Well you can take it out with art such as painting... attacking a ball of clay...other stuff like that...like I build paper cranes when I'm bored or upset...it's calming...this comming from a green tea addict.

Tea is not sweet, pop is too sweet, plus all the chemicals that make the flavoring. If you grow up on pop, no tea for you.
And yeah, we definately need to find a game we all can play together.
