<..:::Ira:::..>Ira smiled at him when he asked her if everything was alright. Fine." she replied to his question. As they got into the tavern and were greeted her face was neutral again. When they were seated she looked at the menu. "Ok, I'll have to grilled chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, no gravy. And to drink a cup of red wine if you have it." she said to the waitress. her voice was authoritative and held no room for questions. It was just how she was sometimes.

Iliad sighed, looking out at the skyline of the city from the rooftops, so far he wasn't enjoying his morning. First it started off almost perfect, he was with Sabine, they were eating breakfast, Iliad felt almost normal. Then they separated and Iliad started to feel almost dependent on the company he had grown so used to, even if it was there for only a day. He shook his head, remembering the next part, well not really remembering, how could he forget? After finally putting his foot down and declaring that he didn't need anybody Iliad picked out a house to rob. He either made the best or worst choice of his life. After some snooping around the house and giving the diary he found a quick reading, something he was not proud of, he found out the house belonged to... his sister, his twin sister, maybe... Iliad chuckled, "What should I say, hey, remember when you wrote in your diary that you wanted to see your thief of a dad, well I'm his son, your brother." He said in a mock tone, "Oh, how do I know, well I was robbing your house and happened across your diary, after reading through a few entries I came to this conclusion, sorry about mom." Iliad stood up, "Yea, thats going to happen," He started to run again, it seemed to be all he was good at. "But I have to say something, I have a sister, I think, I should atleast try to confirm it, ask her when her birthday is, something..." Iliad jumped from a roof and caught an awning, almost ripping it. He let go of it and droped a few feet before grabbing a window sil, then he let go of that and caught the window beneath it. One last drop landed him on the ground floor. Iliad looked around, market district. He thought about going to the red light district, grabbing a girl, truly proving to himself that he didn't need Sabine, but that was childish, hell, it boardered on pathetic. Instead he was just going to chill out, try to mellow and keep calm. He had another wallet to add to his collection, and its contents to blow on anything, so thats what he planned to do. Iliad walked down the boulevard, looking for a store he might enjoy. Iliad couldn't really find anything that interested him, though he did stop off at a jewelers so that he could sell the gems he looted from his sister's house. That is not something I'm going to tell her. He thought with a smirk. He kept going down the street, hoping for a sign to catch his eye. Zellana was on her 21st lap around the area in which she was to patrol, and she could tell it was just the begining of a very boring day. With every lap her patients grew thinner and thinner. After a few more laps she wouldn't be surprised if she attacked someone for looking at her the wrong way. With a huff she sat down at a bench and looked out at the street, it was gravel. If the city doesn't even care enough to construct the street with cobble stones why do they care enough to put a guard on watch duty? She thought bitterly, Esspecially one from the Order. She sighed and stood back up, it wouldn't be best if she was caught sitting down on the job. Maybe it was the fact that the Order was new that she was stuck with such a boring patrol. I guess since the rebels have yet to actually do anything substantial, atleast substantial enough to warrent our creation, the Order will be just nothing more than regular guards with a fancy name, makes me almost wish for a rebel to light a city street on fire. She thought, Maybe then they will actually send us out to find magic users, instead of just waiting to find them, or maybe we already do and I just got this patrol because someone above me just doesn't like me.Shaking her head at the last thought, Zell made her way to the only restricted part of town in her patrol. It was the site of a rather uncalled for attack by the guards, atleast she thought it was uncalled for. Then again she was not even part of the Guards back then so she really didn't know the full details. All she did know was that a man died and they burned his house to the ground, and that more than anything was the reason it was off limits. The walls still stood on a shakey foundation and the city didn't want someone dying because a building collapsed ontop of them, so they made sure to keep the riff raff out. Although the reason anyone would want to go to the carcas of an old house is beyond me. She thought to herself. Just as she was passing the trail that led up to the house she heard something that put her on edge. Is that crying? She asked herself. Indeed thats what it sounded like, faint as it was there was deffinatly someone crying up the trail. Zellana twisted her face into a confused expression and made her way up the trail. Maybe someone just needed a quiet place to cry, if so sorry, you're not allowed to be here. She thought as the burnt down house came into view. She looked around and soon found the source of the noise. An old woman, judging by the silver hair, was curled up into a ball and crying. Zellana took a step closer and realized that the woman was much younger than she initially thought. The exposed parts of her body were devoid of any signs of age. The girl must have not only been quite young, but also pretty fit, judging by her toned legs. Zellana was about to tell her that this was a restricted area in a nice tone, then she noticed the sword. Zellana tensed up and grabbed the hilt of her own sword. In as authoritive a voice as she could muster, which was a pretty good one, she said, "This is a restricted area, I'm going to have to ask you to leave peacefully, failure to do so will result in me dragging you out by force, is that understood?" Zellana felt mean for saying that to the crying girl, but after noticing the girl was armed she wasn't taking any chances.

