Gem's eyes widened, she was now very scared. "Edward!" She yelled, it was the first thing she could think of. "Help! Edward! He's scaring me!" It hurt to yell and so she breathed out one last time and glanced up at the man. "I don't work in the lower city, I work uptown." The girl didn't want this man around her, hopefully Edward would make him go away, he seemed the most easily fooled and trustworthy of the bunch.

Mark huffed as he turned around and stalked off towards his chamber. " Upper city, yeah .. right " he muttered to himself. " But then again it cold be true " he argued with himself. Mark forgot his bag so he got that and his sword and moved it to his chamber, or room. Mark flopped down on the bed, still sitting up, he closed his eyes to take a light rest.

Edward, who took quite a while to fall asleep, was up and in the room in seconds. It was only long enough to watch Mark retreat off to his room, but it unnerved him. "Hm. Maybe I really should sleep in this room." He looked to Gem, who was still on the bed. "Like in the corner or something, don't worry."
((I'm gonna be at camp all day, so I'll be back around like 3:50 PM my time, which is about the same as Berry's. See you then!))

Gem gave a slight nod. "Thank you," She looked up at the man and smiled a tinny grateful smile. It was really hard for her to depend on any one besides herself but she truly felt she could trust Edward. As soon as he was in the room and settled the tension in her body flowed out and her eyelids fluttered shut. She fell asleep in no time. She could get use to living here…

Edward watched Gem doze off before sitting down in a corner himself. He pulled his arms out of his coat and tugged it around him. It was a very warm coat, thankfully, except around the open bit. Then again, there wasn't much you could do about that.

{Ed jumped out a window and landed on Gem, then they took her back to your base to fix her because she got a broken rib, they don't know she's a theif and she's not going to tell.}

Well, lets see here.
Hmm.. Ayame got pissed because Gem didn't respect her leadership and was doing whatever she wanted, so Gem left the group. Then she was basically kidnapped by edward, mark, and korsu, because edward said she was one of the 'ninjas'. Edward got her by jumping on her back from a roof and injuring her. Gem apparently didn't recongize them as mercenaries..{Well, she didn't really see them during the raid} She thought they were some guys who were going to rape her. Then they took her back to the ware house, which ayame saw happen when she went out for a walk.
Ayame ran back to the thief base and ordered everyone to get ready for a rescue mission, claiming to only rescue Gem because of the 'thieves' code'. Gem is apparently now in the mercenary base where they're sort of taking care of her {I'm guessing they don't know she's one of the thieves} and Ayame and the others are about to rescue her.
I think that's it.)

Reeve awoke and trailed out of his room to the living area. Noticing a girl on the couch, he questioned out loud. "Who is she, and why do I have a feeling it is one of you guys's fault?"

Gem awoke when a new voice appeared, she opened her eyes and moaned quietly, the pain had not yet gone away. She saw a new guy standing in the room and she shifted into a more comfortable position. "I'm Kam, and Edward decided it was a good idea to jump out of a very high window onto me..." She was still upset about that, even though it had been a few hours. She was still in pain and a little afraid.

Gem had run away. Sakura was scared. What if she was caught? What would they do to her if they knew she was one of us? All of these thoughts flashed through her head. Trying to erase them, she began looking down onto the floor.
Worried about Gem and anxious to go rescue her, she almost jumped out the window without waiting for Ayame's command. Sakura wasn't ready for it. Her nerves were a train wreck and she kept fidgeting around. She sighed sadly and shook her head. If only we could work things out...
(( I come back from sleeping and eating to find you guys 6 pages ahead. I only wish you could slow down. Over here in BC, Canada it's 1:24 pm. By the way, going swimming at 3:30 pm won't be back till prob around 4 pm. Have fun. Don't go too far. ))
