Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

Zin sighed as he thought about what he needed to do to get his servant to where he needs to be. To reward him for all of the faithful service he had done for him throughout the years. The man had helped him so much, and now, even though he won't say it, Zin could tell he was dying. The light that rested in his eyes was simply fading, and the child's heart was feeling like he was going to lose something close to him once more. First his father, then his family, Matsuya and now ultimately the servant to this prince. He shook his head, hating himself for not being able to strike down Oto yet, and provide him with a kingdom that he deserves, but it was something he simply couldn't rush. He needed his body to be in ultimate condition before moving on to striking down Oto and bring it back in the name of the Naga.

When the man returned with his items and placed it in a wagon for the child to tote, Zin stood up and smiled just as the man was about to speak, "Gii-san. Stay alive a couple more months for me. I will take you to your earthen promise land soon, alright?" He asked as the child gave him a nod, seeing his feeble smile and tired eyes showing some tears as Zin looked down to his serpents and hissed to them.; calling them together. Giving him one last nod, Zin departed from the small old shop and started back towards the training grounds. Hoping it was empty of individuals so that he can train on the things he wants to train on while holding the secrecy of the knowledge he holds only to him and his serpents.

Ryuujin Morii
Konohagakure | Ninjutsu Specialist | Suiton | Genin | Chakra Control | Kujaku Clan Head (almost) |

Ryuujin was still staring at the clouds, and he had been for the past five minutes. After all, it was a rather quiet day in the Village Hidden in the Leaf and the sky was absolutely beautiful. Not for the first time, Ryuujin thought of being a bird and flying until gravity overpowered him, weakened his muscles, and made his wings too heavy to stay aloft. He had heard of bird summonings, and Ryuujin fully believed there were probably birds big enough to carry him into the sky. That would just be punishment though, to be dependent on the whim of another to accomplish his dreams. He wasn’t a people hater and he didn’t have trust issues. The reason that idea was so unpleasant to him was because, deep down, he craved freedom. Flying in the sky was just a way to express that. Being dependent on a person wasn’t bad, it just defeated the purpose.

So wrapped up was he in these thoughts, he didn’t notice the sound of visible chakra. To people who haven’t heard it, the notion that one could hear chakra for the sole reason one could see it sounded nonsensical and illogical. But it made perfect sense. It was like comparing a bottle of water to a lake, or an ocean. When the water was contained, it was still with nothing to it. Free and uncontained, it had its ebbs and flows, it moved on its own. The same was with chakra. Even condensed by the best chakra control expert, it still vibrated and moved. Ryuujin had not fought a jinchuuriki, nor seen anyone who could so easily control chakra outside their body, so that may be why he didn’t turn around, or did his mind stir from the blue infinity above him. What came next, however, was purely the skill of the shinobi and the lack of such of Ryuujin.

A blast violet chakra flew toward Ryuujin and hit him squarely in the back, sending him sprawling seven feet ahead. “Ah, and this rot is supposed t’be one of us?” The attacker loudly spit. “What a welp.” Ryuujin was hurt, but not badly. No, that blast, whatever it was, was a practice shot. A strong practice shot. “Hyouzekigatsu, come’n look at ‘im. Tell me if I nailed the wrong bugger.”

Ryuujin got up slowly, one foot at a time. He knew bullies. If you stood up too quickly, they pushed you back down again. Slowly, again, he drew out a kunai and turned around. He was surprised, to say the least. Behind him was a short, round man in a sleeveless gray flak jacket, dark gray shorts, and a gray t-shirt underneath his jacket. He was bald and had a potato-shaped, mashed up nose. He wore a black headband that adorned no marks. His scowling face was a jigsaw puzzle of scars. No ninja made it through life without scars, and ugliness (in Ryuujin’s opinion, anyway) did not warrant surprise. What so shocked him were the…feathers behind him. There were maybe eight to ten of them, all moving constantly behind him, but keeping their shape. Ryuujin could only guess that the violet plumes were made from some kind of chakra.

“Well, you’re not a completely useless pup, that’s good.” Hack-spit. “Tell me, boy, what’s yer name?”

Still slightly confused, but willing to go along with it at least in the name of peace with a stronger entity, he relaxed his grip on the kunai. “My name is Ryuujin Morii. Why did you attack me and how exactly did you attack me?”

Before the man could answer, a second appeared by his side. This man was much older, at least in his sixties. His skin was dark and his hair was gray. He sported a short beard and long mustache. His eyes had a soft glow to them, like many elderly people, that made them easy to talk to. Instead of the shinobi gear the fat one had on, he had on long white and tan robes. Ryuujin assumed that he was Hyouzekigatsu.

“I apologize for his…unconventional methods. He simply wishes to see how you reacted, and your…hum hum…skills, I guess. To be honest, he just likes to mess around. I doubt there was any real reason to it. Now, let us explain this all to you. You are the son of Jura Morii, correct?”

