an "intermiteate beginnier" (as i would like to call it) in french & hebrew

I'm going to be an Exchange student in Bavaria this summer, so I'm looking to greatly improve my skills in German quickly, any advice will be awesome!
I really love languages, right now I'm pretty sure that the one that I like the best is German, I have also studied Spanish, but that didn't last long, it just wasn't my thing, but Literature from any language is always worth reading. I'm an Artist, and so is most of my family, so I guess that its safe to say that two of my passions in life are Language and the Arts.
