Can I ask you a question please? //:Archimedes Primus++ . . . First period had been all right. But second period sucked. Devon had never excelled in Biology, nor did he plan to in the future. In fact, all sciences evaded his understanding — or care, to he honest. What good did it do him to know the inner workings of a frog? Okay, so cutting dead animals up was kinda cool, but that was about as far as it went. However, keen eyes watched as a dark-haired boy — Carter, probably a last name — walked in. His seat was in the row to the right of Devon's and one seat up, so hopefully he wouldn't notice the curious eye-narrowing the redhead gave the newcomer. Hm. A sort of murkiness pervaded the air around this boy; probably something to do with his power. Devon quickly averted his eyes and turned back to the lesson. Which was probably the most boring thing in the world, actually. He let his freckled face drop into his folded arms.
"You, there!" he heard the teacher's voice snap. "Ah..." She was looking at her seating chart to see whom he was. "Primus! Devon Primus, head up whilst in my class, please. Don't make me send you to the principal's office."
Devon groaned at the use of his first name. Maybe it said that in the school's records. In which case, he could change them, which he fully planned on doing. Right now. Still, he obligingly lifted his head and gave the teacher a saccharine smile, dimples and all, before she was satisfied and turned back to reading something off the computer screen. When her eyes were no longer locked on him, Devon's smile melted into a thin-lipped frown, glaring for a moment before fishing for his laptop. It seemed routine, now, to break into the school's records; however, he hadn't changed them before, only used them for some, ah, reconnaissance on the other students. Perhaps he'd look up this 'Carter' as well, in due time. For now, he tapped into his profile, changed the page with his information on it to a text document, and removed the 'Devon' from his name, so it was only left with Archimedes Primus. He smiled satisfactorily before saving it and exiting his profile page. Before he logged out of the admin's account, he did a quick check on last name 'Carter.' Oh, there were two; twins, apparently. This one, however, 'controlled darkness.' Huh. Well, that didn't make much sense, but it sort of explained his aura. Ah, being a technopath was a useful thing, indeed. Once satisfied, he logged out of the admin's account and then set to work on something funnier.
Devon couldn't help but notice that ah, the teacher was reading stuff off her computer screen. He smirked, and placed the flats of his palms reverently on his laptop, on either side of the touch pad. His eyes half-closed as he tried to establish a connection between his and the teacher's computer. Aaaaand... yes! Her screen opened up as a separate window on his, and he cackled internally as he saw she was reading from a Word document. But he had to wait for the right time. A few moments later, she looked up and asked the student body of the classroom a question, giving his a few blessed moments to rewrite some of the things in her document. When she went back to it, he had to stifle his chuckles.
"Now we move onto Robert Hooker. No, wait, that should just read as Hooke... Anyway! He discovered cells in 1254. Cells are itsy bitsy, teeney weeny, yellow polka-dot bikini... what? I didn't write this... Ummm... Along with cells, he also discovered the first... gayborhood? Where he met his first love, Chichi, who was a male trans— who wrote this!?" she finally exploded, and Devon was red in the face from trying not to laugh and give himself away. However, he kept typing things into her document, hoping he wouldn't be caught too soon. . . .
Promise you won’t laugh at me?

(Drakie Cakie, I see that you make avi art. If I paid you, would you please draw my avi maybe?) Alex soon noticed the screen after he heard the teacher reading some weird things. He read some of the things on it and tried to hold back his laughter, it was hard though. He bit his lip so no laughter would slip, but his jaw started to shake and quiver. A smile spread across his face as he looked around, who was doing that? He then caught sight of a boy who was red in the face, he was definitely suspicious. He quickly looked away before the teacher saw him looking at the boy.

O, it is excellent to have a giant's strength, but it is tyrannous to use it like a giant.
He was going to learn her power? Hmm, that was pretty awesome. He hoped it would help him master other powers like Mike had said.
"I'm Jet," He answered her. He watched her draw, thinking she was making a picture to help him understand more simply. Like teachers at his old school had done. She sketched some butterflies though. Huh? But suddenly, they flew off the page. He laughed excitedly.
"Woah!" He exclaimed. "How do you do that?!"
Mike leaned against a far wall, with his head down and eyes shut, sleeping.

