(alright. i'm gonna do the time-skip now. i just wanted to warn everyone.)
Lakayna awoken just about three hours later to the sound of the end-of-the-day school bell. It startled her a little. She looked around the room or beds. She saw that that girl she didn't recognize was still there, and were Namine and Kairi were there too. Kairi appeared to be talking to Namine while sitting in a chair beside the bed. The girl from the gym before looked like she had fallen aslepep, not waking up to the sound of any of the bells and still wasn't awake. Lakayna's eyes came to rest on Axel's face, who was still beside her. Her face lit up with a smile, her pearly white fangs visible beneath her soft lips. "You did stay, I'm so glad," she whisperd. Lakayna felt much better, though she knew she would have to get her work tomorrow that she'd missed of the classes after the pep rally was over. She decided not to dwell on that, just wanting to get home now. She'd do what homewrok she did have when she got there, and then enjoy the rest of the day.

"Of course I stayed. What would make you think I would just leave you here?" Axel asked, moving her hair out of her eyes. Axel had stayed by her side, but while she was sleeping he was observing. He saw the worry in Kairi's eyes, saw Naminé try to keep the both of them (Kairi and Riku) from worrying about her too much, and saw Riku leave on his big mission. Poor blind fool. He won't risk the girl's identity as a strong wielder of Darkness, but he will be keeping tabs on her. That strange girl who has a resemblance to Riku.....he knew the instant she freaked out. Axel, while world hopping, had seen albino kids freak out less when exposed to sunlight of all things. These were simple lamps in the gym, yet she acted like acid and hot lava mixed with vinegar and lemon juice was poured into her eyes at the exact same time. Goes to show she has to be more careful.

Namine Miss Memory Witch Riku's hand folded around Namine's, gently prying her fingers from his shirt before letting go and placing her hand in her lap. The petite blonde stared into his teal eyes as he leaned down to her eye level, saying he'd be back soon and that Kairi would take care of her until then. Namine wasn't worried about herself. She was worried about him. "Riku," her voice was barely a whisper as she gazed at him. "Don't go," she pleaded, but she knew it was useless. Once the silvernette put his mind to something, he went through with it.
Riku didn't answer her statement, he only said to stay where she was. The petite blonde gazed after him as he left and then she turned her eyes to the ground. Kairi had left and came back with her water and Namine murmured a thanks, as she uncapped it before taking a sip. After that, time passed slowly. Namine and Kairi were able to remain in the Nurse's office for the last three periods because the Nobody had done a little adding to the woman's memory. That way, neither girl would get into trouble. Namine had hopped off the bed and had sat in a chair instead, dozing off every now and then but waking up because she'd have a nightmare.
The bell signaling the end of the school day rang loud and shrill and Namine jolted up to her feet. Some color and energy had long since returned to the petite girl and now she looked over at Axel and Lakayna. She was going to ask them if they wanted to hang out with them, but she figured Lakayna probably wanted to go home. "I hope you feel better, Lakayna. I'm sure we'll see each other soon." The girl said with a smile before looking over to Kairi. She was so grateful to the red head, who'd stayed with her the entire time. Namine smiled at her Somebody, before walking up and grasping her hand, beginning to walk out of the Nurse's office so they could go find Riku and possibly Sora. Though Namine knew that if he wasn't here, then he was really busy with something. "Thanks for staying with me, Kairi. Let's go find Riku and then get out of here, okay?" The petite blonde dropped her others hand and adjusted the strap of her bag so it was more comfortable on her shoulder. She made sure that Kairi remained with her as they walked out of the school, and onto the front grounds. The girl couldn't help herself. Her crystaline eyes scanned the sea of students, looking for the familiar flash of silver admist all of them.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” Riku leaned back against the wall near the front entrance of the school, his bag at his feet and sucking on his fourth cigarette of the day. The whole Darkness jump had really urked him and even the first two cigarettes had done little to nothing to calm his neverending nerves. he hadn't found anything either. He'd searched the whole perimeter of the school, some of the hallways in side and even two blocks down from Destiny High on either sides. Still nothing came up and he wasn't sure why. He could sense it, or at least the remains of it and whoever it was was doing an awful good job at hiding.
The bell signaling the end of the day chimed and as Riku took in a final drag of his cigar the front doors burst open and a flood of students came running out. The silvernette dropped the bud under his boot and crushed it into the grass until the ashes were worn down and dead. He picked up his bag and threw it over his shoulder as he began maneuvering against the flow of students to get back to Namine and Kairi.

