he, sorry it's taking a while for me to reply. So far none of you are correct. here's another clue. DM Draco Moondragon was on the right track.

At Lvl 100, Siren is able is refine 100 curse spikes into a dark matter which teaches Quistis....

eh, i'll just go ahead and give it to Soujii. But might i refernce the second clue. "item" meaning it was Dark Matter. but, yeah. you got it. ok, who's goin next?

Wow... I don't think I've seen such vague hints for the first 3... this one's gonna be tough... I'm gonna go with one of the strongest ones I know: Nemesis, one of the arena monsters in FFX.
