Alex's father didn't look convinced. "She's already chosen her career. She needs to finish college before going all over, doign who knows what." He didn't sound angry, just like a very concerned father. "She needs something to fall back on in case this so-called music jig doesn't work out. I know that Alexandra is very talented on the piano, and has been writing her own music for quite a while. But she's not a rock star, and if she ever tells me that you are pushing her too hard to do something she doesn't want to do, then she will come home and you will not be around her ever again." He sighed again. "I'm not trying to scare you off, but Alex is often too shy to speak up for herself, and she's my little girl. I want what is best for her."

Elliptic Sin "Let's hit the road!" Leaya said after putting on her seat belt and correcting the seat pulling out first and then pausing the car to close the garage door with the button that could be found on the dashboard.
Smirking in almost insane excitement Leaya pulled out the front gate and headed out into the street like a bat out of hell.

"We'll make it! There's one rule you need to learn about me" Leaya said smiling almost unconcerned as she swirved out of a on coming truck's way and continued speeding down the road, " I might be late, but its always fashionably late!"
"HEY! WATCH WHERE YOU'RE DRIVING!" Leaya yelled out the window as a jerk in a blue mustang cut her off from her chosen path

"THERE IT IS! THERE IT IS! THERE IT IS!!!!" Leaya all but screamed as she leaned forward in her seat, practically bouncing up and down in excitement. "That guy next to that girlw itht he black hair! IT'S PHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!"

Looking for a for a spot to park her car and finding one slightly near the opening to the resturant Leaya parked the car and cut off the engine.
A valet opened the car door for her and Erys and she stepped out slowly and turned to her muse saying, "See, we're not even that late" turning back to the valet and giving him a sexy smile that caused a faint blush to come to his cheeks Leaya then said teasingly as she handed him the keys, "I'll leave my baby in your capable hands"
Her business done Leaya pushed the purple tinted hair from her eyes and turned to wait for Erys.

Erys got out of the car and smiled flirtatiously at the valet as well, before she grabbed Leaya's arm gently and dragged her over to Phi, a woman in a pink cocktail dress and stilletos, and an older man that was talking to Phi. She stopped just short as she remembered something. "Oh, if anyone asks, I'm a talent scout. Rules from upstairs and all that, you know." she said to Leaya with a giggle.

"I know that," Phisarious laughed, "and I know whats good for her. Of course she'll keep going to school, intelligence is number one." he smiled and looked over. "ERYS!!!!" Phisarious screamed, and ran over to and hugged the other muse. "And this other girl!" he said looking at Leaya, and smiling.

Alex's father visably bristled when he heard Phisarious say that he knew what was best for Alex. Alex saw it though and gave her father a reassuring smile, which he returned, like some kind of secret language only they knew.
Alexandra blushed as Leay complimented her dress. "Th-thanks..." she said shyly.
"PHI!" Erys said in an excited squeal. "Hey, after we all have dinner, me and Leaya are going to the club. You should so totally go with us!" she said, giggling. Then she remembered that there were other people around. "Leaya, this is my very bestest friend Phi. He's a talent scout for the same company as me. We've known each other practically forever and a day!" she told her. "Now, Phi, you have to introduce me to this wonderful pianist I keep hearing about! I bet between her and MY french horn player, we will put classical style music on it's ears!"

Smiling and nodding to both Phi and the other musician Leaya then replyed to Eyrs's comment, " You really should join us to the club, it'll be lots of fun"

Phisarious smiled. "Oh My God Apollo, We would love to go clubbing tonight," he smiled at Alex, "sounds like old times, eh Erys?" he giggled. "This is Alex, she is amazing at the Piano, and she already wrote me my song. She really is terribly good. And isn't she beautiful?"

Alex's father looked at his daughter and raised an eyebrow at her. Alexandra looked at her father sheepishly. "It... was a gift?" she said to him.
"She is adorable!" Erys gushed. "And you absolutely positively have to see Leaya's house later! She has a statue that looks just. Like. Zeus. I kid you not. And her house is HUUUUGE!"
Alex couldn't blush any harder if she tried after all the complementing, and started to slide back as if trying to hide behind her father.
Her father caught this and cleared his throat. "Perhaps we should go inside now?" he suggested.
