She was hard-headed and very strong-willed about certain things but she wasn't a crazy hunter that rushed into scenes without facts or provocation. Eden was quite aware that there were other being that didn't harm the innocent and that meant she'd leave them to do as they pleased. They were living creatures too and deserved to live so long as they followed the ground rules and everyone knew that killing was wrong. "I plan to stake it out and kill any of you that go out of line and kill innocents just like I used to. I'm sure I can catch some of you picking on people who've not gone insane and started to attack you. Not all of them have gone scared out of their mind to the point they're violent."
"Sorry but if that's your thing you can either stand a good five feet away from me or find another hobby before I punch you in the face or confiscate your weapons."
"Surely you've got your pack or coven or tainted horde or whatever you belong to out there. You're not a hunter so I'm gonna safely assume that you're one of those I mentioned. And you still shouldn't be out here all alone, surely you've got some friends or members of your race to back you up or come along with you, don't you? And yeah, chaos is everywhere but order's around too you just have to seek it out and look in the right places in order to see it. I'm a hunter and I'm not here to kill other races just for fun, I'm an invisible police force of supernatural beings. I don't shoot unless I have to."

((ah ok i see. lol)) Veroen slightly nodded once more. Meredith wasn't too much different from what he remembered, which was good. He was growing tired of seeing all these changes that have taken place.
He sighed, leaning back agaisnt the tree behind him and placed his hands over his face, and slowly dragged them down. He normally wasn't one to show any sort of weakness, as well as emotion, but it was clear that this whole situation had stressed him out. it seemed as if his entire race had either been exterminated or was missing. No Elders, and hardly any other loyal to the Coven. Even Lily...the first girl he had cared for since the first day he had become a Vampire over 5 centuries ago, was no where to be found. Everyone was...gone. He sighed once more letting his arms drop to his sides. he opened his eyes, and glanced toward the Lycans, feeling somewhat hopeless in this newly changed city.

As his alternate personality dwindled more, Reaper Wolf managed to continue as one. "Unfortunatly, the humans seem to be the main 'order', and they are continuing chaos. And yes, I do, indeed, have some good friends, but they seemed to have disappeared. My closest ones are gone, my next closest friend has a boyfriend who wants to kill me, plus she just got amnesia. I can't even find other lycans who seem to have an even remote chance of friendship. I don't want to hide in my Junkyard home, so I'll wander until I get something." Reaper Wolf shrugged, however the Reaper side of him wanted out more. It didn't show, as it never did.

She easily noticed the signs that he was down and stressed, she couldn't exactly say that she wasn't either. Amongst everything else that was happening she'd been friggin' knocked up and had to wait on it to see if anything had come to haunt her out of it. "It's okay, things'll blow over eventually if things calm down. The FBI doesn't even have tangible proof that there are vampires and lycans in existence all they have is that stupid news footage courtesy of Mauser, that b*****d. So really anyone could have rigged those videos and made it appear as though they were vampires just so they could get their ten seconds of fame, yadda yadda. If you guys lay low then the humans will eventually think this whole idea was bullshit made to scare them and then we won't even need to go after Mauser because some angry person will for the false news coverage. But yeah, this place has changed a lot and the hunters are currently friggin' leaderless ..."
Eden looked over to the young lycan again and listened to him as he spoke then decided to respond. "Yeah, humans are the majority around here and some of them are striking out in fear of vampires and lycans because of the news. But like I said to Veroen, they don't have any tangible proof. And it's chaos amongst order since people are attacking other people and accusing them of being vampires and other such things. It's like a repeat of the Salem witch trials but eventually things blew over but unfortunately a titanitc proportion of peole had to die before people were satisfied. Hopefully we can prevent that this time around ..."

Veroen did not shift his gaze, but shook his head.
"No, the humans are not that ignorant... In fact on my way here i was attacked by a mixture of civilians and FBI agents. I was quick to escape them, but they definitely got a good enough look at me to know that i wasn't human." Veroen said, with a slight grimace.
He slightly turned his head towardthe boy, and said,"Well if you need to find others of your kind, you are more fortunate than I. Your Alpha male and two other Lycans are over there," veroen said motioning with his head towards Jaden, Cean, and Razu. "I'm sure they would show somewhat of a compassion towards you, since you are one of their kind." Veroen paused, thinking for a moment.."Although i can't really say the same for Jaden...for an Alpha, he really seems to not give a s**t about anyone in particular besides himself. So thats your call if you wish to confront them about your current situation."
He then looked at Meredith again, and spoke once more.
"I don't like just standing here...i feel as if something needs to be done NOW..rather than waiting for this whole thing to just blow by."

Reaper Wolf replied after a slight pause. "But they do have proof, as they've already captured some immortals and used the weaknesses said." He sighed. "Well... Pride is going to keep us from hiding, unless we can agree with ourselves...Which I doubt..." Reaper Wolf shook his head. "I don't really care that much, as long as I survive, and at least three quarters of the lycan race does." The wind blew his jacket back a little, revealing a glint of many weapons before he pulled it over him more. "Coldness and chaos. Wonderful combination." Reaper Wolf said, sarcastic. "Yeah I don't want to be killed by my own Alpha."

