Eh, I know exactly what you mean. lol
And I didn't want to put this up in a new thread because I'm hoping it'll just be temporary, and it doesn't cross my mind often, but I need some help. Lately I keep looking at, and for things that I know will bring down my mood and my spirit. And it's kinda gotten worse since that spat with my friend. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Like, how terrible the Mormon religion is, all the things that are wrong with it, etc. I know for a fact this church is true and everything they say is false, but I can't figure out why I keep looking at it. It sucks....

It's sometimes funny to look at some of the things people misinterpret about the church. But at the same time, it's disappointing to know there's still so much misinformation out there. You may already know what the truth of it is, but sometimes it's helpful to reaffirm it in your mind. So while you're looking at it, keep the scriptures or church website open and look up what the church says about the topic. Pray about what people say about the church.

It is really funny how people misinterpret the Church. I once heard a story about a guy who saw in an anti-Mormon book that Joseph Smith was visited by two angels named Urim and Thummim. If that's actually in the Joseph Smith History then I need to reread that part. I never knew *LOL*
Seriously though, isn't it weird how people will try to tell us what we believe?

I know some people who find great humor in anti-LDS stuff. Can you believe that there are actually ministers out there who preach that we have horns, and that we can hide them by pushing our belly buttons??? I seriously worry for the fate of humanity. Shinikaze's advice was great, too.
