"Is my little man upset? Poor thing..." She wasn't too happy to hear that the children missed her and she took a drink of her water. "I suppose that they could come in for a sec..."

he smiled and got up. he walked over to the door and shout to the kids. "it's ok you can come in now!" raine heard him then grabbed her card and walked up to their room.

Cyan and Garreth grabbed their cards and Cyan took off running down the hall. He ran past Raine and even pushed her into the wall a bit as he did. He came into the room and jumped onto the bed. "Mommy!" Mari smiled and shouted like the boy did. "Cyan!"

she glared at him and shouted at him. "hey! watch where your going!" she got into the room and walked up to mari. "hi mommy! how you feeling?"

Garreth had gotten to the room and stood beside Raine, smiling at his mother and handing her his card. Cyan then handed his to Mari and layed down on the bed with his head on her lap. Mari then started to play with his hair a bit as she aswered Raine. "I could be feeling better..."

she nodded but then handed her the card she made. "we made these for you. do you like it?"

She took all the cards in her hands and looked them over. She had a smile on her face as she did so. "They are all very pretty. I love them. Thank you."

she smiled widely and felt happier "it's ok. we just wanna make you feel better" smash looked down at mari and put his hand on her forehead. "you hungry? i'll make you some soup."

Mari had started to play with Cyan's hair again when she placed the cards on the bedstand beside her. The boy had his eyes closed and a small smile on his face from the attention. She turned her head towards Smash and just smiled as he placed his hand on her forehead. "Yes, soup would be nice. I'm getting pretty hungry." Garreth stayed standing beside Raine and smiled as he just enjoyed being near his mother.

he nodded and then bent down to kiss her on the cheek. "i'll get on that then. you just stay here and relax" at that he got up and left the roo and into the kitchen.

She smiled as he kissed her and left, then she looked at the kids. "I think you three should go and find something to do. Mommy loves all of you, but really... I don't want you getting sick." She gave them a small smile and Garreth seemed a bit upset, but understood what she said. Cyan, however, was already whining a bit about it.

she nodded and flet a bit sad. she looked at cyan and held her hand out to him. "mommy's right. come on cyan, let's go play something."

Cyan stayed where he was for a moment and then let out a low growl before grabbing his sister's hand and getting off the bed. Garreth just grabbed his mom's hand and squeezed it before he left the room to go see if he could help his dad with anything. Mari patted Cyan on the head and smiled. "Don't worry. Daddy will take care of you guys just fine today. Mommy loves you." Cyan still seemed upset, but told her that he loved her too while still holding onto his sister's hand.

she squeezed his hand gentily and smiled at him. "let's go play with some toys. " she took him out of the room and they went into his room. smash was in the kitchen making tomato soup and also had grilled cheese cooking to go with it.
