|| I convinced Al to come back. He said he'll post later tonight sometime since he has a party he's going to. ^^ And yeah, I edit and add whole paragraphs or a whole new three paragraphs sometimes. XD ||
Though Veroen seemed to have the intent just to converse, Meredith kept her magnum out, however, it was not directed at the vampire but at the other hunter with the revolvers. She didn't like him playing around with them the way he did. It made her nervous since he didn't seem quite right in the head, not that she was. "I'm not here to cause any trouble," she then spoke to Veroen, "I'm simply a spectator until one of your guys starts something up and it esculates to the point I have to put one of you down. But if you guys stir s**t up, as unwise as it is I'll be forced to take some action. Quite frankly I'm not too pleased to have the FBI nosing about around here either but I don't know much since I just got back here a few days ago."

((lol i convinced him first! Last night actually...I got in touch with him as soon as i got back on here for the first time since July or august. Ha so he should most likely post with both of us asking him to. lol)) Veroen silently shifted his eyes towards Meredith, his posture very still, like that of a statue. Odd... she apparently hadn't been here either to witness the change the city had apparently gone through. He turned his whole body towards her, and spoke.
"I see. Well i have been unconcsious for quite some time, and have only awoken about 3 hours ago. This is all very different for me." Veroen paused after that statement, and added, "I don't particularly like it."
Veroen observed her non pale skin with a slight flick of his eyes.
'Much, much more is different than i expected...' he thought to himself, still gazing at Meredith. He sighed, closing his eyes.
"What happened to you...?" he asked her suddenly. He had yet to see another Vampire since his awakening, and now the only vampire he has seen since then, is now human.

|| Lol. Yeah, he was like you and was all disappointed to hear that there were next to no vampires around anymore. XD ||
Meredith's hazel eyes were there to meet his. She clearly wasn't afraid of him though her posture suggested she didn't fully trust him either. It was pretty hard to trust people after you found out that your fiance had gotten with you only to attempt to murder you for being something you couldn't help being. "Yeah. Unconscious? What happened to you? I went out of city with my ... ex fiance and things were blown catastrophically out of proportion but I figure that's a fun tale for another time. And I agree, I don't like this unease and how the people are all weird and paranoid now. It gives you guys more justification to attack humans if they attack you first and it makes my judgement calls harder because I think you should be able to defend yourself if you're attacked. So really, this new adjustment has honestly made my job harder if anything."
"I'm assuming you're referring to the fact that I'm not exactly a vampire anymore and my blood's currently pumping through me?" She asked rhetorically and then proceeded to continue on with her story or explanation. "I guess to make a long story nice and short, life screwed me over once by turning me into a vampire when I didn't want or need to be one. Then life screwed me over a second time and I somehow became a not vampire when I needed to be one most, aka when my fiance decided to get me out of New York to hunt me. So in retrospect a lot of s**t has happened to me and I'm definitely not the happiest camper at the moment. Then this guy shows up and points his stupid gun to my head but yeah."
Though Veroen was a vampire she knew that he kind of formerly regarded her as one of his own and they'd never really been on bad terms. They hadn't been close friends but they'd never been sworn enemies either. To say the least she at least held some respect for the vampire and she wasn't about to just set off and blow up at him with no reason to do so. In a sense, she sort of considered him an ally of sorts though she knew that it wasn't really true since he would remain loyal to his coven. "You should probably go get something to drink if you've been unconscious that long. I can tell you're parched and standing here with two of us humans probably isn't helping you any, not to disrespect your self control or anything."

((yeah, i told him that me and him were gonna get this guild running and active as it once was.))
Veroen chuckled at the comment on his thirst. It could wait. For now, it felt good to converse with someone from his old Coven, since there seemed to be none left. His thoughts shifted towards the underground fascility Daiguren spoke of, pondering if there were possibly any of his own kind trapped there. He then spoke back to her, calmer than when he first confronted her.
"I see. So he wasn't that great of a catch after all?" Veroen asked, refferring to her old lover. He did not wait for her to reply, for it was a rhetorical question in a way.
"I honestly have no idea how long i have been out of the loop. I remember being in my appartment with Lily..." he paused, now suddenly remembering his most recent actions before he has incapacitated for the long amount of time, then continued. "I had just met up with alasdair, we had a plan, a plan to build a force of a great magnitude, to continue our campaign against the Lycan's with." Veroen then gestured towards the city, in the general direction of the graveyard. "Next thing i know, i awoke in a poorly crafed coffin in the ground, to all this" Veroen turned his whole body towards the city, which was wrought with sirens and shouting in the distance. Chaos.
"I'm not exactly too happy with the situation...not at all..." veroen said grimly as he turned back to Meredith.

Ocelot was about to answer her when somone else chimed in. Since he wanted to be poliye he waited for a chance to talk. While he waited he twirled his revolver once again. Thing was he never even payed attention to it when he did it. It was somthing he just did to think or when he had nothing to do. Of course uknown to either of them he was using his third revolver which he kept empty. He used it for other things.
"Ha, my name is Ocelot. Formerly know as Marjor Ocelot." He heard thevampires comment twards him and shook his head."I wasnt here to start trouble. Watch." He said triwling his gun and pointing it at him and pulling the trigger. There was an empty click."See."