Sabine -o- Winters• • • Sabine sat there in front of her old house for a while, her tears soaking a small patch in the dust. She had her eyes clamped shut, hoping to get the images of her parent's deaths out of her head, and almost willing to get the tears to stop. She didn't hear the footsteps walking up behind her till a forceful voice spoke telling her to vacate this area peacefully or she would be taken away by force. She knew that the voice belonged to a guard... a member of the order. What other person would speak like that.
Sabine turned her head around to face the girl and almost instantly she recognized her from the restaurant. Her eyes were still soaked with tears, a few rogue ones sliding down the tracks on her cheeks meeting their brothers in the puddle beneath her.
"Can't you leave me in peace?" She asked, her voice harsh from her sobbing. "First you Guards take them from me... and now you tell me I can't see them."
She stood up on her shaky legs, her eyes narrowing slightly at her. She saw that she had her sword drawn... pointing it at her. Just because she had her weapon on her back, this Guard thought that she would attack.
"Unbelievable..." Sabine said, spitting at the girls feet, her voice now dripping with venom. "You point your weapon at me... when I have done nothing wrong, and keep my own sheathed. ******** Guards... think they own everything and everyone. You're no better... then anyone else."
Sabine glared at her before shaking her head. She didn't want to fight today... and she wasn't ready to leave her parent's. Not yet. She hadn't... visited in such a long time, that she didn't want to leave.
"Leave... leave me alone, and this place, and let me mourn in peace, or are you just as cold hearted as the bastards who killed them? I wouldn't doubt it. You Guards are all the same."

Leilia nodded at the both of them."Alrighty it will take roughly 15 miuntes, so feel free to relax and walk around. If you have any questions let me know." She gave a slight bow then walked towards the kitchen giving them the dinner order.
Echo looked back over to Ira and and smiled a bit. "hehe i almost ordered the Guard special"

<..:::Ira:::..>Ira chuckled slightly at his words. "Obviously it's a habit. Habits can be hard to break." she said to him as she reached up and removed her glasses. Without them one could see her eyes better. they were a deep red. Like the color of wine. When the light hit them just right it seemed that her eyes burned with an inner fire. She smiled at him as she put her glasses in her pocket.

