Chris Powell *reads the latest ruling and rolls his eyes* So now doing a favor for friend bites me in the a**. Go figure. At least that friend didn't try to kill you... Say, Chris. Before this goes any further, what do you say we try one more time to come to an arrangement? It's not too late, you know. And we really DO feel bad that you weren't properly contacted before we went into production. That was my mistake, and I'm sorry.

Mister Murdock, my client has already stated that he wants no part of your videos, that they were done without his permission, and that they've ruined his life. What part of this says to you 'throwing a little money his way will make it all better?'
Can we continue with the cross examination now?

Tenzil Kem Mister Murdock, my client has already stated that he wants no part of your videos, that they were done without his permission, and that they've ruined his life. What part of this says to you 'throwing a little money his way will make it all better?' Can we continue with the cross examination now? And yet he seems to think that $30 million will cute his woes? Ownership of a multi billion dollar corporation, one that he's not even prepared to run? Kem, don't play the "money won't fix this" card when you're trying to get so much of it.
But the arrangement needn't entirely be money. If he's abolutely determined to end production? we can do that.
And no, Fairchild, I'm not giving up. I'm trying to save some time.

This argueing amongst yourselves is tedious. I have nothing to do.

*Sighs and shurgs.* Whatever. You've yet to provide any evidence that his life was "ruined." So . . . do what you gotta do. This is becoming boring.
