Zahzi let out a sigh. And looked at her with a frown.
"Oh, fine...Fine...But only because you asked so nicely..." he said, in a sarcastic tone.
He looked over at Amnity, and rolled his eyes.
"What exactly is there to learn from talking to her, anyway?" he asked, turning to look at Belle.

Amnity just went on ahead and passed them as if they weren't even there, biting her pen and looking down at the difficult crossword puzzle. "A 9 letter word for an instrument for measuring atmospheric pressure..." She asked herself, thinking hard for this one... A few seconds later, she got it. "Ah, a barometer!" She scribbled down the answer in the box, then continued down the street.

"come one," she said as she shoved him in front of her and hurried after Amnity. Belle scanned her but saw no book. So Malcolm doesn't trust anyone enough to give them the book, she noted in her head. "Go up there and talk to her. Figure out her name, and any other useful information. I won't be far and I'll be listening," she hissed in his ear. This was of course the reason she wanted someone else to help her, she couldn't just approach the girl. She was pretty sure she was friend with Malcolm, therefore she would hate Belle. Belle sighed and slipped away.

Zahzi let out a deep sigh, and looked over at her.
"I better get paid for this..." he said with a groan, walking towards Amnity.
When he finally got close, he took in a deep breath.
"Uhm...Excuse me, Ma'am? Do you know a man named Malcolm..?"

Amnity didn't even look up from the newspaper she was reading to answer him. "....Yes..." She replied bluntly.

"Well, I'm looking for him, and he doesn't seem to be at his home...That, and I've been hearing that he shared a certain tome with you..." he said, scratching the back of his head.
"Did he...Ever explain what it was about?" he asked, looking at the sky.

He explained to her almost everything about it. She had written down its many secrets and powers in her own black notebook...."No." She lied simply. It seemed to get easier every time she lied....But then she felt guilty about it afterwards. She was lying to everyone now, even Hannah. "I don't know anything.....So what's a 8 letter word for a ruling female monarch?"

Well, time to make a nice, big story... he thought to himself.
"Well, inside the tome were spells, and the ability to summon a very powerful entity...I need to find it, to stop this entity...I've fought with this guy before...He's bad buisness..."
...I doubt she'll buy this at all... he thought to himself again.
"...And only Matriarch comes to mind, but that's nine letters..." he said, answering her crossword question.

Amnity had known all of that already, it seemed that one of the chapters she copied from the real tome was actually a passage that explained all of it. It took her a while to translate it into english, but she understood the situation, which is probably why she didn't look all that shocked. She recounted the boxes that were in the crossword puzzle, that was when she looked shocked. "OH!...9 boxes..... Thank you." She scribbled down the answer.

You...You can't be serious...THAT WAS ACTUALLY IN THE DAMN THING?! he thought to himself, his face not changing.
"I...Need to know more about that Tome...I need to be prepared for when the worst comes..." he said, looking away.

Malcolm appeared in front of the two in a small flash of light, his now silver hair rippling in an unseen wind.
"Hello Amnity" He said softly, his voice light and airy, "Nice to see you again"

Amnity looked up from her newspaper to address who just spoke to her. She froze, blinking a few times, not believing what she was seeing. He looked like..."Malcolm?..." She asked, her voice barely audible. She took a step back, ready to defend herself if it were the a worst case scenario.

He offered another smile
"I realize that my appearance is a bit different, but it's still the same person inside."
