Arlen sat still at the bar, staring at the Lily doll and lost in thought.

Blinking she stopped just at the bar stared at the Doll for a moment grumbled something about Kaden and how he always does that and she reaches to take the doll pausing right before she touched it. "...Arlen.." River said slowly staring at him with an odd expression twisted onto her face. "Are you alright?" She asked him drawing her hand back to her body and turning towards the coffee machine to make some coffee.

Arlen shook himself out of his reverie and looked up. "I'm alright, Miss River," he said looking back to the doll. "This is yours right? Kaden brought it down and left it."

"Glad because if you weren't I'd be worried." River stated in a tone that said she was serious though she was thoughtful in saying it. " Oh? That doll? It is mine yes but he left it for a reason I presume?" River glanced at Arlen as she leaned onto the counter, waiting for the coffee to make itself. " You entered my room correct?" She said tracing the lines on the bar counter half consumed by it.

Arlen nodded. "Kaden wanted to show me the dolls you had made," he said, lookin back to River. "They're quite impressive."

She gave him a plain look her dark eyes traveling to the pot then back at him. " They are impressive? Thank you." She said standing upright to strech. " But they are not without flaw. They all have something diffrent a flaw in them. Just you do not see it you have to Listen for it." She pointed out quite literaly and grabbed a cup from the cupboard. "You want some coffee? It's good for the soul." River mused setting her mug down to take the pot and pull it off the burner pouring some of the dark liquid. " If not I understand, people say it's bitter." She murured looking back at the lily doll. Setting the pot back down she walked the few steps over to him where the doll was and picked it up gently. " Lily- this one was very fun to make. . . I knew kaden would like to see her so I showed him one day, I have hundreds of Dolls, and many puppets all made with diffrent intentions. But people like to look at them.." She said stroking the hair on the doll before holding it out to him. " Here now You saw the one on the bed?"

"No thank you," Arlen said to the offer of coffee, he could never drink the stuff it was far too bitter for him. "Yeah I did," he said, wondering where River was going with that.

Cassanova came in the back door of the muffin, and almost instantly headed to one of the sofas around the fireplace. Flopping down quite unceremoniously, she gave a half-hearted wave to whomever was looking. Of course, leave it to her to acknowledge other people even when she was knee deep in odd wonderings, and much deeper in exhaustion and sleepy drabble.

"well?" She asked suddenly smiling softly as she sipped the coffee as it was. " Did you like it?" She asked leaning forward onto her elbows blowing just before she took another deep sip of the drink. "I didn't.." She sighed, "Miss anything did I? It was quite the trouble at times.." She said tilting her head a bit at him having set the lily doll in front of her.

Arlen tensed up a bit. He was supposed to know who that doll was? "It looked good to me," he said, racking his brain to figure out who it was meant to be.

"You where hard to find eyes for.." River said smirking as she lurched away from the counter with her coffee. "But love I think it would be even better sitting next to Lily" She said slyly trying to hint it off, if he was that dense she'd show him tomorror. " Come then I've a boy waiting on me. You should get some sleep- I'll show you later." She waved a hand having the lily doll in the knook of her arm. She sighed as she walked up the stairs then silently disapeared.

"Goodnight," Arlen said, watching River head upstairs and leaning back against the counter. What did she mean by he was hard to find eyes for? And would he even be around tomorrow for her to show him what she meant?

Tomo walked downstairs with a sleepy yawn. He was in silken pajama bottoms, but was quite shirtless. An odd pendant hung around his neck that had never been there before, displaying an orange engraved phoenix surrounding a ruby. He looked around before spotting Cass. "Oh, hey baby!" He greeted, walking over to her. His upset stomach could wait for the moment as he greeted his fiancee.

Grunting sleepily, she smiled up at him haphazardly, as she arranged her limbs to sit up. "Hullo, there." she greeted, having already summoned a pillow and blanket her side, and though not looking it, having gotten quite comfortable. "Whass-at?" she slurred, rubbing at her eyes. "You feel alright?" she asked too, a hand reaching up to his face. She could always tell, motherly instincts if someone had even the smallest tiff of a tummy.
