Magick Nate MAN I pray that never happens again I'm NEVER posting in a public Wiccan topic AGAIN! Lets get back on track please, guess what I did this afternoon? 3nodding Was??? (was= what in German ^^) and i almost got kicked off gaia for good today ^^ that's why i wasn't on. Man did i miss alot. If you are going to make the tea, you have to gather the herbs, then tie them in small bundles, and hang them upside down so they dry. When they are dry (not dead), crush the leaves. Put some of the leaves in a strainer, or a small, thin, airy pouch that's like a tea bag. Add the boiling water. With the strainer, hold it over the cup with the crushed, dried herbs in it, and pour the water directly into the strainer a little at a time (so it won't overflow), so the water soaks up the essence of the tea. The tea has to steep, it can't be drunk right away. Leave it to brew and steep for at least 5 minutes. With the pouch tea bag, or even a metal tea ball, you place the herbs in the cup, and pour the water into the cup. Again, the tea is supposed to steep and brew 5+ minutes.
I've made my own dry blend of herbal tea before (just because it's herbal, doesn't mean it's Wiccan - anyone of any belief can drink it, tea is not a religious beverage). I go to some herbalist shops where they have herbs already dried and stored loosely in jars. Take what you like, especially if it's a blend that would help you, like sleep (skullcap, passionflower, chamomile, to name a few) or to help with heart and anxiety problems (bugleweed and motherwort works for me), there are many blends for anything.

I went to take a nice bath to meditate and my mom yells at me!! GAH! (im not allowed on gaia at my house anymore "it causes viruses") what does peoples want to talk about?? I missed this guild!! 4laugh
