It is in English... Because the beaver mum is what the item is called that is the mother in the Meerkat Tunnels... and the speaker is English as well...
regardless, how wouldn't it be fair?
Ryuna, I am an artist, I have constantly been told by others... I'm not as creative as you... The way I see it, it's all in your head. We all dream, we all have imagined at one time in our life. We all have the creative spark there, some of us just have to put more thought into it as others.... biggrin

The only reason I would consider it unfair is that it was developed in England, so would thus be specificaly translated to American English, whereas pretty much every game over here is in American English and i'm sorry to say it does get a little irritating.

No, first look at the announcer... He speaks English English not American... also, little phrases are in the items and sentences that show words most Americans do not use, but English usualy do... I like it, it's refreshing... and more familiar to me through most my mates I talk to and my relatives.
Did you ever check my new level... I'm almost done with it... I finished, but I'm adding detail now through it...

Indeed, the narrator, Stephen Fry, is generally seens as quite upper-class English, due to his accent and high levels of education.

Evalad Alright... Then I'm going to attempt to finish today... biggrin Stephen Fry seems like a familiar name, is he an actor??? He's done a bit of acting, but not a great deal. Mostly, he's a presenter, having recently gone to the USA for Stephen Fry in America. Ring any bels? You may just know him from the thread entitled 'Stephen Fry' in this very group.
