Endranse I don't see why not....as long as they're wearing the proper sci-fi protection so they could be in space/whatever planet we're talking about.
Though the question I believe is: If the vehicle in question were to hit anything at the speed of light or fatser, would there be anything left of either object in the end?
And to think I'm on the verge of failing science.
Possibly it would come out of 'White Hole', the opposite of a Black Hole.
In other words, the Black Hole's rectum.
Or something like that.

...........................theoretically speaking of course......in regards to certain laws of science, a White Hole cannot technically exist....especially with the levels of Physics, Quantum Mechanics and mathmatics we have available at current...
