Muffling a couch into the black silk of her shirts selves. The shirt was getting rather big. The sickness was taking away her body. Making her lose weight. The selves almost touched the top of her long slender finger tips. Holding the new book she bought under her right arm. Opening the bookstore door with her shoulder. Not wanting to touch the door, spreading germs or catching them was not on her bucket list. On the sidewalk, her green eyes scanned the streets. It was busy, couples laughing and walking around. A group of friends passed her, two of them smoking. The smoke gathered in front of Emily's face. Making her couching worse. Deciding to turn the other way. Needing to head to her small apartment before she had another attack. It would be worse enough to have one on the streets. She did not need to die from embarrassment.

Taking a deep breath as she leaned against the empty buildings stone wall. The coldness of the brick helped her hot shaking body. Closing her eyes for a second, leaning her head backwards. The red curls tumbling over her shoulder. Tickling her neck and chest. After feeling her heart rate go back up and back to normal, she opened her eyes. Pushing herself away from the building. Softly chewing on her full lower lip, thinking that it would be better to stay out at night. Going home would only reminded her of being sick. The corner of her lip turned upward in a crooked smile. Flashing the small dimple on her right cheek. Moving her feet from under her, planning to go to the only place were there was life that she could be around.

Edward came walking down the street, on a walk, just getting off of work. "Its always nice to see the streets empty for the most part at night."

Just finishing her patrol of Hallow Village, she walked down the empty streets, making sure everything was secure. "Its peaceful. I wonder if its always like this." She muttered under her breath.

she watched the woman walk down the streets. she stayed on the roof tops and watched all the poeple here. it was fun to play with them... V had told her not to kill anymore and it was realy hard to resist. she was a demon after all... wagging her tail as she stretched out her hand, she cought a bird just before it could pass by. she watched it wiggle for a bit, then tossed it so it could fly away. at least one of us can be free to enjoy their nature... she thought with a bored twitch of her ears.
she wonderd why humans were so afraid of her.. could it be her wolf ears and tail? or the fact that she enjoyed herself without others permission or approval.. oh well. humans dont mater i gues... after all. demons are ruled by demon law.. not human law. she smiled grimly and started to thump her tail on the roof with rythem.

Mimicry's copy paused, feeling as those she was being watched. Patroling must've made her paranoid, but paranoia wasn't always a bad thing.

imediatly her ears turned forward, and she watched the woman with more interest. she felt me... hmm. she wonderd if she should play with her.. but in the end decided she was still to depressed to do it. she stood and looked at the napkin poem she had written in the bar. " and i am lowerd to being a napkin poet... just depressing..." she murmerd as she moved silently to the next roof, keeping pace with the woman. she was curius, and this seemed like something interesting to do.

She sighed and mumbled. "I wonder what Rin's up to." Still keeping up her guard. Opening her parasol, she twirled it above her head, it provided a bit of cover, just in case. She also kept her eye on the wet streets for any reflections.

Bain tilted her head and watched her for a bit. "Rin. he is back in town is he.." she murmerd quietly, decideing to pay him a visit if she could. she still owed him for cheating on that last card game.
she turned her ear to the side and rolled her eyes. Luke and his leachers... damn it why did they have to be out tonight... she blinked when she realized they were after the woman. she is part of red cross.. so i shouldnt be surprised.. but still. a favor is a favor. she kicked her leg out and jumped from the three story buildings roof, landing quietly behind the girl. she snaped her hand up and cought the chain that came from the dark ally. it would have been around the girls neck with the hight... so Luke is playing for keeps on this one. she thought irritatedly.
she looked back over her shoulder to make sure the girl kept walking, then she snaped her leather collar off and growled at the man in the shadows. " my turf, my rules. no hunting the red cross here, take it somewhere else." the man( or to be acurat the Vampire) paled as her collar hung loosly in her grasp. she smiled darkly and blew him a kiss. " tell Luke to keep his leachs off my turf, or he will end up like the last one that came here." she smiled sweetly, forgeting the girl as she unwond the chain from her wrist. "that went well." she said smileing.

She'd turned in time to watch the show, clapping at the finale. "Wow. More than one person was following me. I'm not sure whether to be creeped or flattered...thanks for the help by the way."

the only thing that moved was her Ears, which turned back so she could hear the girl. she slowly finished winding the chain, then sat it down. she snaped her collar back on with her tail wagging slowly.
finaly she turned and smiled to the girl, then took three steps back into the shadow and was gone. all that was left was the chain and a card. the card read, i am called blood wolf, i protect this area. if i am needed find the bar, the bar tender will take any needed messages for me. if you have questions of this area feel free to ask.. though some i may not answer. the note is signed with a red paw print.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ she smiled at the human male that danced with her, he had not asked her to dance but had cut in. it was amuseing to her, men of any speacise acted the same. it was fast pace music, as it always was in the bar, and he was tireing out. suddenly she rememberd the man she had found here.. oh so long ago. Fate would have kept him alive. she smiled at the man and waved as she left the crowd. he tried to fallow her, but she was gone. she sat on the roof of the bar, tilting her head as the music below pulsed threw the building. " so bored.. " she murmerd.
she droped a cup off the roof and let it hit a person down below with a splash. she giggled, then sliped off the roof. the girl was going to be in her turf, which ment she had to make sure none of the other theives or pedalers tried anything. just as well, im curiuse as to why she was here..
she tilted her head as she sat on the street, her wolf forms fur so dark the humans couldnt tell her from the shadows. she let out a low woof, spooking one man who came to close, then made small laghing sounds as she waited. the woman had been walking this way, so she would wait here. she eyed the man walking away, taken by the urge to chase him for fun. hope she hurrys.. she thought as she watched the man walk around the corner.
She returned the next night, on patrol. Mimicry couldn't help but look foreward to seeing the rambuntcous Bain. A light mist poured upon the streets and even though she had her parasol, she didn't use it. She detested snow, but loved the feel of the rain as it fell upon her and the earth.
She'd regret it later though, knowing her hair became unruly if it had a chance to dry by itself. Then, she heard it...the sound of footsteps.
