Fueled by anger, Kasai slashed as hard as she could at the snake with her obsidian sword.

 Suki walked outside with her pack following her. She looked toward the shrine and saw a giant snake as she raised an eyebrow. "What's going on...?" She asked no one in particular.

Two swords. The snake would not die easily, however. While its head was assaulted by swords, its tail attempted to thrash Kasai. And acid venom sputtered out of its head, dripping down onto the gun, emitting steam. Then, the snake perished.

Kasai managed to dodge the tail, fueled with adrenaline and anger. She slashed at the sword again at the snake, but then the snake died. She stopped and looked over at Suki, but didn't say anything. She walked over to Toushi's trophy, placed her hand on her and said "Revive."

Dead Aim didnt say anything as he deactivated his Octo-camo.

Reily wandered through the small village, looking around, she was surprised that such a village had thrived this well in the Jonk Wilderness.

Toushi blinked a few times before she sat up. She looked around and saw that the snakes were dead and Fatal was gone. "Damn...Kasai...I'm sorry, I let the guy get away with Aoi's trophy..." She said.

"No, it's okay... It wasn't your fault..." Kasai said. She felt that all the blame was on herself.

Reed wandered out of the hut he had been occupying, after he woke up and realized that nobody else was in there. Unlike some people, he could sleep like a rock. Reed was whistling a nice, chipper tune as he strolled towards the nearest well, when his whistle suddenly quieted. He had stopped strolling, and was looking at the make-shift battleground in front of the shrine.
"...Huh," he murmured, too quietly for anyone to hear. Reed shrugged and continued over to the well, and pumped up water into a spare glass. After chugging this down, Reed felt awake, and he turned to wander back over to Kasai, Toushi, Tiger, and Dead Aim.
His confused look said everything for him. Reed remained silent.

Kasai was about to protest and say it was her fault, but she stopped. This wasn't the time to put all the blame on anyone. Just on whoever that person as. So she said, "Okay, now is not the time to say 'It was my fault'." Then she asked Toushi, "Any idea who that guy was and what he wants with my sister?"

"He said his name was Z and he didn't say why, but he was after Aoi." Toushi said.

Kasai thought for a moment, but the name Z didn't ring a bell. "Well, I have no idea who he is..." Kasai said.
