Qyp Kouri is semi-active... she is still deciding on who to appoint as the new VC. Anyways... kouri-chan_xx It's 20/20 because skills are meant to be on the same level as ability mods and to increase an Ability mod you have to train it twice XD Oh, good. confused But, if I may ask, what fate then is too befall my beloved Otogakure? I doubt cheer's coming back at this point and that leaves me minus a sensei, a teammate, and a Kage... sweatdrop Xen and Kimiko have sort've been hung out to dry...

Oh yes yes, their all set from the time skip. Hmm...npc them huh? neutral *sigh* I suppose that's the only option huh? It still doesn't quite feel right, but, eh. Say la'vi Que sera sera and all that.
confused Alright. But, I'll probably still want to move my people from Oto if I'm going to be all by my little lonesome. Anything particularly interesting going on the Shinobi world that might attract them?

I suppose I COULD enact Cheers plan to have Oto overtaken by the Otobe. That would be their reason for sticking clear of the place, and I could also have them be seperated from Cheer's characters in the chaos, thus removing any need to Rp them. I'd need to finish up the Otobe Clan...but that's really the biggest problem I can see...
Hm...I like that idea. 3nodding What do you think Qyp? In fact, what does anyone think? I'd be interested to get to know some of the remaining members.

What's the Otobe clan again? xD and I have a chuunin in Oto but I think he's kinda weak ninja he WAS on a mission but that never went through lol. I could bring him back (because I never adjusted him for the timeskip LOL) and help you *run* the village kinda. Or just do whatever it is that we need to do there >_>

Ell is still around, PM him... and I believe there is those newer Oto people that might still want to RP as well.
And yeah, the Otobe take over sounds like a good idea. That along with the civil war in Konohagakure (which actually hasn't been fully initiated yet) and the soon to be civil war in Kirigakure... I think we may see a great Shinobi World War going on...

If Ghost gets 4+ people in Otot (Which I think there is excluding Cheer) he can have them help him with the plot there.
Konoha... well, that place is practically dead because Aruil just up and left without telling anyone... Suna and Iwa... no one bother with them... Iwa is actually closed off by the Doton Ninja making hardcore traps.
Suna has intended activity, but Black n white is busy with a special addition to the 3.0 system.

What if you assisted in a war that will go on in kiri and be like. "I'm glad I can help, but can you guys help me." and then we can fight another war xP -Likes this idea xd Okay then, I think I will give El a PM, and as for anyone else who'd like to help me with the Oto take over, let me know. We'll need to finish the Otobe clan (I'm pretty sure the incomplete 2.0 version is still around somewhere) and then have a few Otobe Characters in the mix to initiate the takeover, I was already making one for Cheer's plan anyway. After that it'll just be details and such, like where the people in Oto want to go after wards, and heck, if they want to just submit and join the Otobe. Anyone who chooses to oppose the Otobe of course, once they've taken over, will be considered Oto missing Nin.... 3nodding Which personally I think is gonna be pretty pimp. Headbands just look cooler with a slash in them.

But you has the support of my Anzans and my Kenkomishi....and my Jishuteki's >:3 btw...shif already has a slash in his headband...he was rather...disapointed with the Oto leadership when they just so happened to assasinate an innocent student and he just so happened to be in the tree over the Kage when they did it.....so yea....it wouldnt be anything new ninja

I'll play an Otobe that gets killed. Like a pretty important one that ends up being killed by someone. And for the most part it won't be one of my character's so I won't just use it as an excuse to get a strong character. I'll mainly only RP him when he is needed. So I'll generally only use him for storyline purposes just to help out.
ALSO QYP. I was origionally planning on joining sunagakure again, I used to be in it last time I was in the guild. But the thing was, no one was there and Reclaimer told me to join kirigakure. Also I had trouble with the shuriken system but now I got it, though in my defense you didn't know it.
Ghost, what if the Otobe are just taking over the village for some greater goal. They wanted the knowledge that is hidden in the village of Otogakure that a previous kage left in there. It is later said that Orochimaru left some very important research there. You can generally decide what you want the secret they want to be, but it would be awesome for them to fight and get to that poisiton. This could add a little more drama than simply taking over the village just to take it over.

By the way, in a completely unrelated but sort've related way (since the Otobe's similarity to Zeon reminded me of it), has anyone ever seen the Original moblie suit gundam? With Char and Zeon and everybody?
Holy crap I never realized how awesome the newly refurbished episodes are. The ending is a lot better than Code Geass's too...Sunrise really should've done what they do best and copy them self. I mean can you picture how much more awesome the series would have been if Lelouche, instead of pulling some silly plan for world peace, instead utterly defeated his fatther, then as his father was escaping suddenly pulled a ship up in front of his, (standing on top of the ship by the way), then in true bad a** fashion smiled, and shot him with a rocket launcher.

Before he then smiles and sails off into the sky? I mean seriously, Char really was the first and best of his masked brethren... he even had his own theme song! And anything he owned was 3 times as potent! (Char joke)