Iliad smiled as he exited a small apothacary, Poison, I love poison... He thought with a smile. That wasn't all he had bought though. He also purchased a good deal of medicinal herbs, many for pain. After seeing Sabine go the whole night in pain due to him not having anything for pain he wanted to make sure that wouldn't happen again. Iliad looked down both directions of the street and thought about which one to go down, but decided against either. Iliad was done shopping, now he needed to get something off his chest, he needed to visit his father's house. It would be the first time in a long time, but he needed to check something, besides, with Sabine occupying his house he suspected he was going to be seeing his father's house alot more often. Iliad made his way from the markets to the poor district. He was making his way to the house when he saw a kid no older than 9 coming right towards. Iliad smiled wide and let the small boy bump into him. Iliad cocked his head to the side, Huh, not bad, not better than me at his age but not too bad at all. Iliad was missing one of his wallets, an empty one most likely. Conversly, in Iliad's hand was something he expected the boy would want back, his belt. Before the boy sped off, which was in about 5 seconds, Iliad called out. "Hey, you forgot something kid." He raised the belt into the air. The boy turned back and was awestruck. He pulled up his already falling pants and ran back to Iliad. "How did you?" Iliad smiled, "I've been doing this for a little bit longer than you have, word of advice, make sure you know who you're robbing before you try to rob him." Iliad tossed the boy back his belt. With a nod the boy put his belt on and began to walk away, "Ahem!" Iliad interjected. The boy stopped and walked back over to Iliad, giving him back his wallet. "Thanks, and this is for not running away." Iliad said. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small garnet and gave it to the kid. "See you later." Iliad said turning away from the once again awed child. Iliad made it to his father's house a few minutes after his encounter with the child. He opened up the door with the key that was kept inside a small cubby hole next to the lock. Iliad walked in and sighed, it had been years since he was here, yet it felt oddly more like home than any other house of his. He walked into the house, paying attention to nothing else but the room all the way to the back, his father's old room. Iliad opened the door cautiously, just incase his father booby trapped the door. It wasn't and Iliad made his way into the room, even with his father dead he still felt like he wasn't allowed in here. Iliad looked around and soon found what he was looking for. A small journal, much like the one Iliad kept for recording things that would help him on future raids. Iliad sat down at the bed and picked up the book. With a sigh he opened it and read the first page. "So, Iliad, either I'm already hung, or you're a better crook than I thought. Either way this is your reward for managing to get into this little book. I never had the courage to tell you in person, and with each passing day I feel like I never will, that is the reason I wrote this book. I'm not sure yet how long it will be, I guess as long as it can go before I feel a noose around my neck. Iliad, I never had alot to give you, hell I made you save up your own money so you could have an inheiritence, but maybe this will make up for it. I'll share with you all I can about your mother..." Iliad kept on reading, it felt like he was actually being talked to. It was almost otherworldly. "Well, that is all I have to say about my time with her, now comes something I don't think you were expecting, she was a General in the Royal Guard. That is why you never seen her. I'm sorry, I would have loved for you to meet her, maybe you still can, her name is Bell, we eloped but as you can imagine it did not last. Our worlds were too far apart, which brings me to another thing. You are not my only child, you have a sister, a twin sister, her name is Zellana. I know this makes no sense, but at birth your mother and I split you two up. I took the boy, she took the girl. I guess that way we would always remember each other, but I don't think it was fair to you, or her..." Iliad sighed and put brought his hand to his face, letting out a long, audible sigh. "Well, I wanted proof, there it is huh."Iliad stood up and tossed the book into his back pocket. He exited the house, locking it up behind him. All the talk he gave himself about being able to carry on alone went out the window, and he just needed to tell someone what he knew. The only person he could think of that would listen would be Sabine, who was at her parents house, at the edge of town by the farms. Iliad would go there and talk with her for a bit, hopefully he wasn't interupting anything. Zellana looked as the girl stood up and felt even worse, though she didn't show it. The girl was deffinatly mourning something, and Zellana was not heartless, but she also had laws to uphold. After a second Zell noticed something, Its the girl from yesterday. Zell then heard her speak and was put on edge again, she could tell the girl was not going to let this go easilly, Zell wouldn't either. From what the girl said this was her parent's house, the man the guards killed was her father. Zellana drew her sword and pointed it at her. "I'm sorry, but you need to leave now, maybe it would be smart to put their graves in a cemetary that way you can see them without this happening."Zell sighed, now really knowing this was not going to be easy. "Listen, just standing here is reason enough, this is a restricted area." She then shook her head, How ignorant is this girl? She thought before saying, "And you're wrong, I am better than many others, I don't break the law, maybe you should think about that before you start to spew your we are all equal bull s**t." That last part was harsh, but it was just like a rebel to say that, The ones on the bottom are always trying to say that everyone is equal, no, the weak and lawless are not my kin, not in anyway.Zellana was past the point of feeling bad for the girl, so what she said next didn't phase her as much as it would have earlier. "Its time for you to go, I hate to say it but you're on restricted ground and mourning on borrowed time, if you don't leave, and I mean now, I'll drag you out kicking and screaming." Zellana then caught the last part and gritted her teeth, Oh, thats how ignorant she is. Zellana held her sword infront of her, not in a battle position, but close to it. "We're not all the same, and we are not all cold hearted, we just live on the right side of the law, but far be it for you to realize that we are the good guys, no that would make too much sense. You should think about that before you give me your holier than thou speech, because all I see is the burnt down house of a criminal and his criminal daughter." Zellana was livid, "This is your final warning, leave and I won't break your ******** legs."

Sabine -o- Winters• • • Sabine was beyond angry now. First she was told that where she was... was restricted grounds! Restricted... HA. This was her house... the last part of her past that still remained if not fully in tact. She gritted her teeth, and reached behind her grabbing her sword and pulling it out and pointing it at her.
"How Dare you..." She growled at this Guard. "How dare you talk about my father like that, when you didn't know him. My father was not a criminal. He was killed... in cold blood by your Guards... the ones who say stay on the right side of the law. Does that give you permission to kill in cold blood? While he did nothing?!"
She wiped quickly at the small tears that where at her eyes, the last of the sobbing that she had done. Afterwards she narrowed and glared at the Guard again.
"Restricted or not by your standards... this is my house, and my parent's graves." She said venom still in her voice. "And I wont let you harm them anymore. Just try and break my legs... I'll break your neck before you can even touch me."

Wide-eyed, Amoria held up her arms in front of her face. It didn't stop the venom from affecting her. "Jack a**!" She yelled before sprinting off, away from the man. She made it back to the crowded part of town before she started to feel the venom really affect her. " Come on, I'm just trying to making to the country side. Please, the mage thought to herself.

