Marie sat silently for a while looking sideways with her eyes in the mirror watching Skara doing her hair. She seemed to be intricitley braiding her hair together. She even curled and froze some ribbons. It was really looking good, for once. While she was looking in the mirror she saw Kai look into the room, he seemed pleased that they were getting along. She thought he might say something but he just walked away so Marie pretended not to see. She looked away from the mirror and let her mind wonder while Skara finished her hair.

Skara turned the brush back into water. She then split the water into two parts, one of which she refroze and put beside her on the bed the other she separated into six parts. Molding each into a small butterfly, she froze them into Marie's braids, three on each braid. She took the ice she had put beside her and split it into a lot of pieces. Converting them into flowers she froze them, what seemed randomly into Marie's hair. Skara got up and walked to the door. "Your hair is done, I think I took a little too much time to do it though, both Raven and the Master have returned to their rooms." She told Marie, heading for Raven's room.

Marie turned and looked at her hair in the mirror, she actually really liked it. It reminded her of butterflies being caught in a net. Kind of like her being caught in slavery... and yet it was still very beautiful. She called out a thank you to Skara as she walked away. Marie smiled into the mirror, she really did like the braids. It was the first time in a long time her hair looked nice. She sat and the bed and then lay down on the bed. She sighed wondering what to do now, she felt dressed up for no good reason. The new dress and the nice hair and she was just kind of sitting around. After a while she decided to at least walk around. So Marie left her room and into the hallway. She looked around wondering if she could walk around in the house. She didn't want to go anywhere in the house that may be off limits.

Skara smiled at the thanks she heard as she walked down the hall. Stopping in front of Raven's room she called out "I'm sorry for the wait, your dinner is in the dining room." She then strode past many rooms to get to Kai's. Knocking on the door she asked "Your dinner is ready, do you want to come to the dining room to eat it or do you want me to bring it up to you?"

Kai lifted his head from his pillow when he heard Skara ask him about dinner then stood up and walked over to the door, "no thats fine, i'm going down." he told her opening the door. He smiled slightly and walked past her then looked into Ravens room, "hey, you got her to leave right?" he sighed when she only looked up from her desk and srugged.
Raven smiled when Kai downstairs then stood up walked out of her room and turned when she noticed Marie walking around randomly, "hey you can go just about anywhere you want in here, just not this hallway." she told her motioning to the hallway across from her. She smiled once more then walked over to where Skara was, "so you and Maire getting along?" she asked looking into Kais room and shook her head at the mess within.

Marie was sort of day dreaming when she heard Raven say something, it took a moment for her brain to catch up to the outside world. Marie reacted, "Huh? Oh alright." She said and kept wandering around for a little while. She then decided to just sit on their living room floor, leaving her head against the couch and closing her eyes for a few moments.

Skara returned Kai's smile and turned around to see Raven watching him walk down the stairs. "Quite," She replied, finding no need for a longer answer. Seeing Raven shake her head at how messy Kai's room was she offered "If you think it would be alright, I could clean up the room for him." Skara waited for her answer before following Marie as she wandered. When she saw her sit down she walked over to her, "Your supposed to come eat with us too." She said, grabbing her hand and trying to pull her towards the dining room, though not forcefully.

Raven looked at the room once more then looked at Skara, "no its fine. He would get pretty mad if we messed up his room." she repiled before Skara went over to where Marie was and smiled slightly at how she was trying to get her to come to eat with them. Aiko looked up at Raven and barked once before running down the stairs and towards where Shadow had wandered off to so that they could play.

Marie walked towards there for a few moments before trully paying attention. She stopped walking and looking over at Skara smiling politely. "Oh, Thanks for the invite but um... I actually don't really eat.." She sighed wishing she was a little more normal. "I kinda had dinner earlier when I went hunting."

"Oh?" Skara asked, seeming both understanding and a bit confused. Looking up to see Raven she decide to ask her "Doesn't that mean that you don't have to eat either?" She watched, waiting for an answer, unusually bold. Delsath looked up at Aiko as she came running down the stairs. He got up and barked happily, awaiting her presence.

Raven shook her head, "no i still eat, i'm only half vampire, the other half if shapeshifter, so though i may not need as much food as a normal person i still need something for nutrients other then blood." she repiled, not shocked by Skara's boldness, she was acctually proud of the older female for saying what was on her mind. Aiko stopped running then looked at Deslath, and barked wanting him to follow her so they could go find Shadow.

"Oh," Skara replied, some of her boldness dissipating, as it usually did. She then turned back to Marie. "Well then if you like wolves, there are a few running around here that would probably like to play with you." She invited with a happy smile. Starting to walk again towards the kitchen she turned to Raven "Your brother's probably waiting for us."

Raven smiled then followed Skara into the kitchen and thought about what she said and was about to make a comment about how he was most likely off doing something else. She bit her tounge though when she saw him in the kitchen staring out the window bankly. "nevermind then i guess he really is going to stick around for a bit." she mumbled under her breath.

Skara couldn't help but smile when she overheard Raven's muttering. "Sorry for making you wait." She apologized to Kai, though her smile didn't want to be replaced for something more fitting an apology. Delsath waited a moment at the bottom of the stairs before giving in and running up the stairs to Aiko.

Marie nodded to what Skara had said about wolves. She was pretty indifferent about that, Also at the moment Marie's mind was wandering somewhere else. She wondered what Mast- Or Kai was thinking about while he just stood their staring out of the window.