Razu looked at the other people in the park. Weren't they worried about the missing people? Have they even noticed about the missing people? He looked at at Daiguren,"The subway you say? Good. I'll check it out as well." He turned heel and began working his way to the subway entrance.

Meredith appeared to be highly discomforted by Veroen's words, after all, she was hoping that there was some chance they could override Mauser's claims against the immortal races. While some of them did deserve to die it didn't mean that all of them needed to be completely purged from New York. "Shhit ... Hopefully the FBI agents are the ones that convinced them and are being fed the info on how to detect vampires by Mauser and they're just bringing the aid of the civilians with them ... Oh wow this is really blowing out of proportion and something that needs to be nipped in the a** ASAP."
Edith didn't seem at all phased by the fact that he had weapons nor surprised in any way. These were dark times they were living in and even underage kids were fully armed and preparing for the worst. "Wow ... sounds like that Alpha has a real stick up his a**, then again he did try to snap my throat. Wonder what happened in his life that made him such a b***h to deal with, pardon the b***h, I didn't mean to refer to him as a female dog. Hm ... Ceon needs a buddy maybe you'd best try your luck with him. And that other lycan over there seems pretty nice so I'd try either of those two but you'd better be respectful or they might eat you or something. I don't know what lycans do when they're offended but yeah. I can let you bunk with me. I don't have a place in the hunter's anymore and I'm needing to find an apartment anyhow but that's your call, doesn't hurt my feelings either way."
"I don't either but I don't know what the hell I could be doing other than making sure that innocents aren't being targeted and trying to just overall manage the chaos. Next thing you know there's going to be press coming on down to haven and stalking us around asking us for tips and advice ... Hey ... maybe if one of the hunters managed to get on the television and somehow convince the people that they're being ridiculous marching around the city like this things could possibly revert back to normal ... I don't know but we might be able to use the press to our advantage."

Veroen pondered her last statement for a minute. "Hmm..that could work. It's a possibility, but only a slight one."
Veroen then turned and slightly nodded in agreement to the boy's last statement. He knew Jaden well, even if Jaden did not know him at all. His entire life once revolved around killing Jaden. Now that goal seemed pointless. His thoughts were interrupted when he noticed Razu heading out of the area, towards the subway tunnels. He did not turn toward that direction though, for he never gave any hint to what he was thinking. He quickly turned toward Meredith, and took a card out of his apparel. He then placed it in her hand. It had his number on it.
"Please call me if you find out anything else, anything at all, especially any information on my brethren." he said to her, a hint of plead in his voice. He trusted her, for she seemed like one of the only ones that was trustworthy in this crazed city. It was nice to see a familiar face in all of this.
He was going to follow razu into the tunnels. He had a slight feeling that Razu knew where he was going. He looked at Ocelot and the boy, nodded to both of them, them flashed a slight smile at meredith before vanishing in a mass of shadow.

Reaper Wolf nodded. "Well working together could help, but I very highly doubt that. I'll try my luck with the other lycans, no offense, as I know absolutly nothing about you, and other lycans seem more...safe." He nodded, then looked at the face of the girl, as it was his way of remembering. Reaper Wolf then started racing to Razu. "Hey...fellow lycan!"

She watched Veroen leave, quickly pocketing his number since it would likely prove to be useful for the future to come. The hunters needed as many friends as they could get right now since their numbers were dwindling and if there were decent immortals out there in their covens and packs she had no problem befriending and trusting them. "Will do, you take care and make sure you don't die. I think you're more than able to watch out for yourself but don't get too relaxed because that's when people surprise you. I'm sure we'll be in contact eventually, toodles."
Meredith shrugged, she understood the lycan's sentiments completely and he had every reason not to trust her. She was pretty sure that if she was a twelve-year-old kid that if she saw herself she would scare the s**t out of herself, seeing a buff, almost six foot tall woman with guns and a huge-a** axe walking around. "Yeah, I understand completely, kid. I probably wouldn't trust me either if I was you. Lycans probably are your better bet. See you, kid."" She watched him race off into the night after Razu, that lycan seemed to be his best bet anyhow.

Razu turned around and looked at the other Lycan," Reaper Wolf right? Well I'm off to find trouble so I don't know if you want to come with." Razu looked back at Daiguren and Jaden standing around. "I have work to do whether Jay likes it or not."

Daiguren looked at Razu with a bit of malice,"Did you not hear what I said about going into something like this bye yourself?" His sight looked into Razu and his rashness. If it was that easy Daiguren would have done it himself and claimed the souls of the many that have done this.

(Well yeah Ceon but Razu was ignoring you. You did piss him off xD) Razu snorted at Daiguren who spoke so loudly it seemed the entire park could hear him. In a normal voice he answered,"I don't care. I said I was going to check it out for myself. I'm tired of standing around and watching you guys muscle off. It gets annoying you know. " He started walking off again not caring if anyone had heard him or followed him. He was going to find Steffon!
Duke watched Razu go. he knew he would get his way so he stayed to watch Daiguren and Jaden and Ceon.
