The shaman leader of a tribe that worships an idol which happens to be the dungeon that the main character and crew has to get in. The tribe under her tutelage not allowing anyone near it if they can stop them. It also turns out that the shaman leader was actually some form of monster in disguise and ends up being the boss of the dungeon. Also at the end of the dungeon is a prison type cell that the real shaman was in. Oddly enough they look nothing alike.

the super-villan who reluctantly joins the good guys because the main bad guy is much eviler than him and stands in his way of ruling the world. after defeating the main bad guy he double crosses the team and almost gets away with it. almost.
