Ah, the obligatory 'Introduce Yourself' thread. Man I hate these things, I can never think of what to say...
Ok, Im a 21yo guy from the soggy old isle of Royal Britannia. I'm currently about to start my thrid and final year of a Criminology course at Southampton Solent University and I get married in just over a month to a gorgeous woman (woohoo!) who means the world to me.
Im a stereotypical student, meaning I work stupidly long hours for very little pay, like to rise about mid-day and have a dodgy diet to say the least. I'm and avid console gamer, self confessed Silent Hill nut, and due to a much over due tax rebate (take that Inland Revenue! Mwhahahahaha!) I've been able to reawaken my love for Citadel Minatures.
I've started collecting Chaos around the time of 2nd ED, yet when they changed the models to white metal my fragile bank balance could no longer cope so I had to give up. I no longer game (yet would love to get back into it) but am obsessed with modelling and painting, having amassed a fair sized Chaos Marine army (Black Legion) and currently working on my splinter cell of the Tau's Farsight Enclave. Thats right, a splinter cell of a splinter cell. Sucks to be them lol.
Thats pretty much it I feel (meaning I'm bored of typing). Any questions, etc, feel free, and hope to see you all about soon! Death to the false emporer for the Greater Good!

Well, we deffinitely understand life issues here at the Golden throne. I myself am no exception of people who have activity preventing problems, in fact I have only recently returned from my latest mishap. I was downed for about 3 months, very unfortunate.

Intro thread huh....well...
I'm Willie, no thats not my real name, yes I'd rather be addressed by it. I'm 18 yrs old, and I live in New York. I've played Tau for about 3 years now, I recently completed assembling a Space Marine army. I prefer Warhammer fantasy, but thats not to say that I don't think that 40k is awesome in its own right.

Unfortunately my painting skills are beyond horrible, but what my hands may not be able to craft, they can write. Dark Eldar are by far my favorite army, and my Black Library collection is over books. Well thats me. Welcome to the guild, it's good to have you with us. It's great to see the Dark eldar comming up in numbers. 3nodding We have a lot of members who would be more then happy to share tips on painting with you. Ah! I've been neglecting the politeness that is to Welcome you all to the Guild, well, might as well say it. Welcome Everyone....Probably a little late on my end for some people....but that should be ok with you all right?
Dark Eldar eh? Good to see that. I too love the Army, but I don't own any, I only Own Eldar, Chaos and Dark Angels.

Hi im patrick i started play war hammer a few months ago with a space wolves army i now play my own chapter that i have renamed 3 times...
