Adin glanced back at her then made sure his face was hidden, he took his hand and pulled out some mud. with two fingers he put the mud on both sides of his cheeks. He then vanished and appeared behind her, trying to lighten the mood he play tackled Jade from behind.. like how they always use to when they were younger.

She was alarmed for a second when she saw him disappear, but when he tackled her out of nowhere, she fell into the grass laughing. "Adin, what the hell are you doing?" she managed to blurt out between her laughter. She wanted to tackle him back, but she decided against it, she didn't want to hurt him. Instead, she laid under him and continued laughing softly. She paused for a moment and noticed that he had mud on his cheeks and smeared it further, making it a mess on his face. She laughed harder now.

Adin laughed, then put mud on Jade's face. He kissed her once and smiled smiled, then rolled off of her, laying down by her, " I'd thought i should lighten the mood.. " he said laughing softly.

She smiled as she laid by him. She placed her hand on his cheek and turned his face to his and whispered, "Thanks," and then leaned in to kiss him softly on the lips.

He smiled then laughed, " Your welcome, oh and by the way you got mud all over your face.. =P " he tapped her nose gently and laughed.

She placed both of her hands on his face and rubbed it more, making his face even messier than she already had, "Small world, because you do too!" she felt so happy being with him.

He narrowed his eyes, and had a smile on his face. Then he just laughed..

Once her laughing had stopped, she laid there and stared lovingly in his eyes. Although she was highly pissed at him for up and leaving, she knew he had good reasoning for it. A part of her wanted to throw him in the river, the other, wanted to fish him out if she did, while another, just wanted to stare at him. It was obvious to her which part was the winner.

She laughed softly and then sent her thoughts to him with her telepathy. She sent him her thoughts of how she was mad at him and how she wanted to throw him in the river for leaving her and the others, but also, how she understood why he left, even if she didn't know why exactly. Once she was done, she said, "There, now you know," and then she smiled at him.

She wanted to ask so badly why did he leave, why did his uncle do what he did to him, but, she figured that he would tell her on his own time and that now, it was just best to live in the moment.

Jade said nothing more as she laid there beside him. She figured that fun time was over for now.

Adin thought for a few moments.. " My uncle was after Leah's necklace.. " he said quietly. " he sent me to go steal it.. but when i saw you. I just couldn't do it so my uncle found out that i had never fulfilled the task,and i knew he would be looking for me soon. " he closed his eyes. " I wanted to protect you and Leah." he opened his eyes again. " So i left.. to accept whatever consequences my uncle had for me. I was willing to take them as long as you two were safe. " he finished, and his voice faded into a soft ending.
