Charity gave a small, somewhat hurt smile. "Yes, I figured as much. Well, goodnight then."
She took her shoes and socks and disappeared into the tent for the night.

Valk had felt hurt by that smile that she gave him, but he had to stay out side. I have to stay out side, to protect her, this place does get a little dangerous. "Good night. I'll stay out here, and make sure nothing bothers you, bears do come by here at night." He said as she went into the tent.

I can't see you...
Charity laid down on the ground and fell asleep after a while of staring at the tent wall. Sometime in the morning, her eyes fluttered open and she looked around.
"Ngh.... What time is it?" she muttered to herself as she rubbed her eyes and stretched. Charity stumbled out of the tent and looked up at the sky, which was just starting to turn a little lighter blue as the dark blue was chased away. "It's too early..." she mumbled, falling down on the grass and closing her eyes as she fell back to sleep.

Vall had heard Charity get out from the tent, and awoke instantly. Standing up quickly, he grabbed his sword not used ot anyone else being there. "Up already? It isn't even past five am." He said as she fell to the ground, and fell back asleep. Sighing, he walked over to her, and gently picked her up, and walked into the tent. Lying her back down safely, he stood back up, and was about to leave the tent. Looking back, then deciding to close the tent zipper, he kneeled down at the inside entrance of the tent, and waited for her to wake.

I can't see you...
Charity awoke at around nine in the morning. Leaning up to a sitting position, she rubbed her eyes and looked around the tent.
"Ngh... Valk? Is that you?" she murmured, noticing him over by the entrance. "I thought you were sleeping outside."

"Valk looked over at her after Charity asked if it was him. "Yes it is." He said as he stood up. "I was asleep out side, but you walked out, and then passed out once you got out side, so I brought you back in the tent, and decided to stay here with you." Saying that, he walked towards the exit some. "I presume you want me to stay out side while you get dressed?" He asked, waiting for an answer.

I can't see you...
Charity looked at him with a confused look. "What? Dressed? But I don't have any clean clothes with me... All we got was the tent, right?"
She looked down at her dirt stained clothes and sighed. "Wish I had gotten something, but it's probably too late. Those investigators must already be at the house."

Valk had looked at the dirty clothes, for a moment, then looked back at her. "I guess so." After a short pause, he started to speak again. "I have an idea, stay here for a moment." With that Valk had left the tent, and went into the forest.

Charity watched Valk leave the tent. She poked her head out of the tent entrance and looked around to see that he'd already disappeared. "Oh... Wonder what he's up to..." she murmured to herself as she moved back inside and waited for his return.

After a few minutes, Valk came back out of the forest carrying a few leaves, and vines, that looked like clothing. Walking towards the tent, he opened it some, and put the clothes made out of leaves, on the tent floor. "This is the best that I can do, until we can get to the city. I hope that it is good enough for now."

I can't see you...
Charity moved her black hair from her face as she looked at the leaf clothes.
"Oh wow! They look so cute!" she said, picking up something the looked to her to be a dress. "It's almost like they were made for a fairy to wear! You really made this all one your own?"
She looked to the side, so she could see Valk past the clothes in her hands. "This is really just too cool!"

Valk had looked back some. "Yes, but its isn't the best that I can do." Looking back away, as not to invade her privacy. "You do like them? Thank you." He said before looking out into the forest.

Charity put the dress down and leaned out of the tent a little, hugging Valk from behind. "Yup, I like them a lot," she said, giggling. She let him go and dived back into the tent, shutting the tent flap and getting dressed.
Charity came out a few minutes later and danced around a bit. "So, what do you think?" she asked, standing still so that he could see.
