That is an interesting theory, Scoot. So you don't believe you can transfer it or calm it just through mediation or other activities?

It could go out through your fingertips and the rest of your body while meditating. Or you could try some Tai Chi. 3nodding

You could always do the simulation bike that some gyms have. xd Though, those particular gyms I hear are fairly expensive...
