[~Metal Head~] ..::I can't stand the victim in you::.. My back feels funny.
For the past few weeks it's felt like it needs to be stretched/cracked ALL THE TIME.
I think I need a really lonf massage or something.
It's bugging the hell outta me!!
gonk ..::Infecting everything that I do::..Oh poopy. And here my hands aren't doing anything right now... Hrm, maybe you're laying wrong as you sleep? Or maybe you need another pillow/mattress? I'm not sure what the problem is, unless you headbang a lot.

At least that's what my friend says =/ ..::Infecting everything that I do::..Yeah, that's pretty much true. Doctors....I really believe they don't want to heal people. They just want you coming back for treatment every time. Since I can't give you a massage, and since you can't change your bed (I don't think you can, can you?), I recommend exercise. Maybe walking, maybe running, take your pick. But exercise will loosen up those muscles in your back, and maybe you won't have the problem so much. I remember I used to get back pains whenever I would lean over my guitar while trying to learn the chords. Then, I realized I could just practice in front of a mirror. That might be something to think about.