|| Yeah, I'm gonna try to see if I can bring some more good vampire roleplayers I knew to come back. ||
On technical terms Meredith had never once been within Veroen's coven, she'd always been a hunter despite the fact she'd been turned into a vampire. She was certain that the vampire elders would never initiate her into the coven since she'd been a hunter and the hunter that happened to be the hunter leader's little sister so she'd never even thought to join the vampire coven. She knew for certain, now, though, that the vampires would never accept her into their coven. Well, at least Rogue wouldn't since she'd flat out attacked her in her office at Las Noches and had actually pounded the s**t out of her more than Rogue had been able to pound the s**t out of Meredith. She'd been surprised at her own strength but she'd never really told anyone about the whole incident.
Despite the fact that she knew it was a rhetorical question she decided to answer inspite of that fact since it was simply what she did, part of her personality. It threw some people off and amused others. " "Damn, that sounds pretty shitty if you ask me. At leat you're a vampire and you didn't end up dying or being suffocated from being buried. I wonder if you scared the s**t out of anyone that saw you in the graveyard." Of course this was supposed to be serious and people weren't supposed to spot him but she thought it'd be amusing if he'd scared the s**t out of someone by coming out of the ground. "Yeah ... well it seems your plans were never followed through with since the lycans ended up getting the most reign over the city since the tainted population seems to have dwindled along with the vampires. I haven't seen one of your elders since forever and I've only seen two of you since I've gotten back here, I think."
When she heard the whirling of the revolver again followed by an empty click of the gun, Meredith almost snapped. "Can you PLEASE put those things away or find another restless hobby to perform while you're just standing there? You're driving me absolutely nutters, I can't stand you treating those things like they're toys! I can't believe soldiers would let you do that, did they let you do that? Seems pretty unprofessional to me. Ugh ... Look, it's making me agitated so if you could please just refrain from doing that it'd be highly appreciated." She yanked a stand of her ebony hair just once and sighed afterwards.

(that would be tight. This guild needs it.) Hunter or not, to Veroen, a Vampire is part of a coven, a species must stand together, regardless of views and opinions. Veroen looked at her, and sighed once more. He somewhat envied her, for becoming human, then again, he somewhat loved being a Vampire. Regardless, things were now the way they were, not neccessarily UNchangeable, but he decided to leave things the way they were.
He did not reply at first, but then decided to ask about the other Vampire that she had seen, after offering his condolences for her past mistreatment.
"I'm sorry about your exes....It isn't any fun to be treated that way."
He paused, then added, "At least you don't have to deal with them for the time being."
He turned toward Ocelot, and replied to his statement, "I was hoping that you weren't. It would be a shame to get into a conflict right after i have returned."
He turned back to Meredith, and asked her"So who was the other Vampire that you have seen?" He was eager to find others of the Coven.

Reaper Wolf slid out of his tree, just in time to hear someone rant about their love life. He merely shook his head. Love didn't matter to him. Besides, Reaper Wolf was just a 12-year-old, already with his heart stolen away. He shook his head, with caused dirt or dandruff you could actually see to fall out of his long, dark brown hair. Reaper Wolf had remained with a real home for such a long time he got used to it. He walked past the possible hunter, hands in the pockets of his jacket.

|| Mmhmm, I'll see what I can do. ^^ ||
"Meh, I guess this way I have nothing to live for so I can perform my best and not worry about emotionally scarring someone by dying young. Like what I'm doing right now for instance, eavesdropping on a group of immortals by myself probably wasn't and still isn't the smartest idea even though I have another hunter here with me now. And yeah, I don't plan to deal with any of them ever again. I guess I should just come to terms with the fact that I have been shot so many times on the battlefield of love that I should just give up and stick to the battlefield I know best." She winked and tilted her head toward the conversing lycans and demon.
"If he stirs up unnecessary s**t then you can bet I won't be there trying to save his a**. I'm sick of babysitting hunters, I guess I figured maybe if I was gone for a few months things would sort themselves out and that the hunters would stop acting like kids but I guess I was wrong." She shrugged, though she was young, only twenty, she'd clearly been through a lot and had done much more growing up in the past twenty years than many people did within fourty years of their lives.
"I actually don't know if she's a vampire or a demon but her name's Jasie and I know for sure that she wasn't a lycan so that narrows it down to those two options. If you want to check things out the last time I saw her she was in the grave yard. She has my cell number since one of my hunters attacked her but I don't have hers so I can't give you a contact number but yeah. Like I said all I can confirm is that she isn't a lycan so that gives you a fifty fifty chance of her being a vampire and not being a vampire. She's nice, though, so you won't have to worry about her being hostile unless you stir things up."
She noticed the small kid and her expression became slightly concerned and perplexed at the same time. Eden had noted the dandruff that'd fallen from his hair and she assumed that he wasn't human but either way he was a kid and likely wouldn't be able to stand up to other enemies as well as some could. "Hey kid, you really shouldn't be walking out here alone. You could get attacked or hurt by some crazy mobsters. This place is in chaos right now so you'll probably wanna head home where it's safer."

((lol i think back in july or so, in the RP, Alasdair had assigned me to capture you, and another male hunter, when you two were in the church. I dunno if that was you or not, but i think it was...lol)) Veroen nodded silently to her reply. He was now sure that she wasn't exactly like the other hunters...in fact she seemed somewhat opposed to their cause. Which was good. Veroen slightly smiled at the corner of his mouth at this thought, it pleased him to see that not all hunters were hardheaded.
"I see. well, what do you plan to do now?" he asked her, pondering her main intentions.

Reaper Wolf looked over, and the terrible alternate personality started to fade away, but only slightly. He spoke in his regular young voice of Wolf. "Home...? If your thinking of a house and family, I don't have one. I may be weaker then most..." Reaper Wolf paused, not wanting to reveal his specific lycanthropy just yet. "...Non-humans, but I arm myself until it's mostly fair. Chaos thrives all the time, it just matters where." He nodded, as if responding to his own comment. Because he was.
