Jer0nim0 OH GAWD, THAT GUY. That NPC always freaks me the hell out. There was a guy standing around our block who looked exactly the same and was just looking at my mom 'n me in the car all creepy. Then, all of a sudden he smiled creepily, and mouthed the words "I love you" while pointing to himself with both thumbs, making a heart shape over his chest, and making a shooting gesture with both hands. No, he was not a neighbor. ... Anyway~ You get Timmy the Borat lookalike for re-scarring me. I wish I could find Reapersun's Journal entry that had the perfect art of it.
There's this 90 something year old man who keeps being put in jail because he keeps trying to break his wife out of teh old folks home with a pocket knife. Unrelated, but it's so cute.