Ryuujin, with the arrival of the old man, put away his kunai. Now he was considering drawing it back out and lodging it in the man’s throat. His father and his father’s father had been murdered by men like the one that pushed him down earlier. He didn’t know why they sent an elderly person to collect more dues, or why they would collect it from him that young, but it was sick all the same. Still, something told him not to. “Yes, I am. How do you know him?”

“Then, passing a small, ongoing initiation test, consider yourself to be part of the Kujaku Clan. You’re welcome. Now where’d I put that stupid rock…” The younger of the two began furiously patting himself down. Hyouzekigatsu withdrew a small, glowing meteorite from the folds of his robe, no doubt what he was looking for.

“I took it from you last night, Sanna. I was half afraid you might break it by rolling over on top of it. Excuse me.” Hyouzekigatsu explained the past of the Kujaku Clan, its scattered origins and members, and how they had found out a few years ago that Jura’s father had been found to be immune to the negative effects of the star but never had the chance to take up training because he fled the Land of Bears to escape his debtors. Apparently, the man who discovered this fact lived as a nomad, and until recently had not been in contact with another Kujaku member to notify him. “Rest assured, however, that we are working on a way to fix that. A way to separate part of our Kujaku chakra from ourselves. Nothing yet, however. The meteorite will be placed in a secluded area of the training grounds, for your practice only. You, alone. I trust I do not need to re-iterate what would happen if someone else were to try training with the star. As for training…” Until Ryuujin was of appropriate strength, he would always need a mentor to help him with his star training. Luckily, now that they knew where he was, close by would always be a clan elder, which Hyouzekigatsu was, or another clan member such as Sanna, to help him. Everything explained to him, they both left, but with a promise to visit periodically to check up on him and his progress. Ryuujin was excited.

A boy was running, fast because he had 1 hour to run ten miles and he wasen't use to running. It didn't help he was also clumsy. "I should of payed attention..." He smacked into people, he pushed them aside or simply jumped over the children that didn't move out of his way. He stopped just a bit away from the streets already exhausted. "I...hate..running!" He spotted a fast moving creek by the woods, looking around he smirked, this wasen't cheating, just easier! Running as fast as possibly he jumped over the creek and turned himself into water, his lighter then normal blue wasen't that noticable, and the creekw as moving fast! Perfect, he could flow with the creek.

Or maybe not because it ended by a pond, turning back into himself, he looked at a nearby clock, it had already been 20 minutes! And he wasen't even half way done...! This had to be some cruel joke as he ran again, his next stop would be a different area then across the gates and head back to the hokage office, hopefully in time. This was no easy task and he felt so exhausted already. "This has to be a punishment for making Mura that mad." He couldn't think is was anything else but the power of a angry lady on her period, maybe he should ask later for he was curious on the subject. Maybe after he knew she wouldn't be pissed anymore.

Enter from Gates of the Hidden Leaf

Naiten walked quietly through the busy streets, which were busier than they usually were, eyes darting back and forth as she searched for Zin. She saw nothing that could help her. However, where her eyes failed, her ears succeeded. The news had spread like wildfire: one Zin Naga was the new hokage. After hearing this repeated many more times, the girl stopped dead in her tracks right smack in the middle of the crowd. No one made way for her, but no one pushed her over either. Everyone just moved past her, as if she wasn't there. Standing in the street, the girl thought quietly. She truly wanted to show her savior the mysterious ruby she had received in the mission. However, did she have the right to approach him now that he was so important? Naiten thought as she clutched the ruby-like gem that was in her projectile pouch. Even through the cloth she could feel its warmth.

The quiet girl then turned and made a straight a line as possible for the towering tower that the Hokage worked in, that now the one she admired the most worked in. Even if she was considering just a bother, an annoying pest, she wanted to give the strange stone to him. Perhaps it might be a little useful to him. She already understood a little about the stone, about it's aptitude for fire and how it only seems to work in the hands of one in possession of the katon element.

Murasaki looked around the main street. There wasn't much to see, since it was flooded with a vast sea of people and colour. There were Many merchants, trying to sell her 'rare' items, though she had to constantly refuse with each step she had taken. Despite this, everyone kept on their way, as if many ants scrambling through different collections of tunnels, just to get where they were needed.
But, even through these bustling street, Murasaki still felt out of place... as if she was seeing Kohonagakure through rose-tinted glasses. This was very odd for her, since all her life she seen tragic scenes grow around her, and fear and panic was flowing through her.
Yet, Kohona, every time she had been here, it was always happy-go-lucky. Why was that? This village couldn't possibly be in peace. None of the others she had went to, had any sanity or peace within its walls. There must be some sort of smoke and mirrors being used, because it just couldn't be this relaxing here..
Maybe she was over reacting. That, was more plausible than she thought. Maybe this place was actually normal for once. Either way, it didn't matter now. She was ranting within her own thoughts, and she was really in need of relaxation, and figuring out what she was going to do from there.
Yes, just what she needed: a fresh start. But how to deal with that... She did need to get herself a place to stay, if she wanted to be officially a member of the village. That, would be costly. There was good money in missions, so it was best if she found out what team she was in, and get started with the missions.

