Thom chuckled. "Maybe you heal her bad temper," he laughed. Even Cobolt chuckled.Kiara scowls and turns slowly to face them. They froze and turned into their wolf forms. They bolted into the forest and could not be seen. "I'm gonna get them," she managed to get out.

"Oh no," she said. "I would never do it out in the forest! Mama would thrash me! I'll get them at home. No chance of interference then and Mama knows we're all safe. And Papa can break it up if he thinks we're getting to 'rough'." She laughed.

"That's good news," she said. "My own family was killed by Vampairs when I was a baby. They didn't kill, no one knows why. Cobolt's mother found me. She took me home and raised me as one of her own. I've never regreted being raised by her and her mate. All i natuarlly had was a sister. Being raised by her, I had two brothers, three sisters and a lot of coucins to play with. I'm glad she found me."
