i_need_asagi lovecats wire Velvy I think the prettiest languages are Finnish and japanese. Both languages have got a nice sound Sadly I cant understand it but I really like finnish or japanese songs. Another nice language is dutch. I love this language cause it sounds really cute when dutch people are talking bout something. i agree about the songs. both japanese and finnish songs sound pretty. i personally like CMX (Cloaca Maxima [finnish band]) and Malice Mizer (japanese band). sadly i don't think they are very active any more.... crying
I am partial to Asian languages, but to me, the prettiest language is Korean. I adore the long o sounds. xD You'd adooooooore how mooooooooost people here in Minnesoooooooota talk, then.

And believe me, when you're here you hear long 'O's way too much. xD In Minnesotan, almost all 'O' sounds are long as well. At least, they're always longer than in most dialects. But I do like the sound.

Italian. Easily. I love the sound of it. If only my school taught it. I find most languages pretty in some ways. French because of the beautiful words, but not the guttural sounds, Spanish because of the rolling r's but not the ungainly words. sweatdrop

I think that the prettiest language is probably French. I have no idea why, I just found that the prettiest name I've ever heard was Josephine Bonaparte's name pronounced in French.
I was going to take French because of it, except I kept on reverting to Spanish...