Sier followed the girl against his own will. every ounce said let that b***h die and suffer, but one part ruled over that. he wanted a fight like a soldier not a coward. he found the girl collasped by a tree and she was suffering. Yengsi vemon kills within 10 minutes if not or poorly treated. he stopped 4 meters fom the girl, fist clenched tight. Why should he let her survive, she insulted his family, how they died, and disrespected every ounce of his being. he walked slowly to her pull his hood down and pulling a small bottle from behind his chest plate. he grabbed the girl by the neck and poured a liquid into her mouth. "Dont die because of poison, you deserve death by MY hands nothing else. dont be caught by the guards, i will find you. you are my target no one elses. put up a fight next time" Sierinix had nothing left to say. which waasnt true. he started to walk away and 5 meters away he turned his head back to the girl. Iliad was running along the rooftops trying to figure out which direction he should go. He never left the city, ever, he never even made it out as far as the farms. From what he knew of the city it should be along the direction he was going, but he didn't know for sure. I hope I'm going the right way, I need to tell this to someone, I'm a brother, is that good or bad? Iliad thought to himself. Just then he started to notice that the buildings were starting to decrease in number and the hight of the ones still there were decreasing. I guess I'm headed in the right direction. Iliad thought, jumping down from a two story house onto the ground. He landed into a roll and came up running, never loosing his step or his speed. Iliad looked around and felt so out of place, all around him were gravel roads and farm houses. "How can people live out here?" He asked himself as he made his way down a gravel road at a steady walk. He didn't know exactly where he was going so it made no sense to run. "Its the middle of the day and I hear not a single noise aside from birds." Iliad shook his head and kept on his way. Zellana smiled, though she didn't want to, when Sabine pulled free her sword. Despite the fact that she did feel a tinge of guilt for doing this she was also excited to fight, and besides Zellana knew she was just upholding the law. She was not being unreasonable, You should have shut up, left and thought about buying two plots in a graveyard, you won't blame this one on me. Zellana held her sword infront of her and stood in a wide stance, she was ready to fight. Zell took one more second to speak, "I've had enough of your s**t, you could have just left, complained to someone who actually cares, but no, your baseless prattle, and uncooperation now leaves you a criminal, as does drawing a weapon against me, a Royal Guard and member of the Order of Light." Zellana coiled herself and sprang loose running fast for someone carrying a sword as big as Strife. "Yes, they are my standards." She said lifting her sword over her shoulder. "But those standards are also the law, and I will fight to uphold the law!" With that Zell brought her sword down at a diagonal slash to Sabine's left shoulder. Zell knew the blow would be easy to block, but that was the point of the fully formed Strife. When all six swords were combined the weight was immense, so much so that blocking a full on blow would lead to a reverberation sent from Strife through the other weapon to the opponent, that or the other weapon would shatter. The best way to fight against Zell at this point was to dodge her, but to do that would cause Zell to separate the sword and fight faster and at wild angles. There was no way to win, Zellana was a soldier, a first class soldier without equal. Lets see if you can back up those words, this is your home, fight for it, fight me as hard as you can, give me your best so that I may brake you down without reservation! A gleam was in Zell's red eyes as she thought this. Though she was a sane person, she was a fiend for battle, to proove herself to herself. She was always looking for the next fight of her life, and who fights harder than the person fighting to protect what they held dear?

Sabine -o- Winters• • • Sabine growled even more when she heard that the b***h was from the Order of Light... the group that was slowly taking away magic from innocent people, killing more lives at the expense of their scared, worthless King. She saw the sword and the stance she was in, and knew that this battle was business. She saw the girl run toward her, slicing her sword down close to her left shoulder. She jumped back avoiding the slash, but as she was in the air, thrust her sword out and around at the woman's midsection. There was no need for talking, the sword would do that perfectly for them.
Sabine landed on the ground in front of what could still be called her house, before pushing off against the wood and rushing toward her. She swung her blade again at the Guard, the point gleaming in the sun as it sliced down toward her shoulder in a similar attack that she had done.
"I wont let you win... I wont let you take them from me again..."

"hmmm well if i actually knew my par-" Echo was cut off by Leilia walking out of the kitchen with a 2 platter one in each hand. "here you two go, we apologize for the wait hehe let me know if you need anything else"
"oooh this looks great dont you think?" echo had completely changed the topic, but on purpose. he didnt want say the fact that he was abandoned by his parents. though he probably did if she piece together the rest of what he said. something about his parents made him uneasy. not angry, sad, or scared but more like a paranoia of sorts. he never liked that feeling and tried hard to forget it
