Nick: *Walks up to the teleporter and studies it* ...Is it safe?... *shrugs as he steps on it and is teleported up to the surface in a more tropical setting. It wasn't the same woods he remembered, and wondered if anyone else was near him. He kept his poke balls close at hand.*

Nick: *Wonders through the tropical rain forest, clearly cut off from the others. He thought to himself: Crap... must of used the teleporter wrong... He pulled out his TADS again trying to message everyone, but still he couldn't figure out how to work it. Gah, where's the instruction manual to this thing?*

Sora looks around to find the others and walks over to Reaper, noticing the lake. "Here is the lake." Sora begins to hear noises and spots pokemon soon after. "Alright guys. Pokemon are around here so you can battle and catch some. There will be grass-type pokemon on the land and water-type pokemon in the lake. Have some fun!"

Opening her eyes to find herself in a forest setting, Kiara glanced around, watching Reaper take off. Shrugging, she began to follow the group at a leisurely pace.

*sees wild pokemon and decides to start training* "Hmm.......... there goes one, lets get it combusken." *runs up to the wild pokemon and fades into battle*

Sora looks at the time after finding Nick. "Alright Nick. Just go down that way and you should meet up with the others. I got your message so I was lucky to find you." Sora throws out a pokeball. Inside the pokeball was Charizard, who was released after. Sora jumps onto Charizard and flies off.

*runs up to 1 ivysaur and 1 bulbasaur* "Hmm..... this may be tough but lets get them." *runs up to the ivysaur first*

"Combusken use flamethrower." *ivysaur used tackle* "Combusken use flamethrower again." *ivysaur used vinewhip* "Combusken use peck."
*next up he ran up to the bulbasaur*

Watches Sora fly off and starts in the direction he pointed. He felt like such the "new kid".*

As Kiara wandered around the lakeside, she began to notice a stream of bubbles in the water that followed her at her pace. She stopped, they stopped. She tensed. Suddenly, a stream of water shot from the lake straight at her. She dropped, the jet nearly hitting her, and saw a poliwag glaring at her. She had apparently invaded its personal space. Standing back up, she tossed a pokeball.
Nyoka appeared, gave a hiss, and glared at her over his shoulder. Kiara calmly held his gaze. After a moment Nyoka swished his tail angrily, but went into battle. The poliwag attacked first, jumping out of the water and slapping Nyoka repeatedly with a doubleslap. Nyoka hissed again, and on Kiara's command, sunk posioned fangs into the poliwag's tail as it attempted another slap.
The poliwag grew angrier as it wrenched its tail free and jumped back, then rammed into Nyoka with a bodyslam. The snake-pokemon hissed in anger and retaliated with a crunch. The poliwag fell back, looking slightly dazed. It then let out a forceful bubblebeam, blowing Nyoka back.
"Poison tail." Nyoka's tail began to glow purple and he slammed it forcefully into the poliwag. The poliwag's eyes spiraled, and it collapsed. Kiara watched it a few moments, but it did not get back up. Calmly, Kiara recalled Nyoka and went to find the Reaper and Nick.

*Nick was still fighting his way through the thick forest, which with each passing minute was starting to look more like the woodlands he remembered near the lake. Before he could reach everyone else, though, he was ambushed by Weedle. Nick quickly called out Trapinch.*
Nick: Trapinch, Bite!
Weedle: *Being the faster pokemon, it uses poison sting by hitting Trapinch with it's tail. It doesn't poison Trapinch, though, but it does hurt.*
Trapinch: *Before Weedle could crawl back to a safe distance, Trapinch went in for a Bite with its huge jaws. The attack made Weedle flinch with pain.
Nick: Use Sand Attack!
Trapinch: *While the Weedle is down, Trapinch sends sand it it, lowering it's accuracy.
Weedle: *Shakes the sand from itself the best it can and uses String Shot, lowering Trapinch's speed.*
Nick: Trapinch, go for one more bite!
Trapinch: *Moseys over to Weedle as fast as it could (which was still slow) and bit it once more. The attack knocked Weedle out.*
Nick: Good job Trapinch. *returns his partner to his poke ball.*