Ηικαŕι Fortunately for Hikari, Riku scarcely noticed her presence in his haste to search for her. While she knew that he had seen her, she was able to hid the Darkness within herself well enough to keep him at bay. After a few minutes, Hikari was deemed well enough to return to class, which Hikari did all too willingly. As the last few periods went without a hitch, the bell that signaled the end of the day rang, allowing the students to run like maniacs out of the facility and to their daily dwellings to do whatever it is they do. Shouldering her pack, the silver haired girl walked calmly into the hallway, with the flow of students thinned because she had waited a moment or two so she would miss the rush of students. As she looked ahead, she saw Riku waiting at the front of the school, which made her blood run cold. Is he waiting for me? Does he know? she thought worriedly. Slowing down for an instant, she pulled up the hood of her black jacket, hiding her hair and tilted her head down slightly, shadowing her sunglass-clad face. She also kept as far to the opposite side of the boy as she could, hoping that he wouldn't recognize her. She did what she could to hide her dark essence from him, but there was always that one little bit that lingered from anyone who had been in the darkness for any amount of time. Anyway, she passed Riku by, keeping her eyes focused on the sidewalk ahead of her, blending in with the crowd as she walked down the street. She would have to figure out where she was going to sleep tonight.

Kairi "No problem Naminé, I'll go get you some water. I'll be right back," said Kairi smiling as she walked away. As the crimsonette walked out of the nurse's office she heard Naminé through their connection. "Oh? I'm glad... Thank you Naminé," Kairi thought back to the blonde, a small smile spreading across her face. She was happy that she could be there for her Nobody, who to Kairi wasn't a Nobody at all. Naminé was one of her best friends and like a sister to her. The two girls had a very special bond that Kairi truly cherished. Kairi returned a few minutes later with some water and gave it to Naminé. She looked around and saw that Riku had left. She knew he must have had something that he needed to do, so while he was away she would look after Naminé. The red head sat down in a chair next to Naminé's bed. She reached into her bag and pulled out a book (entitled Caring for Chocobos) and began to read, keeping on eye on Naminé as she did so. Several hours past, and Naminé had moved off the bed and into a chair. She'd doze off now again, but never stayed asleep for very long. Kairi tried to comfort her as best she could, trying to keep the petite blonde distracted from her fears. The princess was sure that the memory witch had used her powers on the nurse, because the nurse had allowed them to stay for the rest of the school day. The final bell rang signaling the end of the school day. Naminé got to her feet, looking much better then she did when she had first came to the nurse's office. Kairi got up as well and followed her other. The princess stopped by Lakayna's bed and said, "I hope you feel better soon Lakayna." Kairi walked towards the door then turned and smiled and waved to Lakayna and Axel saying "See you tomorrow!" Naminé looked up at Kairi and smiled then took her hand and together they exited the nurse's office. Naminé thanked Kairi for staying with her then said that they should find Riku and go home. Kairi smiled at Naminé and replied, "You're welcome Naminé. Mmm yes, let's find Riku and get out of here. It's been a long day." The petite blonde let go of the red head's hand, adjusted her bag, and then the two girls walked out of the school and onto the front grounds. They stopped, their eyes searching amongst the sea of students for their beloved silver haired friend.

Lakayna's smile softened, her eyes moving to Namine and then Kairi; waving goodbye to them; and then returning to Axel's face. "I'm sorry," she apologized, "You know, for worrying you like that before." Her face was slowly turning pink and steadily getting darker. At the same time, her temperature also steadily rose. She pushed herself into a sitting position, ready to go home now.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” Riku didn't see Hikari as she approached him, his eyes were elsewhere, watching the ground as he walked as his mind wandered in attempts to contemplated today's happenedings. He was too absorbed to see the hooded girl across the room beside him as he did. But he felt it. He stopped and his head snapped up. That faint touch of Darkness was there. He whirled around to search the sea of faces for the perpetraitor. His teal eyes like radar, flew across each face until they saw a black hood sneaking out. The...Organization..? he thought.
No, that wasn't likely but all the members were coming back. Axel, Roxas and Namine proved that. And it didn't mean that every member that returned would be on the good side. Riku started walking in a fast pace and began pushing past the teenagers that were in his way. He had to catch up with the hood before they were completely gone. "Hey!" he shouted and as he did he reached out and grabbed the girl's arm. At the touch he felt it, the Darkness and his eyes hardened into a glare. This person had done something and that something had upset NAmine terrible.

