James just stood there, she knew where 'stiches'...(as she so fondly called him) came from and she knew what he wanted. With a pissed off naruto attacking him, this would be stiches test on whether he could actually be worthy of the Snake Pact. James felt a chakra in the area and she felt even more uneasy about him. She did a long string of handsigns "Snake Eyes Jutsu!" This would allow her to see heat sources in the room, she knew the jutsu well enough to tell the Kyuubi heat from others.

 kaginari was a bit confused at first. he could of sworn that the seal would hit home. but all he got was air and a crater. loud roars behind him told him what must of happened. kaginari acted as fast as he could. he sent his earth heart through his left leg into the ground. making sure to keep at least 20 tendrils connected to his body. while simultaneously sending his fire heart bursting out of his right hand so it kept the chakra seal. sending the fire heart safely to the other side of the dojo. kaginari now had to trust his hearts to keep him alive. his earth heart formed into a earth spirit and used kaginari like a distraction. the rasengan hit kaginari directly in the back. easily shattering his tendril body into pieces. the earth spirit shot out of the ground behind naruto putting him in a submission. making sure to effectively keeping his arms out wide by wrapping every part of naruto except his head in tendrils. the fire heart quickly formed into a spirit. grabbing the seal and shooting it's arm towards narutos head trying to put the seal on his forehead.

 ™Darkoolaid - Shinobi YochiNaruto Uzumaki-DattebayoThe demonic naruto grinned as he watched the kid try once more, he just shook his head and formed hand signs. As he tried to grab a hold of him. Naruto formed hand signs, but it looked like naruto had gotten caught. He had the seal pressed against his forehead, but he only grinned as it poofed away to reveal a log. Naruto was only in stage one of his demonic cloak, and he knew how to still perform justu in his stage. So he allowed for himself to reappear a bit away from the kid and cross his fingers together. As he did so, 9 naruto's all in demonic form appeared around the dojo. Now hiding the real one as 3 of them moved in closer to the kid. Rasengans all forming in their hands while the seven of the other ones waited in back. As for one naruto holding a purple rasengan he went over to where the seal was and tried to plant it against the fire heart.
The other two went and tried to slam their rasengans as they tried to plant two rasengans against his earth heart near the unsowed body of the boy. All the clones showing that looked like two tails now as all the naruto's gripped tight their hands. Making sure to watch what was gonna happen, all of them ready as the real naruto was hidden in the group of his clones. Naruto would only stop right now for somebody that he saw as a friend. And this guy was gonna get it for now coming and trying to attack him twice.

[just so u know the spirits and hearts are one. the new rules mean i have to refer to hearts acting on their own as spirits.(ex would b a fire heart is referred to as a fire spirit.) sorry for the confusion.]

Kanji watched the fight. " It looks like a fox, could this be the demon foxes cloak ". Kanji was pretty sure he had been compromised by the that girl who was also in the room but who's going to attack an Anbu without cause. Kanji watched and remained still hoping to send the message " I'm not the enemy ". " This kid with demon inside him looks powerful ". Kanji appeared by the entrance of the Dojo. He made sure the door was closed and leaned against the wall. His cloak hid all of his movements even though there were none. He watched the demon kid, he was unconcerned about that girl but he still had his eyes on her. It was then that he decided to take his mask off(it puffed into smoke), his face was expressionless showing no emotion. His eyes were dark red showing the Sakkakugan. If the fight did get out of control and started to put others lives in danger he would step in, until then he would watch in silence.

kaginari's body started to sow itself back together. it formed a basic outline. the earth heart performed hand signs. it went under the ground as deep as it could to bide its time. the fire spirit jumped while doing hand seals. it turned it head to the largest area of clones and breathed out a large fire ball.

[umm well my real body is like in smithereens right now. the earth heart is under ground. the fire heart jumped into the air to dodge and attack. my real body is now sowing itself back up. again srry for the confusion.]

™Darkoolaid - Shinobi YochiNaruto Uzumaki-Dattebayo(Alright, I warned ya) The rasengan's missed the earth heart since it went underground, but it came in contact with kaginari's body since thats where that earth heart was. Since the body hadn't moved. As for the second naruto that tried to hit the earth heart jumped off the other clone and moved to run against the wall and up it running at where the fire heart was at. The purple rasengan still strong in his hand as he moved as quickly as somebody in gates form. His speed moving faster then he had done before because of the second tail. His charka sipping out of his body more as the demon kept his stride towards the body that was up in the air. As for the third naruto that was trying to hit the fire heart. His rasengan disappeared, he growled lightly as he moved himself to take a hold of the ground. His claws gripping down tightly as he it seemed like he was ripping up the ground. Digging out what was a huge chuck of the ground as he picked it up and tossed it at the ceiling where the fire heart was.
The clones that were being attacked moved to jump away from the blast. Two clones disappeared leaving only five naruto's that were in the crowd left. One of the naruto's quickly turned around and threw his hand out. The kyuubi's cloak moving out in a giant fist as it threw a punch at the fire heart even though they were at the ground and the heart was at the top of the dojo. The demon's charka allowed for this to happen thanks to the cloak and being in only two tails mode. While one of the other naruto's grinned. Performing a jutsu that he knew would work. He slammed his hand against the ground as smoke filled up the entire dojo. As the smoke covered the entire room was filled with acid and looked like the inside of a stomach. The move was something only a summoner of toads could perform. The dojo was now lined with what looked like the inside of a toads stomach. It would need a strong jutsu to break this barrier. Meaning that the earth heart couldn't come back up unless it had a jutsu to break through it. And it would have to a jutsu as strong as the toad jutsu which was a ranked. The barrier wouldn't hurt james or naruto, only people that naruto didn't trust.
As the four other naruto's stood there and grinned as they gripped tight their hands. "Now leaving here is not gonna happen, You wanted to fight me. Now your gonna have to fight me to the death." The demon growled as he the kaine fangs were being showed in a grin. Naruto wasn't like this but thanks to the demonic charka and the kid attacking him for the second time he knew he wouldn't go easy on this kid or he would be back again.

kaginari's body was destroyed once again. the fire spirit ejected its heart via a tendril thread. the heart landed hidden by a pile of splintered wood. some of kaginari's body tendrils touched the heart immediately encasing it and forming kaginari's head. ''wait dammit cant you see i am trying to help you.'' only his head had formed so he couldn't dodge another attack. his body started forming a basic outline again. kaginari got a bit worried. he thought that the woman with the seals would have jumped in to help by now. and on that thought kaginari wondered where kanji was. with nothing he could do kaginari looked at one of the narutos trying to get across the fact that he was a rouge now and wasn't on a mission to kill him. he closed his eyes accepting whatever fate had in store for him.

(Just so you know. The entire dojo, is lined with a toad's stomach. Your earth heart is underneath the ground, it is trapped underneath unless you can perform a jutsu thats a ranked or higher to break it. So your move wouldn't work. )

(Okay, Id like to know whos on what sides right now.... drizzit you were here to get snake summon, not attack the Kyuubi, I let you in via pm not guild I can technically say that you were never let in and every post youve made in Leaf are null.... Some people better start explaining these things..... *taps foot*)