Thorne Ramiro Scar tissue that I wish you saw, Sarcastic mister know it all… As Thorne had Mitsukai’s hand, he saw the whole first period fight pan out. Watching the fight was sickening, and Thorne eagerly released her hand as she pulled it back. However, when she snapped at him, he snapped back angrily, “What? Can’t handle it? Well you know everything else about my twisted life so you might as well have my power too. Hell, you can be me for all I care. I’d welcome the relief.”
Thorne listened to her in disbelief. Despite of what he had told her before, she was still going to view this as a stupid competition to be his friend. Whatever. She obviously wasn’t listening to him, and he wasn’t going to participate in this idiotic conversation any longer. Mitsukai was not going to believe him if he told her that Lorrie probably didn’t view this as a contest or that she wouldn’t mind them being friends. She also wouldn’t believe him if he said that Lorrie really was sweet and kind as long as you didn’t blow up in her face. But after her first impression and judging her from his memories, she had already made up her mind about Lorrie—a person she didn’t even know. Folding his arms, Thorne looked over at her angrily. He was furious she wouldn’t give a little, or meet him halfway on this. He felt like she was purposely going against him to make Lorrie’s arrival even more difficult. Well, he wasn’t going to put up with it for another minute. “Know what? We’re done here. I’m not going to talk about this if you won’t even try to understand how I feel. You think you’re mad about her coming here? Well, what about me! She’s my ex-girlfriend. I’m the one who should be angry, not you. We shouldn’t even be arguing about this because truthfully it’s one of the most idiotic arguments I’ve ever had. No! We’re done talking about this,” he hissed at her fully aware of the audience that they had begun watching them.
When she finally answered his question, he rolled his eyes and shrugged. Well, there goes his strategy of diverting her attention. He was actually almost surprised by her answer. He would have thought she would have wanted to go out with him after last night. Whatever. Stupid mixed signals. He was unexpectedly not all that bothered by it. Sure, his ego was a little wounded, but it’s not like he was dying. She was cute, knew about his past (on accident), and always tagged along after him when she thought he was upset, so he had thought, why not? But, she clearly wasn’t ready for that, and he had been the one that had jumped the gun. So, he would back off a bit, and let her breathe. He wasn’t going to force anything that didn’t even seem all that worth it especially now that his ex was back.
Thorne was ignoring her now as he turned to the front of the room, and he looked at the teacher expectantly. He was going to be true to his words. He wasn’t going to discuss this with her anymore, so he slouched in his seat waiting for the class to start. Close your eyes and I'll kiss you 'cause, With the birds I'll share… This lonely view.

~ ~ Aura smiled, "I can breathe life into my creations... That is my gift." She continued to draw, though she looked as though she were sketching something else. "I can control the things I make with ceramics much better, I recently picked up drawing, so I'm not that good at it yet. "I'm not exactly sure how it works, but the first time I had wished that I could make my art more lively..." She laughed thinking about the first time she had done it., "I fell out of my chair when my sculpture started dancing.." She paused for a moment and then paused with her sketch for a moment, tearing out a blank page, and pulled out another sketch pencil.. Handing it to him she said, "Jet is an interesting name.. So do you breath life into your artwork as well...?" She was asking him about his power. She had thought he had the same gift.

Lily sat back in her chair and listened to the teacher give the lesson in Algebra... wow, teacher were just as boring here as they were back in the school she had transferred from. She frowned slightly as she took out a piece of paper and started to draw. She closed her eyes and saw what her brother was seeing. A bunch of boring words on some board were changing into funnier ones. She giggled as the teacher glared. The teacher spoke, "Is there something funny about this lesson?" Lily jumped slightly at the teacher's voice and shook her head nervously, "No, sorry." She continued to draw once the teacher looked away.