Enter from Konoha Library

Naiten had yet to even look at her new scrolls. However, she had spent years watching her seniors perform the very jutsus she was going to learn. If memory served her correctly, there was on thing she was going to need. In fact, she would need it in general seeing how she was a sealing specialist. Entering a basic supplies store, the girl used some of what was left of her money to buy two ink vials, a marker (much more efficient than the usual pens), and ten pieces of sealing paper.

Sealing paper (10): 1 * 10 = 10G
Plain Paper (2): 1 * 1 = 1G
Ink vial (2): 2 * 2 = 4G
Marker (1): 10 * 1 = 10G
Total: 10 + 1 + 4 + 10 = 25G

With the items bought, Naiten carefully packed them into her bag. Luckily for her, the vials were made for shinobi use in mind so they were sturdy and not likely to randomly spill when being shaken around in the bag. After everything was packed and ready, the girl quietly slipped through the crowd to an isolated place to train. She was tempted to return to where Zin was. However, she doubted if that was the best idea. Wouldn't her own training simply distract Zin from his? Still, though, she really wanted to return to Zin.

Murasaki ran through the streets at a rather quick pace; one beyond the average genin, at least. She was rather worried about the possible situation from the horrendous sounds she had heard. She stopped momentarily, looking around.

Everything seemed normal here.

Well, if it wasn't at the main street, maybe the commotion was at the gates? Certainly it was being handled, if it was still going on there..

But the screaming...

She wanted to check, but now she wasn't so sure.

The young genin went to the buzzing streets of the leaf village, looking for the people on the mission notices." A red-head chick, some ******** and an old ladie with a dog, all three in the center of the street near the fountian, seems simple enough." Seytan said, closing his eyes briefly, taking in a deep breath, nearing the fountain. The first person he saw was the red head. She was around 5'5, deep red hair, nice rack, sleek, pretty hot by his standards. Next to her was her dog, a Labrador Retriever, nothing too hard to cope with. He approached her as smoothly as he could. " Excuse me miss, are you the person that needs a Shinobi to walk your dog? If so I'm the Shinobi for you." He would say, petting the dog's head, it would lick his hand.

She smiled at little at the fifteen year old and nodded. " Please be sure to take care of her okay?" She said to him, he just noded. " You're getting assistance from the best of the best, I wouldn't allow anything to happen to such a beautiful dog." He would smooth talk the girl, she smiled at that quite a bit. He grabbed the handle that the Kunochi had on the dog and turned around, leading the dog away from the area and into the forest to let the dog well walk freely.

The Genin would soon return to the area, the red-head girl would be sitting by the fountain. " Thanks so much for walking my dog, it means a lot to me my schedule was stumped so i could do it myself. " She would explain, the genin just handed over the leash. " No problem, he wasn't too complicated." He would say, she gave him a bow and left, placing him the payment. " Now that i have my money, to find the fatso." The Genin would say, feeling someone looking at him from behind. I heard that brat. A very large man said to him, the barks of a small dog. Here, make sure you keep pinky safe okay? He said, handing the Genin a Chihuahua, the dog he hated the most. " Greaaaaaaaat." He muttered, taking the dog and leaving the area.

Jumped alittle from Sypher's response. She turned around, and had looked at him extremely concerned.
"Yeah, speed is a specialty of mine. Did you hear that? You must heard that horrid sound, Sypher." Murasaki explained, As she started to pace. If she were to go to the gates, who knows they were to encounter there. Back in Kumo, she had attempted to get herself a bingo book (which, was eventually confiscated unfortunately for her.) so she had an idea of the criminals out there.

She had a better view from being one herself. Not a really dangerously savvy one, but a rouge nonetheless. It made her wonder, if her brother had woken up to destroy the village. Of course, she never did give him the sketches, since he basically KOed the moment they reunited the last time.

So, it made her wonder, who really was it?

That thought terrified her.

Murasaki held the paper in her hands gently, but read it with much concern. By the looks of it, her hunch was dead on. They needed to evacuate villagers safely into the hokages office... They should start here, at least.

"There is no need to stand around, we need to protect the villagers." Murasaki explained, as she folded the paper neatly, and placed it in her bag for safe keeping. "Like the note said, there's a very high chance there's going to be people attacking. We need to get them out of here, and since we're both medics, help them as much as possible." Murasaki finished, as she started to run along the main streets, trying to find villagers, and gather them for their own safety.
