I really think that all of the GPG mods do a great job. Once in awhile (but not often) I don't agree with the threads that are locked, but I like that the threads in here are kept pretty streamlined. It makes it much easier to find the important threads. I really appreciate all the work you do to keep things running well around here.

heart Go mods! heart

*hugs Manda too*

I agree with everything the mods do, including the locked threads, and am pleased to see this guild being run so smoothly by so many great people. heart
I refer people to this guild whenever I can because the people here are so nice and supportive.

My kitty has been more clingy to me since I've been pregnant. When she wanted to be in a lap, it was always Tetravus's before I got pregnant. Since I got pregnant, it's been my lap. She also will just sit in the same room as me and watch me.

I'm wondering how she's going to deal with Boo. I'm planning on sending home from the hospital a receiving blanket we've used with Boo so she can get used to Boo's smell before Boo gets home.

;] That's what they usually recommend, K. I'm sure things will be fine with the cat and the new baby. Like with any pet, you just have to watch them. I have a feeling kitty won't mind baby until baby is mobile and grabby. Hehe.

My female kitty has been cuddling me more as well, but she likes to knead biscuits on my breasts and it's the part that's actually sore. gonk I have to keep trying to redirect her or try to cover myself because she can push so hard. But the second they're open, BAM, there she is again.

I appreciate the love, but does it have to hurt so much?! XD

Okay, I'm going to address this subject again.

PLEASE if you have a problem/disagreement with how things have been handled, PLEASE take the time to PM Loki, gentle or any of us other mods. I understand some of our actions can be considered like we're targeting you, but we aren't. We're just trying to get this guild back to par fashion after months of stresses and real life problems.

We're only human and have problems to deal with as well and while yes, we do try to talk with each other to deal with issues, sometimes we can't all get together to talk about issues and deal with them right away, it does take time.

Posting and complaining and possibly flaming in the guild about a problem is NOT going to solve it. Especially when we're going to have to delete/move the post to cut back on conflicts. I understand conflicts can't be entirely avoided, but we're adults, let's talk things over and work them out like we are.

Tigger has been especially overzealous with the kneading. I swear she'll sit there for like a good 30 minutes on my stomach kneading. After awhile I'm like "LIE DOWN ALREADY!!"

Awww Nopen. sweatdrop

I'd love a cat, but have never been able to have one because my dad is allergic to anything with fur. And my parents don't believe in hypo-allergenic animals.

The animals seem to be able to tell you're pregnant even before other people can. They also seem to be able to find the sorest part and hit it just right. xd

This morning I woke up with Kudzu with her body on my body pillow which I was sleeping next to and her head on my belly. It was pretty cute. When she tried to stand on my belly a little later, well, that wasn't so cute.

Urg, just when my life gets slightly easier...

One of my best friends asked if I'd move into an apartment with him for like 6 months. I'd pay half the expenses and we'd both get jobs. It's right next door to his mother, and I think it'd be cool, but I'm worried about leaving my mother alone.

Grace wants a kitty!!! crying heart Today, I dropped by a friend's house to see if she can watch naaman. Her cat had a litter this morning, so I got to get a sneak peak at her babies. heart They are all the kind of black/white/gray tiger stripe ones i just love. Sad part is she moves to lansing next week, so if i still want it, I'll have to go drive to get it in a few weeks.

On teh bad note, Josh refuses to agree to let me bring a kitty home because he doesn't like having a cat in a situation where we can't just let it outside any old time. And, he likes letting cats outside to use the bathroom.

He also insists I wouldn't keep up with cleaning the litterbox. He says he won't want to do it. cry So... unfair! ninja *plots to find a way to get herself one of those kittens anyways*

Grace, seriously I know it's an expense (like 119 bucks), but we saved from one of William's paychecks and bought the Litter Maid litter pan that cleans itself.

BEST. THING. ever. EVER!

They say that you should use Litter Maid's specific clumping litter. but you can use any "high quality hard clumping litter" we use tidy cat multi cat and we only have one cat. You use WAY less litter, AND it doesn't smell AT ALL. Our litter pan is in the water heater closet in the back and you can stick your head in the closet and take a HUGE whiff and no stink (it has to be somewhere you can run electricity too since it has a AC adapter but you know the no stink part is FANTASTIC.

AND if you want to save money, you can pop the little plastic litter tray that sits in the compartment where the sweeper puts the dirty litter and just empty it into a trash bag and put it back in for a second use. If you don't want to see/smell litter EVER you just press down the little buttons for the top of the disposable plastic container which locks onto the tray and now you have a locked little litter compartment you can just take out and put in the trash.

Seriously the thing is amazing. Anyone with an indoor cat should have one.

My cats are indoor. I like them that way. I'd freak ALL THE TIME if they were outdoor cats.

Nopen: That sounds great! I'll look into it!