Mitsukai When Thorne said the thing about the power, it truly pushed her over the edge. She sat up straight and pushed her chair away from him. How dare he? “I can’t help my power, don’t say something like that ever again!” Mitsukai said, her voice obviously breaking. She was using all her willpower not to yell and cry. “It’s not my fault I know everything! If I could, I’d take it all back. Along with all these other stupid memories that are stuck in my head forever!” Mitsukai said and then listened to his part of the argument. Okay, he had a point, a very good point. The argument was stupid. Okay, Mitsukai would apologize, since she was in the wrong.
Mitsukai sighed, knowing that Thorne was beyond pissed as well. “Sorry. I wasn’t thinking about it like that.” She muttered. This argument was over. Mitsukai looked at the teacher, who now started the class. Mitsukai wasn’t even listing. She was thinking over the things she learned about Lorrie. She wanted to know if she was the good guy or the bad one. She wanted to know who was in the wrong. Oh wait, it was obviously Mitsukai. She overreacted, and now everything felt like it was falling apart. After a few moments of analyzing Lorrie, Mitsukai wanted to cry. Lorrie was great, not that Mitsukai would give her the chance to show she was great. Oh no, Mitsukai wouldn’t give Lorrie the time of day. But Mitsukai did approve of Lorrie being friends and even more with Thorne. She also approved of her being a person. But that didn’t mean Mitsukai had to like her. Nope, nope, nope! Mitsukai was going to be stubborn about this. Mitsukai was now wishing Thorne to punch Cory in the face, that way she wasn’t the only ‘over-reactor’. Not that Cory didn’t deserve a good punch in the face, but that was another story.
So Mitsukai listened to the teacher for the next hour, then the bell rang. Yay! Mitsukai instantly got out and headed to the bathroom. She looked in the mirror and made sure that she looked fine. As she stood there, she let a few tears fall, since there wasnt anyone there. She then wiped them away and walked out. She then headed to World Geography.

He slightly chuckled at her question. "Well, I, uh, I do now," He said, grabbing the pencil and paper. What did he want to create? Oh! He got it!
After quickly drawing onto the page, he closed his eyes and visualized the picture coming to life. He gently blew onto it, and the picture started to move. A small black and white dragon flew off the page. It shot out a small trail of flames. It then poofed away in a quick cloud of smoke.
"Woah!" He said, impressed and excited at what he had done.

The belief in a supernatural source of evil is not necessary; men alone are quite capable of every wickedness.
Rico sighed, the quarrel ended and the teacher rambled on about basic stuff. Nothing new or helpful there. The class had ended and nothing had changed for him.
He remembered his schedule. Next he had... World Geography. He walked in and there was the girl from earlier. The one who had had the fight with that other boy. He sighed, hoped that there wouldn't be more drama. Suddenly, however, he had an idea. He could turn her against them, make her want to be 'friends' with him.
He sat next to her, turning his head and saying, "Hmm, what a jerk. Choosing his ex over you. I've seen the other girl. You're much better." He said that last part with a smile and a convincing tone.
Tell me something, my friend. You ever dance with the devil by the pale moonlight?

~ ~ Aura watched looking a bit excited, but at the same time a bit worried.. "You may want to learn to bring to life harmless things before dragons.. The more practice you have the more control you will have over your creations. Unless you imagine it to have free will, then it's almost impossible to control."
She blinked and then said, "That's why I was drawing butterflies.. I don't have enough control over drawings compared to the sculptures I make.."
She paused for a moment thinking about what he had said before he drew. Curiously, she said, "What do you mean you do now..?"

"Oh..." He said, as she told him not to bring such things to life. If so, he would just have to bring nicer things to life. Once he could control them, they would stay longer and do what he wanted. Hmm, how about a puppy? That was basically harmless, right?
He began to draw it, his artistic abilities, so as he lowered the paper to the ground, and breathed on it, the ugly dog jumped out of it. 'Left, left, left,' He yelled at it in his head. It just turned to look at him, before laying down and taking a nap. He sighed and it disappeared in a poof.
Then she asked him a question. What he had meant by his earlier statement. "Oh, I'm basically 'Copy and Paste Man'," He replied to her, as he started to draw another dog. This time maybe with a normal sized head.

~ ~ Aura couldn't help but giggle when he made a puppy. "Animals are much harder to control, versus smaller life forms.. " She sketched another butterfly, as it fluttered off the page, it landed on his shoulder before dissapearing.(sorry it's so short!)

He smiled and touched the butterfly, right as it disappeared.
Mike looked up, from his position next to the wall. If Jet were a bad egg, this would be a bad question to ask, but he decided to anyways. "What about combat purposes?" He asked.

~ ~ Aura blinked, Combat..? She had never really thought about using her gifts for combat.. She looked up at the ceiling as she scratched her head pondering about it.
"Eh.. I suppose it would work, but if there is no control over what is made, then it would defeat the purpose." She paused, and then said "But it would take a long time with practice for that to possibly work..."

Mike shut his eyes and thought for a few seconds, slightly rubbing his chin. Regaining his normal stance, he ordered, "Jet. Draw a dagger. Make sure to give it dimensions, so it has a blade."
Jet drew a dagger, which basically looked like a capital T with a pentagon on top of it. He breathed it to life and it fell off the paper, cutting into the floor. and sticking there. Jet pulled it out and swung it back and forth a few times, before poofing away.
