just as welcoming. he looked at his so called disciple, nothing special, and then looked back at the kage behind his eyes, full of killing intent. "As a matter of fact i came here to tell you that i will be leaving in a few days, personak reasons," z told him. he was going to kill the man responsible for the hospital incident. "figured i should say something to the all powerful water shadow," z mocked him, his finger itching to pull the trigger.
