@brironni: I'm assuming your a freshmen, in which case its real simple. Your a freshmen. You stick out like a pink neon glowing thumb. It's a little hard for people not to notice you. Don't worry about it. If you don't care and you are confident in your self its not going to bother you. I'd say your more paranoid about fitting in than anything and I can tell you that fitting in isn't what it is made out to be. Be yourself, you owe yourself that much.

I'm a sophmore but I've been takin Classez @ Collegez sinCe I was 16. But I definitely don't want 2 fit in w/ ANY of the ppl that go 2 my skool.
No offense 2 anyone, but I live in an extremely white neighborhood where a bunch of lame a** yuppiez go 2 skool. I don't want 2 blend in w/ them @ all haha.
The way they look @ me getz on my nervez tho... I Can only imagine what they think of the "little black girl in the front, wearing the fitted cap and
basketball shortz, slouching and listening to her music during the lecture".
Like I said b4, they look @ me as if I'm not supposed 2 b there.
I don't act like I'm 2 dayz outta high skool eitha... In fact, it probably botherz them that I'm smarter than most of them.
It'z actually kinda entertainin 2 look @ em while they stare n watch em smile or turn away real fast. lol

@brironni: Well that is something I have not experienced but I can say four things. 1. You're supposed to lesson to the lecture. 2. Enjoy the entertainment they provide. Its the best way I know of to deal with uncomfortable situations. 3. It's difficult to read your writing. 4. I wouldn't want to fit in with a bunch of yuppies either. They tend to make me wish I had a 2x4 to smack them with.

The only leCturez I don't pay attention 2 are usually soCiology. The teaCher iz so monotone n he readz off the notez.
