"Don't turn away from me white mage! You obviously have some power, and plenty of tricks. I would propose a comprimise; release me from this spell and face me in a test of arms, if you can defeat me I will answer your questions willingly." Raziel's cold gaze continued to regard all those present.

"Arms?" Illusor raised one eyebrow, glancing Raziel's muscular form over pointedly. "I think not, it seems hypocritical to inflict injury if one is a healer." He shook his head with a definate sense of finality, "I do not engage in combat. I am a white mage and a pacifist." He stated simply, then after a pause could not resist adding, "Besides, I have won before we've begun warrior, you are already incapacitated, were I of a violent mind I might simply dump your immobile form in a carnivore filled river. The native monsters of Matri would make short work of you.... as would the beast of fury had I left her to have her way with you." His tone was almost smug, as he gazed with growing dislike at the argumentative undead soldier.

"Then name a champion." Raziel retorted quickly, "If you are too cowardly to face me yourself then set someone else against me, and I shall gladly dispatch them to prove myself to you." His eyes had grown cold, as he glared at the healer, he prodded and probed at the spell from the inside, testing it for weaknesses he could exploit to unravel it and free himself. He'd never been in a situation quite like this before, but he was determined to prevail.

Illusor threw a dangerous glance at Raziel, before speaking in quiet crisp tones which brooked no argument. "I will not engage in any form of combat with you." He stared intently into the undead's eyes as he spoke, "I will not assign or permit anyone else to challenge you,... You will remain detained until you come to your senses." he whirled neatly trotting with straightened shoulders, and lifted one hand until it was visable to Raziel, with a snap of his fingers the frozen warrior hovered off the ground to trail after the healer like an eerie spectre.

Violet stepped back in surprise at the curtness of his tone. She was caught between wanting to stay silent and wishing to speak out in protest. After all, Raziel was no enemy... Yet...
"A pacifist does not begin a fight. A healer does not leave the vulnerable unattended..."
She blinked in surprise. She had meant to speak aloud... but her voice was shaky and much too soft...
... Which probably meant she'd be ignored, which was perfectly fine in her opinion... People like her should try to keep out of the light, not jump into it at every given opportunity...
((See? Nothing to do... Where is everyone??? o.o ))

Illusor paused glancing at the others who were spectators to the rather spectacular display, suddenly the healer bowed, "My appologies for myu negligence," He said quickly, "You all require rest and sustenance,... come, you can aquire both at my house." He nodded to Violet, Matrias, Andrea, Auron and Feralina in turn, before leading the way further into the forest, Raziel still bobbed behind the group, suspended and embarasingly frozen in mid-air.

She stared at the healer in utter astonishment. How quickly was he able to change characters? It was as though he kept switching between multiple personalities. She gazed hesitantly at the bobbing Raziel. She wasn't used to this. She wasn't used to contact with humans, demons, anything. Yet she sensed this was wrong, somehow. A bad feeling seemed to hover through the air. Biting her lip, she decided that, if nobody else had spoken, she wasn't supposed to either, and took after Illusor quietly.
Still, there were other thoughts which invaded(?) her mind. Where had Eric gone?

Erevek's cries of pain were stifled forcefully when the boy's eyes landed on the freed Drakian. " Oh 'BYSS!!" He snapped, rolling along the floor in an attempt to dodge the massive creature, his limbs still responded with agonizing slowness, the same did not apply to his shifted berserked brother. It seemed a rather pathetic game of cat and mouse, Drakian seemed to somehow realize his prey could not fully escape and taunted the half-paralyzed youth as he threw himself about the room trying to escape Drakian's claws.

Gaifer watched on in horror as the young man he'd been sent to find feebly dodged the monster, he felt torn between the need to help and the fear of what might happen. Illusor had told him to help! But he doubted the healer had known about the chimera... fidgetting and worrying Gaifer agonized silently, several times moving forward only to dash back behind his pillar. I should go tell Illusor... he thought breifly, but... I need to help the boy... I ... Finally Gaifer gave up thinking and before he could stop himself he bolted forward grabbed Erevek, and accidentally Drakian, and with a pop they all disapeared. A moment later a rather shakey Gaifer dropped his rescuies and rushed to the healer.
Illusor suddenly froze in his path, he felt the elemetal rushing back, and without the ussual warning a young man and an enormous monster appeared before them. Gaifer,... who was invisible to the others raced into Illusor's comforting grasp, and even as the healer did his best to sooth the distraught elemental he muttered a quick sheild spell to encase the newcomers. Although it quickly became apparent that sheilding would not be all that was neccesary.

When Vek and Drakian reappeared Andrea instinctively drew one of her longswords, before realizing there was a magicalspell sheilding her and the others. She looked at the spellcaster in question and asked. "Is the sheild one way or both? I can help to fight that thing."
Firalina heaved a melodramatic sigh. "And were I not bound I could dispose of it with one blow, but alas, I'm sealed into this pitifully weak human form, I may as well roll over and die then..." The beast of fury said in a humdrum tone sitting on the ground.
"Oh shut up, you're the one who sicced him on us!" Andrea spat, though her attention was still turned on the battle before her.
The sudden change of scenery did not seem to faze the feral Drakian one bit. The creature continued to spit lightning and writhe after his quarry. His tail thumped against Illusors magic sheild and with a roar rthe beast turned its clouded red eyes on the healer and his protectees.

Matrias was startled by Drakian's appearence, but he didn't know that was what it was called. The hair all over him stood up on end and he let out a small growl, like when a cat that didn't want to be petted anymore. He braced himself for a fight, but when the creature had come at them it had bounced off Illusor's shield.
OOC: Sorry it's been so long, I just didn't see any good opportunities to interact, this RP's been moving pretty slow.

OOC: It's because this is a private guild...we don't get enough fresh blood in here...so it tends to stagnate for long periods of time...

Illusor watched for several moments as Drakian thrashed against his sheilds, he stood stroking Gaifer's half-substancial head as the elemental shivered, Finally he murmered several more phrases under his breath, tightening the protective spells and weaving further protections around the Chimera. the shields shimmered and bulged but held against Drakian's fury. Now Illusor began to murmer something else, a shimmering silver cloud condensed around Drakian, sliding through the sheilds without any resistance. As the mist covered the beast his form changed, and just like with Feralina he suddenly stood there, completely human. Sighing heavily he dispelled the protections. ".... Shall we continue?" He asked wearily, the spells were beginning to wear on him.
