"The perfect place for them to arm the bomb would be the lowest area of the Mako Reactor. It's at the very center, ensuring that the Reactor would be destroyed. We'll have to climb down several ladders. So, again, make sure you just look straight at the walls on our way down, or the sight of all the Mako below us could make you nervous," Blaze explained. He ran into the elevator, before waiting for Bella and Mod to show up. "We have to take the elevator down first.

"I've been in a Mako Reactor before... and I looked down. It wasn't a pleasant sight, but I've grown used to it now," he continued. He pressed the button on the elevator to take them closer to the lower section.

((I just realized how ironic it is. In FF7, the Sector 1 Reactor is the one that Cloud and Barret, and three other members of AVALANCHE, blow up at the beginning of the game. And here the characters are trying to save it.))

"Knowing him he would've said another perverted thing..." Blaze said. The elevator slid down the shaft, before finally stopping. The doors slid open, revealing their destination. "We only have about three more ladders to climb down, after a huge set of stairs. Mod, you may want to power down so Bella can carry you around. It'll be... difficult, for you to climb down the ladders."

"He really needs to go to therapy..." Blaze quipped. As the elevator doors opened again, he ran outside, coming into view of a large staircase. "You'd think that Shin-Ra would spring for the elevator to go all the way to the bottom..." The boy rushed down the stairs, knowing time was of the essence.

They came to a large gap in the way. A perfectly timed leap allowed them to get across. "Alright, the first ladder of two is coming up. Again, only look down to see the platform you'll step on. Don't look anywhere else." He gripped the first rung of the ladder and began to make his way down.

(Yeah, it's a romance story, between Stella and Sen. I have a strong feeling you'll enjoy it.)

As he reached the bottom of the first ladder, he jumped backwards, landing on the ground. "Not much further. Just down this walkway, down a narrow beam and we'll be at the second ladder." He began to run down the walkway, before turning to his left and running down the narrow beam. "After this it's a straight shot to where the bomb should be."

Blaze could see the ground beneath the ladder. "Well, the platform's large enough to simply jump down instead of taking the ladder. And the fall doesn't look large enough to hurt us. We need as much time as we can get." He placed his arms over his head as he leaped off of the pipe, before landing gracefully on the ground. "Jump, I'll catch you, don't worry!"

(Oh certainly.)

Blaze reached up and caught the girl bridal style as she fell. Immediately afterwards he placed her back onto the floor. "We just have to go down this walkway and..." As he looked down the walkway, he saw two dozen foes on the walkway. "This is going to be tougher than I thought. The walkway's too narrow, it'll be difficult to fight."
