Amaranta still felt like she was staying uninvited even though he tried reassuring her. "ok, if i get bothersome though you can kick me out as soon as you want." she said.

"Ok." Amaranta looked around. "So what are you going to do now?" she asked him. "Are y ou going to continue in your, erm- line of work, or are you going to try and find something else to do?" she asked.

"no-" Amaranta's stomach rumbled. she blushed slightly. "I guess it disagrees with me." she smiled.

Dante smiled and went to his kitchen. He pulled out a preserved chicken and heated up a pot with water. He hummed as he started to cut up some carrots and onions.

Amaranta followed him. "Do you need any help?" she asked.

"Yes, you can peel potatoes." Dante handed Amaranta a small bag of potatoes and a knife. "Start peeling." He smiled.

"Ok." Amaranta picked up the knife and skinned the potatoes like apples, getting most of the skin in one long twisted peel.

Dante place the onions and carrots that he cut up into the pot. He put in some seasoning, and then placed the chicken in, he put in a little salt and waited for Amaranta to finish peeling the potatoes.