Ηικαŕι Just when Hikari thought that she was in the clear, she felt someone yell something and then grab her arm. At first she thought that it was just some kid, either tripping over themselves or mistaken her for a friend. But when she turned around, a gasp escaped her lips when it was none other than Riku. Her first instinct was to create a portal and escape to the dark realm, but then she thought it would be too much of a dead give away. She could tell by the look on his face that he had sensed the darkness within her, which was not a good sign. At that instant she knew she had to get away from him before he can corner her. Pulling away her arm, she turned and ran, dropping her bag in some bushes near the school. She took a note of where it lay so she could grab it later. Without a load of books to carry, her gait quickened, making her slim figure weave easily through the sea of students and pedestrians. She figured that the best place to lose him would be in the village, where there were plenty of alleys and low rooftops for her to hide in. She knew that she couldn't let Riku find out who she was. She had promised King Mickey that she wouldn't. Hikari would never forgive herself if Riku knew about her prematurely. As she ran to an intersection, she was able to grab a street pole and make a sharp left turn, keeping her pace at a dead run, not daring to look back.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” As the girl spun around, he recognized the glasses and the silver hair hanging out from beneath her hood. it was the girl from earlier today. Her! Riku felt that that recognition again, something in the back of his find picking up on her features before she ripped herself free and began running to get away from him. The silvernette didn't hesitate as he went after her. Unlike she, he pushed and mowed people over to try and catch up. He broke free of the mob of teens and was a bit aggrivated to see her head towards town.
"Hey! I just want to talk!" Half of that was true. The other half was he wanted to beat her. Why? he wasn't sure but he kept running after her. his turn was slowed because he was unable to grasp the pole as Hikari did but he was still catching up.

Ηικαŕι Talk?! The sound of Riku's voice as he yelled for her only made her run faster. She had seen how aggressive Riku can be. How could she not? Her fighting styles and tactics almost mirrored his. She kept her pace, but unfortunately, she was starting to get winded. She wasn't used to running for this long. She had to lose him fast. Think....how can I lose him? she tried to think, but after all this running, she was starting to lose steam. Then out of nowhere, the thought of the Sheltering Zone Heartless in Atlantica. That's it! Copy Cat! she thought, taking a quick turn into an alley. Using her magic, two copies of Hikari formed and split up, one taking the left, one going straight ahead, and the real Hikari taking the right. She only hoped that Riku would go for one of the fake Hikaris instead of going after her.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” Riku was pissed to see that Hikari only began running faster. He picked up his speed as he followed her into the alley. He stopped abruptly when he saw three silver-haired girls running in opposite directions. "You're kidding me!" Riku cursed as his eyes watched each disappear. He started trotting to where the alley crossed and focused himself. The copies held no Darkness compared to the conjurer. Riku turned towards the right alley and sighed, he was going to regret this later and Namine would kill him when she found out.
Riku began running again but instead of heading down the alley he head straight into a dark portal he'd summoned up. It felt familiar but it didn't feel right either. Not anymore. Riku stepped out on the other side, the door closing behind him and as he shook off the aura of the portal he saw Hikari running, only a few feet away, straight at him. Riku lunged forward and grabbed her arms with his and stared down at her. "Who are you? And why do you reek of the Darkness?"

Ηικαŕι Again, Riku was able to see through her trick and kept in pursuit, though this time he used his own powers of darkness to catch her. Before she could get a chance to stop, she nearly collided into him as he reappeared out of the portal and caught her. She felt her hood fall back as she struggled, trying to pull away from him but quickly found how determined he was to find out who she was. She didn't want to start yelling and make a scene, but she knew that if she didn't after at least say something then he might try something. "Let go! Leave me alone!" she exclaimed, trying to pull away from his grip and resisting her instinct to use her dark magic.

Namine Miss Memory Witch A flash of silver gleamed in the afternoon light but it was heading in the opposite direction. Still, the petite blonde knew who it was. "Riku!" She called out, confusion ringing in her tone and playing across her feaures. "Kairi, something's up. I think he's on to something. Come on!" The petite blonde said, grasping the girl's hand and giving her a gentle tug. After that, she was racing across the grounds soon leaving the school behind and entering the town. The entire time, she never let go of Kairi's hand, so the two would not get seperated. A comforting light shone softly where the two girl's made contact, a tangible look to the bond that tied the two.
So far ahead of them was a hooded figure and a flash of silver. They wouldn't be able to catch up. The hooded figure split into three, causing Namine to skid to a stop, pulling Kairi with her. Each figure ran in different directions and Riku hesitated momentarily. Namine began to move forward again but a large group of people passed in front of the blonde and crimsonette and when they'd passed, both the figure and Riku were gone. Namine sighed, upset that she'd lost them. But she knew better than to run off to them; Riku knew what he was doing and Namine felt she'd only interfere."Nevermind. We'll catch up with him later. Sorry for pulling you along like that, Kairi." Namine said, casting the girl an apologetic glance. "Let's wait for Riku. At the beach." She smiled at her Somebody and began to lead her in the opposite direction they'd seen Riku; Namine led Kairi closer to the sound of the shore. Instead of running this time, she walked and released Kairi's hand. They wouldn't get seperated if they were just walking this time. There was no hurry anymore. The girl'd lost Riku and though she knew he could take care of himself, she was still worried that he'd get hurt somehow.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” "Not going to happen until you tell me who you are!" Riku shouted as he gripped the girl's arms tighter. He never did understand why people had to try to struggle against him. If this girl knew who he was then she'd comply but then again if he knew who she was he'd be dumbfounded and confused. The silvernette glared down through her sunglasses, and despite her eyes being covered by them he could almost see the familiarity in them. "Who are you?" he hissed.
