For instance, the Amekage was a character made months ago by Yokai Yakuza, and Toya Takahashi was an RPC controlled by Malavaes. The Bingo Book acts as more info on the characters themselves, including crimes and bounties. I think you've got the purpose of that entire subforum a bit fuddled.

I deleted him. You can Add Daichi instead. Although I might ditch Daichi and add a different Character 'cause the Akatsuki is lame now since there's no more Action.

This was my Kaguya Character in another Guild. I never really got to RP with him before the Guild died. I incorporated some of Akuma's [from Street Fighter] Taijutsu. I might make him my RPC instead of Plasma or Ice Release guy I had in mind. I think the only Kumogakure Ninja at the village is the Raikage, my character is Rikigakure, then their guys are Leaf.
