Sasha kept breathing and pushing. Sonya wiped off her cousin's hot and sweaty forehead. Wanda was trying to hush Freya down. "Push Sasha," said Beast, waiting down by the end with Pietro. "I am pushing!" she yelled, her face all red. After a couple of minutes there was still no progression. "This isn't good," said Beast, "We might have to operate." But Sasha pushed again and Pietro screamed. "Oh God, there's something coming out!" "You wanted to receive the baby, so don't just stand there you idot!"

Still playing depressing note after depressing note, Victoria thoughts contiued to wonder. Why the hell am I moping around like this? She thought to herself, and she was absolutely right. Why should she wallow in her own self-pity when she she could be conforting her friend, her one true best friend in her time of need. She smiled slyly as she raced out the door, leaving her friend the piano for one that was made of something more then ivory and wood.

A few mintues later, Victoria found herself winded and staring at the double doors of the X-Mansions Med Ward. She was about to step inside when a voice bellowed for everyone NOT related to the Mom-to-be to leave and with that, the entire student body seemed to rush out of the door in a hurry. She frowned at that moment and for two reasons. One, if every was supposed to be OUT must mean that something had gone wrong and two, now how the hell was she supposed to get in? The confused teen stared at the door for a moment, before smiling again and barging through anyway. Best friend....that always counts as family right?

The sound of controlled breathing and the SNAP of latex gloves reverberated from just down the hallway. "Oh s**t, she's labor already?" Her conscience told her that that was NOT a good sign so she rushed off immediantly. The next instant she had found the appropriate room and skidded to a halt in front of it. She bit her lip. Half of her wanted to barge in and comfort her friend anyway she could, but the other part of her, the good part was staying obey the doctor's orders and leave them some room. Nowing how serious this was, the former could get her on extra curicular probation and even grounding, but...that was a risk she was prepared to take.

It was pure chaos. Sasha, being the strong woman gal she was, was pushing with all her might, Wanda was calm and conforting, Sonya was conforting her cousin, Dr. McCoy was doing his job and Peitro, the "father" was busy screaming like the idiot he was. "Oh my Lord," the baby was coming out. She felt her breath catch in her trought as silent tears filled her eyes. Tears both for the baby and for the mommy...and weather either of them would make it out of this alive.

Teagan sighed, shaking her head as she grabbed Gen's wrist and gave her a small shake.

"Snap out of it, mate! You're not an idiot! If anything, you're like ever other teenage girl out there!" She said in a serious tone, letting go of Gen's wrist as she folded her arms over her chest, shaking her head slightly.

She looked over her shoulder as she heard someone speak, only to grin and turn her attention back to Gen.

"Look who it is!" She said, smirking mischeivously. "Hmm, I think I'm going to go get a snack...see you later." She said, and with that she waved her hand in the air and headed towards the kitchen.

As she walked down the stairs, she laughed softly to herself, brushing her shagging hair out of her face.

"I should get a haircut." She muttered to herself as she walked into the kitchen.

Rachael sighed and wistfully dreamed of the day she'd be able to go to a bar and not get carded. "Hey Teagan..." She said as she walked in. "What's up?" *BuZZZZZZ!* The microwave chimed the completion of the pizza she had been reheating. She pulled the plate out, set it on the counter and took a bite out of a piece. "Wanna peice?" She offered.

"Eh, can't complain." She said smiling at her. "How bout you? Everything ok now?" She took another bite of her pizza. "Can I go to the bar with you?" She knew what the answer ot that would be before she even finished the question. Rachael did not look her age...she looked slightly younger. Penny could pass for legal but definatly not Rachael. She just asked that to see if she could sneak in on the outing.

"Sure, pizza sounds pleasing." Teagan said smiling, pulling a peice off of the plate. She bit into the cheesy-gooey-ness, trying to not let it dribble down her chin. She sat down on the counter, slowly enjoying her pizza before looking up when she heard someone say her name.

"Hey Penny!" She said, quickly swallowing the food in her mouth before wiping her mouth with the back of her hand. She took another bite, chewing slowly before speaking again. She had found herself realizing a few days ago how much she actually ate since she started living at the Institute.

"I've been pretty good, and I guess you're okay..seeing as how you're here...well, atleast you seem okay.." She said, trailing off as she took another bite of pizza.

"I figured that was coming." Rachael grinned. "I tried at least and thats what counts." She said. "And thats good to hear that you're ok now." She finished the last of her pizza slice and grabbed a glass for water.
